I have had a very complex issue with my fuel gauge and Smokey worked very hard to fix it. Smokey and the rest of Thunderbird Harley-Davidson were very professional and helpful. They even addressed some minor things that I didn't even bring it in for or even know were wrong. From the technical to the business aspect, I haven't received that level of customer service in a long time. I definitely recommend Thunderbird for all your motorcycles needs and wants.

I had an issue with being charged more than the estimate for some work I had done on my 2006 FLHTI. There were also some things that were said by one of the service reps that didn t sit well with me. My original review was a 2 star due to that interaction.
After posting, Sean at Thunderbird reached out to me and we had a terrific conversation. He understood my position, even to the point of offering me a refund for the difference in cost. He also stated that he had spoken to his service reps about the issue I experienced to prevent reoccurrence.
Based on the follow up, I m happy to edit my review to 5 stars, and frankly, it s a well deserved rating. The work performed on my bike was done well, and I m very pleased with the outcome.
Thunderbird has earned my trust, and my business.

Ok let's get something straight. Thunderbird Harley Davidson holds a Bikers training course. I highly recommend it. Their instructors are very very good at there job Matt and lenne thank you that was a hell of a good time mixed with excitement, suspense. Teamed up with little bits of fear. But with y'all waving us on it was worth it. I feel 100% more comfortable in turning, braking and safety manuvers. Thank's

I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my bike, sell me a new bike, etc. Thunderbird H-D is awesome! Friendly staff that make you feel welcome!

Went there today was stopped at the door by 2 guys one tells me I have to wear a mask or I can't shop and all he wanted to do is sell me a bandana him and his boss better educate them selves on ADA laws I can't wear a mask and cannot be asked why if you are in business you should know the law you have to offer me the same service as anyone else I have bought 4 Harleys in the last 10 years from them and that's what I was there to look at but now I will take my business else where.

Love the events they put on! But the service in MotorClothes is terrible. Twice I wanted to try helmets and the staff tell me wait here while they go get the requested size...never return, they go to the registers and leave me.

Recently went there to shop for a new bike, talked to the sales rep about the bike I was interested in. After discussion with him he stated the price that they could give me for that particular bike. It was more than $4000.00 dollars over manufacturer suggested retail. When I questioned that he said they could do that because "they own the market here". Well maybe not as much as they think, I will be going with the Indian.

Horrible parts department, out of 10 times going to buy parts they only had the part we needed one time and the price was marked up almost $70 higher than we were able to get it across town.
A couple of times they didn't even know what we were talking about.
We will NEVER spend another dollar here.

I sold cars for years so I can say my sales associate is extremely helpful and patient with me. Knowing I am not in a rush. I will purchase my bike from thunderbird Harley Davidson.

Got hit by a teenage girl texting on her phone on Feb 14th. The service writer Jack and the mechanics were extremely patient with my constant nuisances and got my 2015 FLHXS fixed better than before. Highly recommend this team.

Okay something's not right Harley-Davidson has fallen behind they're not the company that used to be or anywhere near it six weeks to get a peanut tank something that you have thousands and thousands of you take 6 weeks to get me one and then you can't get the seat that's required to replace as a new part since my bike was ransacked and the there's just no Harley directions to have the balls to charge me for a new seat that wasn't a new seat it was an old it was the same old seat and broken for by the the man that tried to steal all my parts! This seat that they put on still Wiggles and it shouldn't but I'm not taking it back to them Harley-Davidson needs to help me and do something about this my original fat touring seat with a nice thick pad on the back for my passenger is what I was supposed to get now I have the bike at home and the only two people that would ever get on it with me won't get on that seat because it's too skinny and uncomfortable I had sick padded and comfortable when I took it to him now I'm stuck with garbage!, terminal cancer patient with no ass left and I need that comfort so if someone would please get me a new seat like they're supposed to in the beginning that would be a lot nicer cuz I just tried to ride that bike from there back to my apartment in town and I can barely write it the seats so skinny and hard as you can you can't get comfortable on it I need to be able to have a seat I can lean back on that's cushioned that acts as a set of shocks cuz the shocks on that bike suck! If we can't get something else done then screw it I'll let the bank argue over who's paying for what I'll just take the damn thing out and burn it in the woods like I can't deal with this! I've been better off going to the Honda dealership better and less expensive motorcycle with 10 times better service I don't know how y'all let all these other bike companies get ahead of you but y'all are at the bottom of the list now!

Very impressed on how quickly the service department was able to get us back on the road. Jack Mc Sparren did an outstanding job helping us. We took our bike back today for an oil change and tune up! Thank you Thunderbird!

I have used Thunderbird Harley Davidson for years now and its been up and down Sean D has always made everything good but I just purchased another bike and brought back for the 1000 mile service only to have the paint & chrome chipped

Went to get estimate on rear brakes and rotor. The employer treated me very well and set an appointment for a couple of weeks. I went into the store and there was live music and drinks and it was a pretty nice place to hang out for a while.

This Harley store is jumpin! More like a local hang out than just a store. Has a lot of gear, and plenty of parts. New bikes on the showroom floor too. I went on a Saturday, and it was packed. People and bikes everywhere. Great atmosphere.

Purchased from El Paso TX. Had an awesome experience when I was at the Dealer. Ramon made me feel very welcome and very comfortable! Every step of the way got yo meet a very friendly staff. Aaron made all my online arrangements easy, I drove up just to sign and take delivery if my new Road Glide. Very easy negotiations for anyone out of town!

Sold my motorcycle back to Chicks. What a rip off! If I had had the time to sell it I would have. Was desperate to sell and not have to make arrangements to have to move it with me. It was practically brand new, less than 1,000 miles. They were not willing to pay one dollar over the payoff. Not one stinking $! Customer service was terrible. Terrible experience.....once again. I will never go back, will never encourage anyone to buy there or even shop there! Nothing good to say anymore about that place! Really disappointed! Do not buy from Chick's. Go to Four Corners HD in Farmington. It will be a trip worth making. Customer service rocks there. They care about their customers happiness, needs, and wants.

Took my wheels into this place to have tires changed out (purchased new Michelin Scorchers online which were cheaper than the dealer) because this is where I purchased my bike thinking they would care for them a whole lot better than other non harley places. I was wrong. Got them back and after paying $227 (pretty outrageous just for a change over keeping in mind they didn't even have to remove the wheels from the bike or reinstall them) my wheels were scuffed to heck and the powder coat was chipped in certain areas. I paid premium price for shotty work!! Whoever the tech was that worked on my wheels needs to take more pride in his work. The foreman needs to be doing audits on his guys' work. Very disappointed and will most likely end up taking my bike to another dealership even if its out of state for work. When paying the guy didn't even discuss what was done. Just said that'll be $227, took my card. Gave me my receipt and delivered my wheels to me after the fact. If I could give less than a star I would. Dont go to this dealership!!!

UPDATE--- Sean invited me to come see him and he made everything right. Just like he said below he did refund my money. He was very apologetic and reassured me that wasn't the norm of their service department. Very satisfied with how management took care of things for me. Thanks Sean for doing right by your customers!

On a trip for San Antonio to Grand Canyon, my two-month-old HD Road Glide sat through a rain storm. My speedo/tach unit would not come on afterwards, which meant my cruise would not work. The bike started and ran fine, but with severe carpel tunnel in my hand, no cruise meant the trip was over. Stopped in at Duke city and was told "that sucks, sorry" and we headed for Thunderbird Harley. The service dept. was willing to do whatever they could to get us back on the road. They were willing to loan us a bike, which I wouldn't do because I can't ride stock bars comfortably for long distance. So, ultimately, they pulled a gauge out of a brand new bike and loaned it to us to finish our trip. This is going above and beyond. I'm sure they broke some rules HD rules, but they were willing to do whatever it took to keep us on track and stand up for what is right. If you're ever in Albuquerque and need a good HD dealership. I highly recommend this place.
