All around, it's a great place for folks who ride....

All around, it's a great place for folks who ride. Ramon sold us a bike, and has become a FB friend. We go often to look for special prices on stuff, and several folks go out of the way to ask us about our rides, and suggesting other places to go. When we buy something, the parts guys will usually go out of their way to install it for us. I reduced by one star, as I find some of the Harley branded stuff to be even more expensive than other Harley dealerships I have visited.

I've bought three bikes here. Ben Kirby, the sales manager, is a very good guy and a die-hard rider himself. It's a good place to buy a bike and have it serviced. Just wish they were more flexible on price.

ALL OF us at some point have got to go through a learning curve....

I like them now.....and did not before but the truth is the truth and they are much much better than anyone else around at this point....that does not mean that they are absolutely great but they are somewhere in the infield..
and playing to win...so all of you who have walked away, try agian..

Coming from cowboy HD in Austin- i had to stop in and grab a thunderbird shirt and scope out the shop. I've been to many other stores where i didn't have a single staff member even so much as greet me. At thunderbird however, we were greeted before even making it inside. I originally spoke with joseph in motorclothes who was very helpful and mentioned current sale items, then was approached by Jason, the motorclothes manager, when he overheard that i worked at HD myself. Super friendly staff- organized merch- Was def a pleasant experience!

I was on a cross country trip and needed a part re...

I was on a cross country trip and needed a part replaced....They put me first in line and had me rolling again in a couple hours. Staff made sure I was comfortable, never pressured me. And...wait for it...they have the best coffee in town!! Haha I may even consider my next bike purchese from Thunderbird even though I live in North Carolina. Bottom line is this a great dealership.

Absolutely the best experience. I just want to say...

Absolutely the best experience. I just want to say that all the employees here were just dynamite. I want to point to the two guys that made it possible for me to have my dream bike! Aaron went above and beyond to make my experience the best! Dustin went through loan process and warranty clearly and answered all my questions with ease! Made a working class stiff feel important from the first phone call till the minute I drove out! Aaron really is one of the coolest people I ve had the pleasure of meeting!

Thanks a million! I will make this a frequent hang out just a cool place to be!!

Been to thunderbird twice, first time I was told I had to buy from you guy's or I couldn't get a 2019 cvo Ultra limited, told them I could go anywhere in the USA, I'm not stupid, been a Harley rider for over twenty years!!! Faithful chicks customer, Then I went in today to see the color in person, Again 2019 cvo ultra limited, The only person that that said anything was the girl in the front, I was looking at the cvo for about 25 to 30 minutes, No body came around,Very few customers!! I told the girl this is not how you run a business, she said that everybody was moving non-sold bikes, I left!!!! All I can say is thank God for Santa Fe Harley Davidson, Wayne always takes care of me, tried to give you guys a chance, Oh well, And I won't even get into Duke City Harley

This is probably the 4th or 5th time I have given ...

This is probably the 4th or 5th time I have given out five stars for anything and the reason is I reserve them for only the best of the best. The owner/ management clearly has a plan which has been well executed begins with a smile and a warm welcome followed up with a nudge toward the right department you need in my case it was the parts department. I was greeted by a big smile and a very happy employee who sincerely wanted to help me. I think her name was Meagan ( I do remember southern accent) This employee was remarkably savy and probably knew more than I did about my Dyna wide glide. This dealership is remarkably clean and well-stocked. I just moved here from southern California for the past 20 years and haven't had an experience like this at any other dealership. I highly recommend visiting this Harley-Davidson whether you're looking for a new purchase or simply need to pick something up or you're like me and you messed with your bike and you now need to bring it down there for service.

I Worked for TBHD for a few weeks and sold 2 bikes in my first 10 days. Sold a $15000 bike and a $40000 bike and never saw a penny from it. I was under cut on my hours after working 160 hours for this company I received a whopping 800 dollars for my sales and time. The company is focused on pretending to be your friend to get you to leave with a bike. They don't sell close to MSRP so don't waste your time bargaining. I was asked to not clean or take care of the bikes just to focus on selling them. If you go look at the bikes ( I wouldn't) look at how they're scratched and dirty they are before you buy; I don't see why they can't fix the paint for you after they scam everyone to pay more then what the bike is worth. From what I understand from the other workers they make false promises about pay, riding academies and many other things regularly. I would save your time and money and shop online or out of town. the owner is rude and fake nice to customers. This company thinks the customers are idiots and train employees to deceive them just to buy. Run for the hills from this place

Great customer service, all the ladies were very helpful and friendly. Large assortment of clothes, shoes, accessories for men, women , children and your pet.

They have a large inventory of motorcycles, parts for your bike and accessories either for bike or travel. Make sure and stop by , you wont be disappointed. Everyone is super friendly. Thabk you for making us feel welcome.

The worst harley dealer in the world I've purchased 3 Harleys from el paso , Farmington and Santa fe all after being at thunderbird who started 2500 higher $19000 when msrp was $16500 none of the others needed to do that then they tried to rob me in the finance office it looks like my new harley will come from Barnetts THUNDERBIRD SUCKS DON'T BE RIPPED OFF

Good luck trying to get your bike into this service drive. After explaining that this bike is my only means of transportation they do nothing to try to accommodate my schedule to look and see what's wrong with it. Simply saying, just drop it off in the morning and that's it.

This dealership did not have any tires in stock.. I ordered and paid on Wednesday 8/28/13. I did not expect it to be delivered before the Labor Day holiday but I wanted this order to leave the warehouse and be on it's way to Thunderbird. I see trailer trucks driving on the interstates 24/7 including holidays and bad weather. I did not hear anything from them so I went in person the afternoon of Wednesday 9/4/13. I was advised that my prepaid order was placed 9/3/13. I was willing to pay their inflated price (35% markup) because I expected service and reliability. I am disappointed with my initial contact with this authorized HD/Buell service location. Lets see how they handle their faux pas when the tire arrives and I take the bike in for installation. Moral of the story: If the part is not in stock, order it yourself. Do not leave your bike until you see for yourself the correct parts on site.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a while. Poor service writer customer service. If you don't know, find out before you try and tell me something wrong. I'll either think you're dumb or you're trying to take advantage of me. I made the call before coming in so I knew.

What business opens at 9:00am but doesn't answer the phone until 10:00am? If I ran my business like that, I'd be out of business.

What business doesn't take checks? I had to go and get a cashier's check to pay them. I'll bet you'd take a check if I was buying a new bike.

All in all, I won't be going back. I'll take my bike anywhere else. They pissed me off so much, I may sell my Ultra and buy a BMW touring bike. Corporate greed at it's worst. Profit before customers. Pathetic.

I will never come back again. I have and have had ...

I will never come back again. I have and have had several Harley's over my lifetime and I also have a 2002 Indian Chief. I was having problems with it running right and needed a mechanic. I wasn't familiar with the new Indian dealership and since they aren't the manufacturer of this year of Indian anyway I did not want to take it there. On top of this it has an aftermarket S&S 113ci motor and I felt like HD knows S&S motors as well as anyone. I also thought thunderbird has been in business for quite some time so I decided to take it in to them for repairs. When I explained all of this to the guy at the counter he told me he would check with the Service Manager which I thought was strange but said ok. He then comes back to tell me the Service Manager said "we only work on HD"! I was so surprised I broke out laughing while walking out of this "shop" and wasn't sure if maybe he was joking. I called a few friends who all recommended Crossroads Cycles in Rio Rancho for all repairs and particularly S&S Motors. Crossroads has gained a new customer with several bikes and thunderbird lost one and I will tell this story to as many people as I can to make sure I'm not the only one they lose. Piss poor customer service and arrogance, a really bad combination for a business.

I will never buy another Harley from this location...

I will never buy another Harley from this location again. sales and one of the maintenance workers (Megan) is excellent but management was horrible. My bike was in the shop longer then it was on the road. I had to take it back approximately 3 times in one month to get it worked on. The bike was leaking oil at one point and i went down. Can t say it was due to a leakage but I had made it known to them and when I told them There was no concern what so ever. I asked many times to talk to Sean and I was just moved around to talk to middle people (which I cannot stand). I ended up trading my bike to a car dealership because Harley had made a deal with them to buy my bike back from them and after months of waiting for some type of response on reimbursement they tell me that nothing was done and I wouldn t be receiving anything. Like I said I will never buy a Harley from this location again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff in all departments. They always have the parts I need in stock. I have been to dealers all over the country and rarely find an equal. I'm glad till have them as my local dealer.

Unethical sales practices.. Josh Archuletta sold me a helmet and told me the return policy was 30 days... I took it home in the box then brought it back the next day because I decided I didn t like the look of it... Josh wasn t their but the manager Elena Chevere stated all helmet sales are final. I asked her if they got paid on commission and in fact they do!! So it s no wonder Josh did not make it clear at the point of sale.

Was waiting for my bike's 10K. Not a lot to do other than shopping. As expected this shop runs like any other Harley Davidson. Mechanics making suggestions, Sales people asking you if you found anyting. Overall this place is nothing more than a nice gallery of bikes.

I have been to Thunderbird plenty of times for different reasons which are purchasing, browsing, hosting events, and participating in different events they have hosted. It s always a pleasant experience every time I go into that shop. I ve made really good rapport with various employees there that don t pressure you into a purchase but are happy just to see you stop by. I can t ask for a better place to purchase or just visit to browse Harley s. Plus you will also get free soda always and food on occasion! Great place a highly recommend it!!!

I recommend Thunderbird HD for all your necessary needs for your motorcycles. The friendly, respectful and helpful staff has taken care of me throughout all these years. After buying my motorcycle from Thunderbird I still go for their professional services. They not only have great people working for them but they also have many special events, concerts, fundraiser rides, and sales throughout the year. I have had many great experiences with Thunderbird.

Prices are misleading. Different sizes have different prices. I expect that got regular to plus size, but even regular sizes. I realized when I was overcharged. Good selection of clothing though.

Thunderbird staff is outstanding with great customer service and knowledge of their product. Service department is excellent with timely, quality work. Motor clothes and accessories has a great selection. I have purchased 6 bikes in the last 15 years from Thunderbird and wouldn't work a deal with anyone else!!

The sales person was amazing, welcoming and caring...

The sales person was amazing, welcoming and caring. However after almost 3 months , Harley financial has contacted me multiple times asking me for the title, they said they contracted the dealership but they haven t heard back from them, so I reach out to the dealer directly a week ago and was told they had no idea what the bank was talking about but that it was going to be taken care of that day, Harley financial said today that no one called them and they re still waiting for the title or the bike. So I called the dealer again and was told someone will follow up with you and things don t happen right away and a lot more, the only thing that was clear is that after you take the bike they can careless what happens afterwards. This is not my first bike but my first Harley and the worst experience, I don t need the bank telling me they ll come and get the bike because the dealer failed to do their job. We have made payments on the bike and are getting told to take it back, not to mention the first temp tag fell off with the first ride and after phone call after phone call we barley received a second temp tag in time to not be able to ride with bad cold weather. And don t bother to talk to the manager because he ll avoid the issue to continue with I ll have someone follow up with you

I don t know where to start, This place has been my hangout for many years. I have 2 Harleys & they both get there services there at Thunderbird. I treat my bikes as part of my family, not just things. These bikes bring me peace & joy. ThunderBird Harley-Davidson service department treats my bikes like they are there s. They treat my bikes with respect, with total care & that means so much to me. Everyone there , and I mean everyone there are very nice! There like family. Even in the Motor Clothes, they care about what you like. They remember you when they see you. They care about what they sell.. It s a life style & they live it with you.. Heck some of these people have seen my kids grow up... I m down with Thunderbird Harley - Davidson & will tell others how I feel anytime.
Thank you Thunderbird for all you guys do!!
