The pressure to buy is real even if you are not there as a customer. They are typical car dealer type sharks. I hated my experience here and will continue to not support the company. My buddy however is very happy with the motorcycle he bought from them.
Staff at Harley Davidson are awesome! Especially my salesman Joaquin! They made the whole buying process a breeze and really listened to what I wanted! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to feel like part of the family!

I read someone said that the Merchandize there was over-priced? HD stands for Hundred Dollars...Duh! If you can get out of there without spending that much means you haven't shopped hard enough! Great Dealership with EXCELLANT Customer Service!

Sevice writers deliver bad customer service. I am calliing to schedule service they transfer me to the service writer whol is talking to someone else and hangs up on me. I call back a second time and same thing. I call back a thrd time and it happens again. Next time I tell the person who answers the pnone what happened and she says she will find out whats going on. When she gets back on she tells me that they are busy with customers and don't have time to talk. Guess what? That is not customer service, thats is being a spoiled lazy punk who needs to be fired! I was also tole they will call me right back which they never did. I guess I need to find a shop that appreciats my business.
Great staff! Love dealing with all folks there! Service is quick and very knowledgeable, Motorclothes does a great job outfitting your needs.
And they offer rentals too!

I bought my bike back in August from here and still looking to do business with this place in the future. Anthony and the rest of the guys helped me out and got me exactly what I was looking for, it was worth the trip from El Paso, Texas!
Sales team and associates there are awesome, very friendly and make you feel right at home. Made sure my first purchase of a Harley was a memorable one. Will recommend to family and friends to go take the trip and visit the store and maybe walk out with a motorcycle!!!!

Have to say that all departments strive to take care of the customer. TBHD provides a great place where the biker community can purchase, service and hang out with their bikes and develop friendships.
My boyfriend and I were welcomed to the Thunderbird Harley Family when we purchased our motorcycle. Every time we were at Thunderbird, the employees treated us just as so, like family. Unfortunately, we were involved in a motorcycle accident and our Thunderbird Harley family were there once again to not only help us through the accident itself, but throughout the time we have been healing. We received a care package from the whole group at Thunderbird that just touched our hearts and let us know that we had their support. We are currently recovering from our accident and are lucky to have Thunderbird Harley repairing our motorcycle, so we can get back to riding. In the meantime, we visit and enjoy the events that TB HD and of course feel the love and support from the TB HD team. They are forever our family and we are blessed to have them in our lives.
I got to give it to the service department they have done me right every time I ve gone there for service on my bike. The techs have all done an awesome Kobe as will. And thanks for the free freshman.
Thunderbird is an awesome place to get your parts the only one here left in Albuquerque but they have all the Harley-Davidson parts that you need definitely recommend this place and they have a bunch of beautiful bikes also
My experience at Thunderbird Harley-Davidson and the Harley Riding Academy were all around 100% great. The first time I stepped in to look at bikes, D-Rod approached me and made me feel like family. At the riding academy, my coaches were Dizzy Jake and Glen. They made me feel confident and safe. The ladies who helped me get my gear were so helpful and informative. Tim was amazing in his process of completing the purchase. I highly recommend purchasing your bike at Thunderbird, where you will be welcomed like family and never pushed to buy anything you don't want!
DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GOING INTO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY DO NOT HAVE PRICING ON THE BIKES FOR A REASON.
HIGH PRESSURE SALES!! They are a Scott Fischer company and are no different than any other auto dealership in that respect. The staff is friendly and pushy all at once. Don't expect to get to know anyone. The staff changes like the price of oil on the commodities exchange.

Average hold time before parts department or service department answer, ~9 minutes. Pricing is less than competitive (versus other dealerships in Santa Fe and Arizona. They even sell for higher than MSRP on small service items.
Service department pricing is hit or miss. Called for a price one day and was told it would be 3.5 hours of work. Came in to set up the schedule for the same work, told it was 8-9 hours of work.
Frankly, they personnel are not always honest or try to intimidate you with threats of losing your warranty. Was told that my extended warranty would be canceled if I installed my own handlebars. I played along and asked, even the engine warranty? The employee said, yes.
This is the result of a high pressure sales model and higher employee turn over.
Too bad most of the people are genuinely nice. The ones that suck...are real winners at sucking.
Not the biggest dealership I've ever been to, but definitely up there in size. Big selection of bikes. Greeted by at least half the staff they had working today. Everyone was friendly and helpful and respectful. I feel like this is how every Harley Dealership should be.
They also have a special deal going on right now that if you buy 3 Thunderbird Harley shirts, you get an exclusive shirt for free.
Also kinda cool, they had a street glide from Sons of Anarchy that was signed by the cast.

Service department always on point. Have taken great care of my ultra limited since it was new. Now have 53k miles, still runs like new.
I spent over $1000 in buying the best leathers. I was so looking forward to getting my own little "Sporty!!" I signed up for lessons.
I couldln't take the lessons when I had them scheduled: the "lesson guy" said "no problem" whenever I wanted to the lessons would be there for me to take. We selected June to book lessons.
So now I go into the store to sign up for a class and they have completely lost count of the $366.00 I paid them for lessons. NOW I just want my money back, if they are so sloppy with finances!!!
So I must bring in the receipt they gave me (2"x4") in SOME little envelope I hope or the bank statement that shows it taken from my account. I paid cash. No bank statement available on that.
So I say Thunderbird Harley Davidson is an organized ring of theives.
BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THEM. THEY ACT LIKE THEY CARE ABOUT YOU. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEM.
Go to a smaller dealer that can keep track of your expenditures without you having to prove every purchase you have made.

Employees were helpful and informative, but overly pushy about getting you to buy a motorcycle. Definitely appreciated the assistance I got there and will probably buy a motorcycle there when the time comes.

I love this dealership! Thunderbird has the best staff in all departments. This is my go to place for parts, service, technical advice and to meet other riders.
We were on our way from Tennessee to Flagstaff. Our bike broke down in amarillo. Tripps got us to Thunderbird where they finished the repairs and more. They were having a rally and they feed us. They washed our bike. The people were amazing there. 5 stars aren't enough.
Excellent service and staff. Have always treated me like family, and helped with everything I needed done on my bikes.
Just passing through, end cap had came off of exhaust. Service rep went to get screws asked mechanic about installing. He replied would have to look at it, other wise make more money. I tried the screw in all three holes no problem. So ended up taking my Trike outside and installed on my own. Hope this mechanic goes on a trip one day and breaks down. Then they treat him like he treats his customers. I had been on the road for 7 hours, then had to lay on the ground to fix it.
Absolutely love this place! The staff is so amazing, I m old school been going to this place since they were previously Chicks Harley Davidson.... Thunderbird now by far a100 % better! Will keep going back love y all you rock Thunderbird
Stopped in to have someone show me how to put my trike into reverse. The assistant sales manager was so helpful, and it was 10 mins until closing. Thanks tbird harley.

They went above and beyond anything they had to do to make sure my girl and I were happy with our new bike. Friendly, respectful and courteous.
