Took my wheels into this place to have tires changed out (purchased new Michelin Scorchers online which were cheaper than the dealer) because this is where I purchased my bike thinking they would care for them a whole lot better than other non harley places. I was wrong. Got them back and after paying $227 (pretty outrageous just for a change over keeping in mind they didn't even have to remove the wheels from the bike or reinstall them) my wheels were scuffed to heck and the powder coat was chipped in certain areas. I paid premium price for shotty work!! Whoever the tech was that worked on my wheels needs to take more pride in his work. The foreman needs to be doing audits on his guys' work. Very disappointed and will most likely end up taking my bike to another dealership even if its out of state for work. When paying the guy didn't even discuss what was done. Just said that'll be $227, took my card. Gave me my receipt and delivered my wheels to me after the fact. If I could give less than a star I would. Dont go to this dealership!!!

UPDATE--- Sean invited me to come see him and he made everything right. Just like he said below he did refund my money. He was very apologetic and reassured me that wasn't the norm of their service department. Very satisfied with how management took care of things for me. Thanks Sean for doing right by your customers!
