I've done business at Thunderbird for over 7 years. It has a very friendly atmosphere and a great staff that listens to what I want. They are magnificent in support of our local HOG chapter, and they laid out plans to keep delivering tremendous events, excellent service, and a comfortable place to stop after or during a ride.
Standard Harley dealer: lots of friendly people, great bikes, and ridiculously overpriced clothing; what's not to love? Seriously though, buy a $40 tee-shirt and support H-D, or where will us old men get our bikes?
I visited thunderbird 3 times since moving from Arizona. All 3 times the I had the same unfortunate experience. I guess I may have been spoiled by great service, products and customer relations at the Arizona Harley dealers. The sales staff are rude, obnoxious and in your face arrogant unproffesionals. It is by far the worst dealership I have ever had the unfortunate experience to visit. I suppose it is the best you can hope for when you are the only game in town.
Talk about pressure sales. I didn't even make it inside the doors before I had a salesman in my face!
Its harley, i can never seem to get any parts for my bikes without them having to order them. Then again my newest one is 6 years old so it is what it is. People are nice and I like the free cocoa in the winter
If i could give them a zero i would....i have been very patient with my salespeople, i had everything set up to come in, sign and drive my bike away. All totally preapproved, and the whole deal was different as far as terms when i arrived. I traveled over 400 miles to give my business, and 3 months later i still dont have paperwork for tags for my bike. Even worse, now i cannot even get a call back. My advice? Shop sonewhere else, dont waste time here. Added, no sir you did not speak with my husband because i handled this fron the get go. Nice try. But be honest.
Bought a gift card for my boyfriend two years ago, he went in to use it and because I didn t have proof it had money on it they couldn t honor the gift card! Money down the drain what a joke. You just lost some good business!

Wow horrible customer service! Never getting our business again. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience as paying customers. Plus they got my brothers custom, beautiful bike STOLEN off their lot while it was being serviced and only offered $1000 to make it right. What a joke!
Excellent customer service in clothing department with Joseph. Very clean and well organized. He greeted us, answered our questions. Helpful with holding items at counter so we could shop comfortable. Very nice experience.

Harley Davidson in Albuquerque was really clean and nice inside and the lady that helped me pick out 2 shirts from there was really helpful.
I went to juanquinn instead of dealing with Mickey who I had a bad expericance with and had a wonderful experiance and the financial manager I was with was so nice and made the experiance genuine and made me feel great about my purchase.

Good place to look around and even get your bike fixed. But don't buy a bike here! They are not very good at working with creditors to get you good reasonable loans. They try their best to make as much as they can off you.

Terrible customer service. Finance department was aggressive and rude. They took my drivers license to copy it and failed to return it. It didn't notice. Now I have to go back tomorrow to get it. I never wanted to darken their door again. Other times I've been there with friends, they have been hard to deal with and unpleasant. Don't buy anything from these clowns.
By far the best Harley store I've been to. Ray was a very informative and helpful sales man.
So, we buy a new bike, buy the arm rest for the passenger seat, have them install it, and it's defective. Thunderbird "fixes" it, and in the process of doing so, screwed up the wiring. We take it back, they "fix" the wiring, and less than a year later, the arm rest flies off the bike going down the road into a semi grill. Now Thunderbird wants to charge $140 for the simple arm pad that was defective in the beginning. So much for quality parts and customer service. We will take our money somewhere where it means something to a business. By the way Thunderbird, your not so special because of the Harley name, their ARE other options out there.

I love going in that place looking at all the Harley that they have their clothes have a good selection clothing men women children size is also the sales representatives believe alone unless you need help which is great. Everyone was wearing masks I felt safe in their I purchased some Christmas Gifts we were in and out no lines easy parking.
I arranged a service for my bike mid-way through a cross-country ride. Thomas from Service greeted me as soon as they opened for business and got me squared away. He explained what was needed, and I got a service and a new rear tire. Great customer service from these folks!

Service dept sucks here. All they really want you to do is buy a new bike from there. I dropped my bike of yesterday morning when they opened for some work. Called around 4 and they said it takes time diagnosing it. Went there at noon today, they haven't even looked at it. This isn't the first time they did that either. Took the bike back, will never go to this store for anything again, waiste of my time
George in parts saved my butt. Riding from Chicago my tuchus was unhappy after 1700 miles. Bought a CVO seat for my Electra glide and can ride more than twice as far without a break. Also, tks for wearing a mask. I felt safe shopping here

We were only there checking inventory for a deal with Duke City Harley but most of the staff snubbed us as we walked up. Only one large African American man with open arms and warm greetings welcomed us. The rest even turned their backs to us to finish their conversations, very disrespectful people. I won't do business there with staff like that.

Went in just to look. We were greeted what seemed like by every single employee. Chris Pino came right at us an asked what are you looking for, what do you have in mind? My Spouse let it all roll out and Chris said let me show you these two. Bam! Like a beauty we were hooked. Filled out paperwork they took in our Mac ride with a good cash trade in value and on the road with our new beauty. Employees here are kind, respectful and have good people skills. This is an awesome place for bikers and families alike. Everyone I've met here between sales, service, and even riders just stopping in has been very friendly and helpful. I recently reached out through email about an issue I had on the service side at my own fault. Not expecting a reply for quite awhile, I was surprised to have the service manager, Josh call me within 15 minutes and go out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. They've definitely changed my perception of a "dealership", and I'd genuinely recommend them to anybody in the market for a new bike, gear, or just a good time in a great environment.

There are friendly people there. They make u feel like your wanted there. They have a bbq it seems like every Saturday. They have Hebrew hotdogs, chips and the drinks are inside. Its a soda machine that u see in some fast food places.

Purchased a used motorcycle they showed on the internet and when we asked to see it they said it was boxed up??????? Then after we signed papers(2 days later) they brought it out and tires were bald, and had fender damage, they didn t let us see it until papers were completed

In town visiting from Massachusetts and I come from a family who owns a Harley shop and I gotta say, all the people in here were straight up rude. No one greets you when you walk in the door, they just look at you while they are sitting at the desk. Everyone should be treated as a potential buyer and greeted warmly. The two girls in motorclothes dont ask you how your doing or if they can help you find anything? Also when I was ready to check out, they still stood at the counter talkig well knowing I was standing there. Literally the worst experience I've had out of all the Harley shops I've been to. I even bought two shirts that were marked way over what they should be marked at.
Renting from Eagleriders - Thunderbird Harley Davidson was a breeze. The bike was perfect for our ride - NM-CO-UT-ID-MT-WY and back. The staff at Thunderbirds was friendly and gave us great info for our trip. Thanks Allen and David...see you next time!
On my way through Albuquerque Nm. to the 75th Sturgis bike rally notice that bike bike was acting up..Stop in and received Top notch service. .turns out my front wheel was hopping due to being out of true. They fixed it quickly and washed my bike...Thanks Thunderbird Harley Davidson. .Service department/ technicians. .the rest of my ride was awesome.
