I had an issue with being charged more than the estimate for some work I had done on my 2006 FLHTI. There were also some things that were said by one of the service reps that didn t sit well with me. My original review was a 2 star due to that interaction.
After posting, Sean at Thunderbird reached out to me and we had a terrific conversation. He understood my position, even to the point of offering me a refund for the difference in cost. He also stated that he had spoken to his service reps about the issue I experienced to prevent reoccurrence.
Based on the follow up, I m happy to edit my review to 5 stars, and frankly, it s a well deserved rating. The work performed on my bike was done well, and I m very pleased with the outcome.
