I recently bought an new atlas at this great place...

I recently bought an new atlas at this great place, after shopping around for a long time, looking for the best price and the best deal, with a very good credit, I went to three county vw and wow such an amazing experience, from the beginning to the end, my salesman name was Dino, great personality help me look for what was best for my taste and my family !!!! I compared prices from 5 different other dealerships and this was the best price with warranty, gap insurance, and tire wheal protection. I felt safe and well taken care of, I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family !!!!

These guys at the service centre are big cheats. They always overprice their services and parts and when you question them about their high charges ($80-$100 difference between what other service centers are quoting for the exact same service/parts), they try to make some excuse about how good a job they do and then in the same sentence they go on to say that they are willing to do a price match.. as if it is like a wal-mart or a shoprite you are dealing with. And if they are willing to price match it in a fraction of a second then what happened to their we-are-better-than-others-so-we-are-expensive quality talk? They try to pull as much money as they can from you. On another occasion, I had given my car to them to fix the starter and although I had a platinum extended warranty which had zero deductible responsibility, I get a call from a certain miss who very coyly tell me that they are in the process of fixing the car and the extended warranty people will be covering the whole cost except for the $100 deductible which is my responsibility and that she is to charge it to my credit card on file.. all in one breath. Hold on, the contract I had in hand said zero deductible so I questioned her and she then says, "oh, actually I am handling a lot of cars today" uh.. excuse me.. that is not my problem. Know about the car you are calling the customer for; know the details and don't try to charge me a $100 when I am not supposed to even pay you a single penny. Also, they talk fast, they do that so you are confused by the information they are giving you.. and they talk technical terms which a lay man finds it hard to interpret. so along with asking them to repeat and explain things to us slowly, one step at a time, we get rolling eyes and huffing sounds from behind the counter in return. Really, is that what you are going to do? Lose the attitude guys. I kept going back there as they are very close to my location.. I wanted to give them a chance.. again.. but three experiences.. three fails.. No more. If I can't trust you with my car and money, I am out of the door. If you do decide to get some work done here.. be sure you are an expert in that area yourself and have the excess money, because between the technical jargon, the fast talking and a premium of a minimum $50-$100 on any part/service, you my dear friend are being cheated and there is no doubt about that.

Three County Volkswagen Service plays you for a fool. They charge twice as much as surrounding Volkswagens on certain jobs albeit they are nice at the counter. I would not recommend going to this Volkswagen for Service.

My Experience:

I had a nine o'clock morning appointment to get my keys programed. They charged $120 for the programing which should have taken all but 20-30 minutes. I was quoted around $50 at Ginsinger Volkswagen but they were booked for the week.

I sat there for about 2.5 hours watching TV. Towards the end I was told that the technician had trouble programing the key fob remote access to my car. It would take an additional $120 to try and figure out the problem. I decided for them not to go ahead and try to figure it out myself.

After receiving my two keys I head outside and attempt to program my remote key using Volkswagen's standard procedure and got it on the first try. Why did the technician have such a hard time doing this? I feel like I was played because the technician knows how to program keys and remote access, they do this job all the time.

One of my tires was punctured over the weekend, and with the combination of VW's Roadside Assistance and the team at TCV, I was back rolling on the road within a couple of hours. The Road Hazzard warranty I had on my tires came into good use, as my tires were recently purchased at TCV. Cassandra was able to get me booked in as soon as my car came in. The punctured tire was replaced and mounted, and they had me back on the road within a couple of hours.

Without writing an entire story.... I've been there 2 times in the last 3 weeks.... Horrible customer service. I only seems to me that the weekend is not a good time to bring your car in for service. Seems like they are over booked and in too much of a rush to get out of work for the day. My advice is don't have a first come first serve service on the weekend - when everyone is off from work. I think it should be the other way around. Also, best practice should be the mechanic can't leave untill they are 100% sure they fixed the issue with the vehicle. How can you perform service without checking it after to see if you've actually fixed the problem... Again seems like they rush the work.

Terrible service I do not recommend it to anyone, they damaged a part of my car, I took my car for a reecall of the air bag and they damaged a part that is in the same area where they worked and they do not want to recognize their responsibility in case, also the pessimistic treatment, they are not serious in the service and very unprofessional, I do not want anyone to go through this unpleasant experience.

This is our second car from Three County. Aside from a great selection, the staff is courteous, eager-to-please, and aim for your complete satisfaction. Also - go on their web site if you are looking for a car -- Three County's web site has a great feature -- they include the Carfax link for their previously-owned vehicles. How honest and upfront is that. And we can't forget the Service Dept - they keep you informed on the status of your vehicle. Would I recommend Three County - YES. Would I go back again - YES. Most of my friends get there carthere cause of my wife and I so yes not to favor a dealership but this is the last dealership I will shop for a car unless I go to audi.. lol a Must go to for your car purchases.....

Our Jetta was taken for deep computer diagnostics....

Our Jetta was taken for deep computer diagnostics. The issue was a misfire which took over 90 miles and several hours to diagnose. Not only that but when the issue was not yet diagnosed after 2 days, they kindly provided us with a loaner until they found the possible issues. The recommended work was done and our Jetta is running great. Looking forward to get our next car at Tri-County-VW Lyndhurst. Thanks Cassandra (Service Advisor)

I'm very conflicted about my feelings towards the service I received here. At first the salesman was very kind and was straight forward, but when it came down to the price everything changed. They knew that I wanted to walk out with the car but the price they were giving me would put four grand extra in their pocket and I was not accepting that. After all that was said and done then the salesman became more friendly again. My warning is that you do the math before going in.

Nothing but problems from this dealer over the cou...

Nothing but problems from this dealer over the course of a few years. I urge you to avoid them but decide for yourself:
1. My mother is in her 70s and was quoted to do maintenance at around $800 (which is bad enough) and then charged close to $1500 after she left. I had to call to get it corrected.
2. She had another service appointment for the check engine light to come on the next week, causing her to drive all the way back to the dealer.
3. Another time she had a service appointment only to come home to hear rattling noise and find a wrench socket left under her hood. They asked her to come back to drop it off before I called them to insist it was their fault and they come to her house to get it.
4. She had another service appt that cost close to $600 (no idea why VW thinks its a luxury brand and charges this much) only to have her check engine light come back on this week.

We have owned Acuras, Toyotas, Chevrolets, Corvettes and never ever encounter these high service bills. Volkswagen charges WAY TOO much and then delivers even more headaches. We cannot be the only one that has problems with this dealer.

I left a message for Scott Senior, the owner, so let's see if he calls me back.

They actually deserve less than one star for being rude and neglectful. I ve been going to this VW dealer since 2015 with multiple leases. The customer service has changed for the worst over the past 2 years. When I went back to lease another vehicle the sales reps are absolutely great to work with because they are taking your money; however, once they have you sign and commit, they can care less about you. The service Department is deplorable, just as the management in the place. They are unprofessional and arrogant and will not respond to issues and concerns. After years of my committed loyalty to Three County VW with great joy I am taking my business elsewhere.

I just recently leased a 2017 Passat from this dealership which I'm very pleased I did. The whole sales force worked with me in getting the monthly payment where I was comfortable with. I expressed concerns on the mileage allocated each year and management worked with me to get 15,000 miles per year on my lease agreement. If your in the market to buy or lease a car, ask for Scott and the rest of his staff and they will give you a stress free experience in getting you into your next vehicle.

What I thought to be a great sale experience turned out to be an Nightmare when my salesman James Mastrogiovanni turned out to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced I guess since he got his commission he didn t care to stand by the deal he made. I spoke to him about a bill I received from VW credit for a lease return which I was assured I would not receive any bill for . I asked him and the sale manger repeatedly and they both told me don t worry about it. I was naive and I believe they would stick to the deal we shook hands on. after serval phone calls and text messages James said sorry We can t do anything else for you. Which is so frustrating because this was not our agreement. I did call VW corp and explain my experience with this dealership since this is my 3rd VW and I am a loyal customer they were able to write it off . No thanks to James or this dealership . I will not be using this dealership again I will gladly take my business to an other VW dealership I will recommend you to skip this dealership and go somewhere where they appreciate the customer and stand by the deal they make !

I took my car in for service in May. They found se...

I took my car in for service in May. They found several issues with my car: my battery, front strut mounts, bearings and lower control arm and wishbone mounting needed replacing. I authorized the repairs & picked up my car a few days later. I drove my car 10 miles before my car started smoking. I pulled over and opened the hood of my car. My passenger pulled out a shop rag which was on fire. It had been left by the engine by the VW mechanic, Eric, who had worked on my car. I called VW and took my car in for inspection. I spoke to the manager Les Ashton who assured me that it was a one time mistake. He inspected the car himself and assured me that no damage was caused by the fire which started because of the rag left by the engine of my car.

Out of good faith, I believed Les when he told me that the issue I had with VW was a one off. So I decided to take my car in for a service at Three County VW in January. I was told by Matt that once again, several repairs were needed: new radiator, radiator support, front & rear breaks & rotors, 3 new tires & wiper blades. I authorized the repairs which were estimated at $3200.00. A day after getting my car back I noticed a scraping sound as I went over a speed bump. I looked under my car and saw two prongs hanging down, one of which had split in two from scraping on the speed bump. I took my car back in Matt told me that there was a screw missing and apologized for the oversight (Lie #1 - there were at least 2 screws missing). I asked to speak to the manager Les Ashton. He apologized and brought in the mechanic, Wayne, who had worked on my car. I did not receive an apology from him, instead he tried to justify his mistake. Les asked him if the part was damaged, Wayne said no (Lie #2 - as previously stated, one of the hanging parts had torn). They took me to my car to show me that no damage had been done. I pointed out to Les that Wayne had cut off the damaged piece from the part that needed to be replaced. I have also since discovered only one of my wiper blades was replaced.

I now have to pay more money to take my car elsewhere to make sure that all the services/ parts listed above have been changed and installed properly. Clearly the mechanics employed by VW are incompetent. What are the chances that in the space of two visits that two different mechanics have caused problems with my car while making repairs? Les Ashton also told me that he had to fire a mechanic for making a serious mistake. This is obviously something that happens often at Three County VW. NEVER AGAIN!!!

All other dealerships should take notes! From the moment I walked in, until the moment I drove off in my new CC, I never felt pressured and always felt confident that I was getting the best deal possible. Scott, Joe, John and the rest of the 3 County VW team were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Aside from having the exact car I wanted (I'm picky), they were able to save me a great deal of money on financing as well. I ended up getting a better car for a cheaper price than any of the other VW dealerships I vistited were offering. If you are in the marker for a VW, then GO TO 3 COUNTY!! I will definitely be buying my next car from them.

Straightforward. Honest. Listened to my needs. Incredibly courteous. Service has been outstanding. No pressure to buy but they valued my business. Best dealership I have ever bought from. I will keep buying VW and I will keep buying from Three County VW.

I just bought another vehicle from Three County VW and they did it, again - great service, patient answered all of my questions, and they demonstrated fantastic knowledge of the vehicle and everything I should expect with my warranty, driving and maintenance - if you're not buying your VW from Three County, you're making a big mistake!

I called 3x after calling the phone number you provided to try different people to speak with and/or being suggested others to speak to. No one knows the person who posted this response on behalf of Three County. Please, save me from generic template responses to show others reading this that you care.

Again, my leased car is leaking oil and I was told this could be a transmission issue....and somehow I am liable for this? I know I seem disgruntled, but I am just speaking truth and would be posting positive reviews if felt necessary. I keep being told the next person to call to help me even though I never caused damage to the 6-month-car on my own.

So, please, don't waste my time with generic PR posts. You see my last name attached to this post, look up your files and CALL ME and don't have me trying to find you.

Why the hell do you call yourself a car showroom/dealer.
I came there looking for a Passat Manual Transmission and you didn't have it on your lot. You did not offer me a test drive saying that you will be able to get the car for me. All you had to say was that you did not have the car.
And then when I gave you my offer for the car, you said it is $3000 less than normal and that you can't do it. There are dealers out there who are killing each other, trying to give the most competitive price and Three County VW just says that it can't.
There were no apologies, no sincerity, nothing.
I live 5 mins away from this showroom and they now made sure that I don't even look at that damn place when I drive in front of it.
The sales rep was Gary something. Half of me wants to sue him or contact VW to let them know of the crappy service they have in one of their showrooms.
Please go to a different VW dealer. They will give you a much more competitive price.

This is the third time I went to the dealer for the same problem and the manager Mathhew Kuczek has been telling me that because my car was bought used he is not reponsible for the brake caliber that makes this problem.The car was bought with only 97 mi from Volkswagen dealer,and this manager is telling me that the car has no warranty and he has no interest of fixing.Also,when I had a problem with my other 2012 Volkswagen he told me that he doesn't want to fix it and it's not his problem.Currently,the car has 38,000 mi.This makes me never buy a Volkswagen again,and I recommend the public not too either.

If you own a VW instead of going to a quick lube place you're better off going here...they'll give you the Mfr. recommended oil for the same price or cheaper than other places and you get a free "hand car wash" ... plus they have shuttle and loaner car services... Greg took very good care of me also with some parts I bought previous to my car service ...very pleased

This is my second time using TCVW and they did not...

This is my second time using TCVW and they did not disappoint. Things I really like about them: they test drive the car before returning it, and give it a good detail too!

I haven't had to return it for repeat work (I have had brakes done, clutch inspected, bearings replaced, and some more minor things). I also have a non-manufacturer's warranty through Endurance, which has cut my cost down quite a bit.

In early 2017 ... I use to have an 2002 JETTA ... It was in good shape .. but I needed to replace it ... I started to find what to do ... and decided to go to a VW dealer .... I have become recently resident and get hired by a good company ... no credit record ... no references ... almost nothing !!! How to pretend to get a more recent year car !!!!!.... any way I tried it ......
I google it ... a lot dealers shows up ... and randomly pick ..... Tree County Volkswagen in New Jersey ...
Now I know that was the best pick I have ever made .

It was a Saturday morning ... arrived there with my little daughter Anabella.... parked my car ... started walking watching the Cars .... and ... Dino .... shows up ... very friendly.... and told me .... Hi ... my name is Dino... if you need anything... don t hesitate ... let me know
And start to walk beside us ... and asked me... which car do you like ... my daughter who was only 8 years old at that time .... promptly answered .. pointing to a beautiful Silver Tiguan ... that one .. she said ... I replied to her .. sweetie ; I don t think we will be able to get that one, we don t have to much to offer ... Dino... who was watching us ... very gently and friendly... said.. Why not ... sorry what s your name ... I replied.... Jose... ... well Jose... why not ??.. is that your car .?? pointing to my old JETTA ... yes .. I replied... and he said ... ok. Jose .... don t worry... come with me inside ... I ll take care of you two....
That day late at the evening when I was driving back home with that beautiful Silver Tiguan ... I can barely believe it ... they only take my old JETTA ... !!!!!
That day one of the happiest day that ... my daughter and I have had since came in to the US... started... a very friendly relationship in between us and Tree County Volkswagen dealership...
Today after more than two years... I have get from them.. a very great service and help ... and thanks to them again ... I m driving now a beautiful 2018 White Atlas ...

I bought a Passat from John in February and could not have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I started looking through the inventory, John was easy to reach and beyond helpful and the owner, Scott S, was largely involved with making my purchase rewarding and affordable. Unlike many salesmen, John did not pressure me in any way. He laid out my options for me and helped me find the perfect car for me. I originally wanted the less expensive Jetta, but I ended up with a newer and fully loaded Passat while staying within my budget. There is wide range of inventory and every employee I came in contact with was helpful, kind, efficient, and most importantly smiling! Scott seems to take pride in his family business and is not trying to rip anybody off; just trying to provide people with a safe and affordable Volkswagen. Within the first few months of buying my car, Scott and John both called to make sure I have not experienced any problems with the car and to ensure I was still satisfied. I had a flat tire and brought it in and my problem as solved within an hour and I got a free carwash! I still love my Passat and I highly recommend buying a Volkswagen from Three County Volkswagen.

I was sold a used 2004 year car by them a year ago under manager's special for above 10K with a CARFAX which was clean. I had a lot of problems with it. I convinced myself that used cars always are like that. But recently I walked into another dealer and wanted to trade in this car when I found in their autocheck that this car had an accident reported in december. I had bought this car in december too. When I bought it, it was mentioned that it had no accidents! Now this car is valued below 5k. They clearly cheated me. I am very disappointed. Never believe their sale tactics, I know understand why that sales rep was so keen on selling it off to me ASAP. I still have proof of the printed carfax that they provided me at the time of sale. This is horrible!

Stay away from this dealer, the salesman lied to me so bad that I return the car back. So I brought a 2016 Hyundai Genesis from this dealer on September 30, 2019. A week after it shows up on my credit karma for more that what the salesman told me. The final price includes all the taxes on documents feels paperwork was $27,000. But instead they sold me the car for $31,900 , $4,900 more than what the salesman told me with 54,000 miles, 4 owner on 1 accident reported, I took the car back to the dealer and told them that I don t want anymore, because the salesman lied to me, and added extra warranty for extra money and also added warranty on rims on tire. They didn t provide me with any documents about what am paying for, nothing about the warranty, so I left both keys on the salesman desk and told them that I don t won t the car and left

This dealership is exceptional. I failed to write a review back in March of 2014 so this is a review based on a somewhat extended relationship with this VW dealership. Purchased a used car in March, I dealt with Dino and Joe... Both great guys. Even though it was 6 PM on a Saturday they did not rush me and they went back and forth until almost 10 PM to make sure I had everything I needed. There were some minor issues with the vehicle and I had to make two visits to the service department, Matt is absolutely the most professional adviser there is. He will explain everything and anything that the car may need done and he will make sure the techs get it done right the first time. Waiting area is clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and the car wash they use is the best in the area. During my most recent visit to service I couldn't help but fall in love with one of the vehicles on the showroom. Six hours later, it was in my driveway. Dino and Joe made it happen again. Two successful buying experiences within a year. I am glad I gave Volkswagen a chance after two failed attempts at liking German brands and I am even more happy with Three County. Highly recommended.

I have recently purchased two vehicles from Three County Volkswagen after being referred from a friend. First, in March of 2015 I purchased a pre-owned Jetta with the help of salesman Gary Santostefano. I was so pleased with the entire process, I returned to Three County in August to purchase a new Touareg; although this was not a normal sale: Three County was able to get me out of a competitors lease early and into a Touareg. What I thought would be a difficult process was a breeze. The entire staff, from service, sales, finance and ownership were all courteous and knowledgable. I have already gotten both vehicles serviced for routing maintenance (oil changes etc.) and have had nothing but the best experience possible. Most of the time I dread going to a car dealership. This is not the case when considering Three County as they make you feel at home. I have owned other auto brands in the past, and this dealership will keep me going back to VW. I highly recommend VW and more so, this dealership.

I called and dropped my car off the same day and Three County VW did a good job with the oil change and the Pothole Recovery special. I like the way the car feels after the alignment. It feels solid and grounded and I love that the car gets washed after the job is done. Also, I took advantage of the shuttle service. It is a big plus to be able to drop off the car and have someone take you back to work and pick you up when the car is ready.

****PLEASE AVOID 3X**** I got ripped (bait & Switch) in Sept 2016 at this place. I went there to buy a Hyundai that I saw on their website but when I got there (approx 30min later). I was told by Salesman Dino that the car was already sold. So he showed me instead this 12' Mercedes C300, told me he was the best car for me. My intention was NOT to buy a Mercedes, after hours of negotiation he give me an insane offer for my trade-in. After thinking about the monthly payment & insurance of the new car, I denied it. He, then call an agent and quote me on a premium (affordable at first). So I purchase the car. Fast Forward, 1 1/2 year later, I realize that the car has been into 2 accidents, and no dealer wants to take it for a trade-in. And also notice that my lease was 72 months, when I was told 60 months (in order to lower my monthly pmt, he simply increase the longevity of the lease). I went there a year later, and spoke to 2-3 different managers and nothing. I tried to sell them back the car, nothing. I reach out to the lender, nothing. I even reach out to corporate; since the car is not a Volkswagen and the dealer is independent, they can't do much. It seems like these guys get away with anything. Management is lacking of leadership and responsibilities. STAY AWAY FROM THAT DEALER OTHERWISE, YOU WILL REGRET IT; THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

A 5 Star rating does not do Three County VW justice! The service, professionalism and work done to my vehicle far exceeded all of my expectations. The customer service is second to none and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. I would with out the slightest hesitation recommend anyone to Three County VW. If you are looking for great service, a dealership you can trust and an enjoyable experience Three County is for you.

I ve been going to this VW dealer since 2003 with multiple purchases. To say the least the customer service has changed over the past decade. I came back to purchase another vehicle and the sales rep Dino was absolutely great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone, however the finance rep named Joe had ruined Dino s sale for him. His unprofessionalism and arrogance is absolutely unacceptable. After 17 years of my committed loyalty to Three County VW with regret am taking my business elsewhere.

I've always had a great customer service at the service center. I have purchased numerous cars from the dealership; however with the horrible experience I've recently had in the sales department from COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE and NEGLIGENCE in handling my VW credit account. I've never had a more frustrating and upsetting sales experience. I was promised things that were never followed through; and handled with complete lack of diligence. The sales Manager Ernie was arguing with me on the phone, and barely apologetic or remorseful about the entire situation, before admitting that they were wrong. I walked in to the office to speak to him and the first thing he should of said was "sorry for your trouble"; I instead received awkward silence. After doing 4 deals with them over the past 8 years; I was treated like garbage. The sales person made several deals with me and promises that were never followed through. I was lied to numerous times; with clear proof of this. The customer is never right here, they rather argue with you before looking into things and I've had babysit them to close out old accounts and do their job. I wish I had never done business with them!!! I regret ever doing business with them and I will never go back here again for anything sales related. Management starts from the top...is this how the owner allows this business to run?

Took my Passat for an oil change and a recall. They gave me a a brand new loaner at no charge and I was able to get right back to work without losing any time on my busy day (Friday). I enjoyed it for the weekend and my car was ready on Monday. Unfortunately i couldn t make it on Monday to pick up my car but they didn t make a big deal about it. I picked my car up on Tuesday and wasn t hit with any surprises. Needless to say I was very pleased.

Stopped here with my bestie so she could buy a new...

Stopped here with my bestie so she could buy a new car. She wasn't sure what she wanted but had an idea of an SUV. Dino was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, especially about the Volkswagon Tiguan! We did however, end up going elsewhere but he followed up with a couple of phone calls to make sure she found something. Thanks for the good customer service!

Disappointed in the service I received from this p...

Disappointed in the service I received from this place...brought my car in for Warranty work after having only 3,000 miles on the car which is a joke...Was told a resistor was my problem and would be corrected in a day...It took 5 days for a resistor...I am an electrician by trade and if it took me 5 days to install a resistor I'd be fired...Then when I bring back the loaner car I get told I need to wait cause their may be an issue...Wondering what the problem could be I find out apparently their is an 1/32" scratch you'd need to see with a magnifying glass under the bumper...After two other workers told me it was no big deal I left...What a joke of an establishment this place is...talk about entrapment this place gets 1 star cause the service girl was the only nice one...I will get my service done in a back alley of Paterson before I bring it here again.

All I can say is that this dealership makes it dif...

All I can say is that this dealership makes it difficult for u to walk away..... Which means that the sales force will go out of their way to be accomodating. I've leased vehicles for over 20yrs, and from pulli g into the parking lot, I was immediately greeted by James, who for the entire process was upfront, honest, and shot straight.
I honestly appteciated that the most. While i may have been a bit of a tough customer, the sales manager was easy to work with and i was out of there in under 2hrs with a new ride.

This place is a sham. .. The sticker price is at least 5k above the Internet price despite what sales manger ,they tell you on the phone.
They add on thousands for nonsense like certifications etc. and don't even mention you'll pay cash..that'll cost you several thousand more!
Oh the wait to see a "salesperson" is hours long.
I left and will never be back again.

I would not recommend this place for your car service. It is my first time here for oil change. It usually takes no more then 20-30 min for oil change along with waiting time for other locations. But at this location I have waited to get my car back for more then 2 hrs. I don t think I would go back there again.

Went to this dealer for a 2013 CC trunk water leak issue. I searched online and this appears to be a common issue of the CC. The technician did a exam and saying they cant find the problem, but charged me $300 for just checking it.

I ve always been skeptical about buying a used car...

I ve always been skeptical about buying a used car, but figured I would take the plunge with VW since their warranty is among the best. So far, Three County VW has made all of my nightmares about buying a used car come true!

Not even a month ago, I purchased a used 2018 Atlas with 17k miles. Looks and drove great, for 3 days... after three days, the check engine light came on and the car started buckling al low speeds. I called their service department and told them that the check engine light came on only after having the car for three days. Their response, we are really busy and can not even look at it for a week to a week and a half . I asked okay, can I bring it in and you provide me with a loaner then? Their response, we have absolutely no loaners (how convenient). I immediately called Gensinger VW who were more than accommodating to give the car a look the SAME DAY! There was an ignition coil failure so they ordered the part and fixed it a few days later. They assured me that it was safe to drive in the interim until they received the part.

Two weeks later, CEL comes on again! I called three county again and expressed how upset I was and demanded them to look at it ASAP and provide a loaner car. Again, no loaner cars available, until I really expressed the urgency and how upset, one magically just came back. They saw some of the same codes and told me that they updated the software which solved the problem. I told them that I wanted them to actually change some parts and do some further testing because this was not normal. They said this is all they can do and this is all the VW would tell them to do for now. Fast forward a day later after getting the car, the CEL comes on for the third time within a month! I will update this again after I see how this unpleasant experience pans out!

Luxury service experience. I had a recall, asked for appointment, they were flexible. When I arrived, they know about me and they told that another recall is in effect and they can do together with the one I came for, it will take not much longer! Not only saved time - no need to schedule and come and wait for a next time- for me but created trust.
On top: they treat you like a king/ queen: all the employees were smiling, amazing clean and inviting environment. While seated they come to you to sign paperworks . Nice and smooth workflow!
They have a shuttle service, free wifi , free coffee and a free car wash ( cooperation with Contemporary Car Wash) just around the corner. Highly recommend to everyone with VW.

I've been going here for years now, an only get the top of the line customer service when I need parts for my car. Which is a Frankenstein. Different motor, trans, trim. Only thing original is the paint. Anybody that knows a custom car knows it's a real pain to find parts and the correct ones at that. Frank and Lorian over in parts are relentless when searching for parts and to try an help u out always, they are kind an are very professional. Highly recommended
