Purchased a Pre-Owned GMC Yukon from Mike Fitzwate...

Purchased a Pre-Owned GMC Yukon from Mike Fitzwater. Bought the vehicle in March and found out immediately there was no air conditioning which I notified Mike and his sales manager. Never could get a return call back from them.

Called back in and Mike repeatedly told me I bought a "as is" vehicle and they were not aware the AC didn't work even thought the vehicle went through "service"

These guys especially Mike Fitzwater may do a good job if the transaction goes smoothly but this is how they deal with situations when an issue arises.
