Brandon did a great job on the exterior headlight ...

Brandon did a great job on the exterior headlight problem I was having with my less than one year old Cadillac. I could not seem to get the problem corrected through normal challenges. Even though Brandon works in the sales department, did not sell me the car, nor has ever met me, he was able to solve the problem. He took time away from his family, Thursday evening, after working hours, to walk me through the solution. It was an effort above and beyond the call of duty and deserves a five star rating. Thank you for allowing me to bring this exceptional performance to your attention.
