The building is old, the elevator is narrow, the hallway is narrow, but the rooms are out, there is a family room too, the breakfast is good, the fare is cheap, really go to Petronas, walk 5 minutes
Good. The room was big. But the furniture was old one, so make the impression for me look not clean. Overall this hotel is okay. But the lobby to hot.
Not a good one for a four star, didn't like how all the areas are interconnected, dirty public rest rooms
Very good..basically what u need everything is here as a traveller..it just most of stuff are quite old..but it is good enough for me..recomended
Great value for money and excellent location near KLCC and Petronas Towers. Friendly staff who allowed us to change rooms when we checked in and discovered our room had been fumigated on their monthly rotation. The rooms and furnishings have seen better days.
Huge apartment. Very cold air conditioning. Abundant breakfast buffet. Walking distance to klcc. Reasonably priced room service meals, with very good tastes.
We had 3 days 2 nights stay, unfortunate for us where our car got one long ugly scratched on the first day we've parked at the hotel basement. Therefore we move up another level for more secure, but the same incident happened with another big and thick scratch on the 3rd day morning we've checked before attending seminar at MCA convention hall. Although we've made immediate report after discover 2nd incident, I'm very disappointed and angry when a call received yesterday afternoon to evening, the hotel management request us to contact security management to deal it with them directly. And I reply the person by please send the details to me with black and white. Until today 15-Sep-2016 @ time: 3.20pm there's no feedback from their management how are they supposed to be responsible.

The location is decent. Has a good view of one of the Petronas towers but the other one is obstructed. Still, good view on a high level. Rooms are extremely spacious. Service is good.

Near to masjid as-syakirin. And near to klcc. Spacious and comfortable place. Feeling like at home.
Location is good. Price is good. Room quite big, just that the hotel is quite old one. But good. Walking distance to suria klcc. Convenient.
Simple but spacious. The bathroom is also clean and spacious. We take room 1 double bed. There is a guest room. Strategic location. recomended
Comfortable to sleep, but the smell of moisture at the entrances and corridors but the rooms are clean and the problem is also a pod that will answer you on the back door and not at the lobby

Kuih not so good. But the other dishes are nice. Their ice cream.. Steamboat with tomyam soup. Had assorted kerabu.. Shellout seafood is the best
The room is clean and beautiful. The swimming pool is dirty.
We stayed for 2 nights. The room is spacious and there is also a kitchen and it is comfortable.
Will come here again if go to KL, we booked 2 rooms: once we come, the receiptionist asking me whether we can use thier apartment with 2 rooms, there are also dinning room and kitchen.
You know what?without add cost..

I don't know where to start....The Zon is like an aging diva inching towards oblivion. The room although spacious and clean is stocked with furniture that has seen better days. Everything about the place smells ancient. It's only saving grace was breakfast which was simple and satisfying. Would I come here again?.....perhaps after a massive overhaul.

Nice big rooms, great view from the bay windows. From the pool is also a great view. The insides of the hotel are really old-fashioned, but in terms of money. We really enjoyed. Were in February 2014go.
Hotel in great need of remodeling. No internet in rooms. Floor lumpy and many cigarette burns on furniture in non-smoking room.
Come to break. Not many people. Satay and grilled goat are delicious.
Not too expensive compared to the other hotels near KLCC, this place is amazing to see the fireworks nearby the pool on new year.
Quite noisy in the morning because next to mosque. Doing pest control so feel unsafe. The staff is polite and friendly.
Quite good for the price. There's a pool. The food he ate was delicious. The village fried rice and Chinese fried rice are worth a few dollars, but they're delicious and well worth it. The velvet muffin with chocolate is the best!

You get what you pay. Near to city centre. Receptionist are helpful. Lower apartment are damp. But its very spacious for large families

The room is big and quite cozy for a family of 5 to stay. The facility is not perfect, but I have no complaint because the price is very affordable and the location is great.
A big plus for the location and clean spacious apartments;). Minus is unfortunately the decor and arrangement straight from the 80s.) Nice service ... And the attention of the hotel is not right on the street;) you have to go deeper;) right next to the temple;)

The place is quite good and nearby klcc tower but the parking is very expensive here
The hotel lobby is very hot. The check in processes took us almost 2 hour. We were then given a smelly room.
