Good location. Basic apartment. Could use refurbishment as looks dated

Very good for families and the suite is large but the old furniture and there is a smell sometimes but the place is excellent and the breakfast is good and the price is very good I would recommend it

The price is super for a hotel within the golden reliance of Kuala Lumpur. My fav spot.

The Zon All Suites Hotel is recommended hotel if you will come to KL. It's only 300m nearby KLCC Petronas Twin Towers, the icon of Malaysia! Comfortable and big size suites room but not expensive. Food and swimming pool are good enough. Especially for Moslem, this hotel very recommend bcoz KLCC Mosque beside the hotel. You'll never late for sholat fardhu.

I've been here few years back and the location of the hotel is good and convenient. I can walk to the klcc park and to the beautiful twin towers.
Their services were good and the food is great. I'll book to the ZON when I come and visit again Kuala Lumpur.

Good all-suites-room hotel in the heart of KL City, eventhough u must take a little walk to get in there. If u come with a big family i suggest to stay in this hotel. Also, the breakfast is very good

Casual place (apartment with two rooms) , there are smoking rooms available

Great rooms, view of one of the Petronas towers, a hot tub and clean sheets. The elevator is really tiny. Durians are not allowed in the hotel. Food is great, available all hours of the day in the room and at meal hours in the lunch area. There's a nice outdoor pool, along side a kiddy pool. Staff is polite.

Good location 200m to Twin Tower. Very big room. BF so good.

The lobby is quite small, the elevators are generally bad, and the corridors leading up to the rooms stink. However, breakfast was nice and the rooms are decently sized and clean. The location of the hotel, right next to Suria KLCC, is a huge plus as well. Don't expect a luxurious stay in this hotel but at least this conforms to my basic needs and requirements quite well.

The elevetor is FREAKIN SMALL & only 1 working at peak hour. Other than that, all okay.

The place is old even though they refurbished recently, painted the rooms, changed some furniture but fixtures are old.
The breakfast was rather dull, being Malaysian, they serve nasi lemak, noodles, bread, porridge, etc.
I stayed only 2 nights, got bored with the place. Not likely to return.

3 stars for a so-called 4 stars hotel. Definately require major renovation due to old looking appearance. Otherwise,it does not match with the stars given. Service 3 stars.

Recommended place to stay in KL, near the mosque and KLCC.

Not bad with limited budged, close to shoping center.

I have stayed in many hotels. This is the worst hotel. The old reception desk manager is bad. The room is covered with mosquitoes. There is a large site outside the window. Sleeping at night. The air conditioner makes noise. I closed the road and asked me to change to another parking lot. I asked all the security guards and the reception staff that there is no charge for this parking lot. There is no charge for picking up the car tomorrow morning. I charged 52 MYR. I told the reception manager that the security guards and reception staff were sure If you don t need to charge, the manager immediately stopped the receptionist and the security guard to talk and said that because the parking lot outside the hotel is charging, the attitude is arrogant and unreasonable to charge guests. Please do not stay in this hotel will make you very unhappy

very comfortable & clean hotel..near to (walk around 15min) aquaria klcc, restaurant.staff also friendly, easy parking n free .. u must try kenari block as its near to parking, cafeteria & pool..i choose room with 2bedroom , superb fantastic..can see klcc clearly..bilik ad cengkup ckup..peralatan peralatan, gas dapur, piring mcm dkt rmh .for for moslem guests there is a prayer & qibla. iron n hairdryer pun ad !! xperlu risau..brekfast i 5star..our family love it..pool also very clean n luas..overall will come again one day;)

Bit hard to find the way there. Many construction around.

Residence with a strategic place close to KLCC Suria and Petronas tower is just a walk away. Spacious room and nice bathroom with bathup. Only the bathroom has no slot for the lock and next to the construction there is a slight disturbance and the elevator is small and only 2 lifts.

Spacious rooms, low prices ... complete facilities there is a living room, bathtub ... close to the mosque ... to KLCC can ride the free KL bus from tow Atlan ...

Most underated hotel in KL center. If I want to stay nearest to KLCC with cheapest price, this is the place. You can get price below RM200 on good promotion day! It is also just beside mosque. No excuse to not perform solat jemaah.

very strategic location. walk to KLCC only 10 minutes. good service. in front there is a GoKL bus stop, free bus service to tourist attractions. the fridge, bathtub and other facilities went well. highly recommended

The rooms are spacious, there is a living room and kitchen, but unfortunately the building is old and poorly maintained. The elevator is rather small for breakfast food rather varied but it feels standard and there is a swimming pool that leads to the Petronas Tower. It is suitable for families who want to vacation because it is in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and very close to Suria KLCC and the Petronas Tower just a short walk from the back of the hotel to the Asyakirin Mosque until KLCC Park

Not to bad, not that good either. The price is good but the design is soooo much 80'. But the good thing is, it's near to KLCC, so that something right...

Everything is average. You'll find the rooms okay, but need better maintenance as the hotel is old. The breakfast buffet is also average; they serve various dishes, but don't expect too high on the taste. Like I said, they are just average. There were food that I had tasted good, but the others were just edible as I have had better ones before. As for the swimming pool, they may want to consider upgrading the pool's security and maintenance. They don't provide any watcher or lifeguard near the pool, so be sure to attend your child at all time. However, I find that their hospitality is more than average. I requested for several things from the front desk and room service, and they sent up my requests in a jiff! Kudos to the Zon's customer service! Anyway, if you don't mind staying at an old hotel with average pool and breakfast buffet for a quick weekend getaway in KL, go ahead and enjoy your stay here at The Zon.

The terracottas restaurant was ok though slightly jaded.. Perhaps it needs a new look... Ramadhan buffet was worth the price... There was salad, local dishes with grilled lamb and satay, the assam laksa and soup mee perut was very tasty...

Place a bit run down, car park is quite dark and smelly, lift is old and under maintenance, breakfast is only so so. But for location, very convenient, we have 3 adults and 2 childrens stay in a what felt like a 2 bedrooms apartment. Walking distance to Suria KLCC.

The room was a bit outdated, and what wasn't mentioned on the website (at least I haven't found it) is that right in front of the hotel there was tremendously large and loud 24h construction site. The apartment was spacious, I admit, service was kind and helpful. What I find a good gesture is that for a reason my card wasn't responding to payment. I was already at the airport after arriving to KL. I had cash so I went to this hotel and asked for a room. They have given me the same price as I found online with a good discount that the website indicated. Without any problem.

The zon all suites Resident....among the cheapest resident in Kuala Lumpur...The place that serve cool and cozy inviroment and quite place fir relaxing....there are 2 main entrance and exit to the zon

Hot water did not distribute well, shower has no hot water..

A nice place to stay even it is kind of dated. Please make sure the hotel maintenance to have a lookout & repair the right hand side elevator at Kasawari block. Because that day 5th Aug 2018 my 2 daughters and I want to go to 16th floor. But the elevator with no reasons whatsoever just stopped for a moment at level 12. As if there were some fault.

Hotel with a few years that lacks maintenance and an urgent cleaning of glasses. Bad attention from the people at the reception. On the other hand, the people who work at night in the restaurant were very kind and attentive. Good location for the Petronas towers and the green bus. I would not go back.

Cheap stay for KL CBD. Next to wisma MCA. Even has a pool. Got a deluxe suite. But just the whole building is already a bit old
