The Zon Residences and Park Kuala Lumpur Review

Bad experience. Check in process was very slow. I reached hotel at 3pm but after 2 hrs of waiting then only i managed to get in. Room was nice but old. Bad customer service. No smiling or greeting received from the front desk or even the guard

location is very good...room also large enough...but not so clean

The rooms are really nice, reasonably priced, close to KLCC. Suitable for those who want a vacation with a large family

A great choice if your husband is out of station to KL or specifically to KLCC, a two-room amic suite, comfortable for us 6 children + aunties.

Convenient for muslim, even got al-quran in the room. Room is simple but nice..

Noisy construction across the hotel. Low budget breakfast. Highly chlorinated pool. Bathtub had cigarette, sink, toilet seat had stain. Requested nin smoking room but the room smelt like a pub.

Old suite but affordable and near KLCC, foods are good

The only hotel within 500m vicinity of klcc where u can get most of typical hotel facilities i.e free parking, free breakfast, swimming pool for adults and kids for less than rm200/night on weekend. Although the overall layout and interior of hotel looks old and indeed the furniture quite old, but it is still being kept neat and tidy. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is delicious although it has not as much as other expensive hotels but it's still has the variety of common..i rate it 4 due to the price and it's worth the pay.
Room for improvement : the low water pressure in toilet and slow lift.overall good

5 minutes walking distance to klcc park . 5 minutes walking to urban food truck ( nice place to dinner ) beside corus hotel . The room was spacious with old furniture but clean . Price is so affordable .

Landscape at swimming pool area should be upgrade .

Excellent hotel overlooking the Petronas, practically in the center .. Huge and comfortable room, good breakfast, swimming pool and very kind staff .. The only flaw is the alarm at 6 am, because of the super mecca adjacent to the hotel ....

It's good, the hotel is really good, it is in the center of the city ... to Mn2 HD, not far ...

This was my first stay in Malaysia, and I must admit that I was impressed by this property.

Pros:
1. Really spacious for the amount paid. It is a full fledged 2 BHK (2 bed room Hall Kitchen) with two bathrooms.
2. Includes Breakfast. The breakfast spread should satisfy most people. There is live counter as well where they make omelet etc. are you desire
3. 24-hour check-in It was important for me as I arrived at 3.00 AM in the morning
4. Location - Walking distance from public transport. Twin towers, KLCC park etc. are also at walking distance
5. Well serviced everyday I stayed for 4 nights and every day it was well serviced
6. Some thoughtful amenities Like the chappals for walking inside the rooms

Cons:
1. While the property is clean, the carpets in bed room were dusty, I thought.
2. The lifts were ancient and one of them was not functional for 3 days out of the 4 days I spent there
3. While the breakfast spread was good, I had a problem as I am a vegetarian.
4. The TV is not very useful. I had almost forgotten how the analog channels with grains used to be.

My work place since 1995..till 2010..very nice place..2 visit..easy walkway 2klcc..ampang park..easy get public transport..by use lrt..free ride bus..other transport...

Just ...... full of constuction ... best service ... parking is safe

Broken air cond and toilet. Same breakfast everyday. Old furniture. Look scary.

Its a super hotel, just 300 meters away from KLCC. Though their furniture and fittings are old, its a good value for money offer. I have booked one bedroom suite but they provided me two bed room suites. You can have partial views of Petronas Twin Towers. They also offer good a la carta food menu during breakfast.

Apartment Building switch to Hotel, I like the room size, but the facilitiies is quite standard

Nice hotel. Old furniture, but clean. Nice breakfast. They gave 30% discount price for in house guest in their restaurant. The menu taste good. Near to twin tower, only 10 minutes walk. I always stay in The Zon all residences if we're visiting Kuala Lumpur. The staff also very good. From the security, front office, and house keeping. They all very good to the hotel guests

Not good to stay small room poor aircon and no solid door for bath room

Suits and apartments arw really cool and well furnished. I have tried it twice. Once with apartment and the other with suite and both are good experiences. Romm services is very good as well. I think the value for money is amazing as it is in the center of KL.

The room is spacious as well as the bathroom with a bathtub. Only breakfast is disappointing. Maybe adjusting to hotel rates that are cheap enough for such a large room.

It locates in down-town. The suite is big. They always give us a special rate whenever we visit to Kuala Lumpur. It's a comfortable hotel.

The place is a bit vintage. But the accomodation is excellent. Overall experience is very good.

Quite old already since last time i came here... some utilities broken... and the parking is far and old lift are broken too.. others are just fine... except its looks a little bit old..

It seems that the hotel is in a better condition than how it was in 2009 and the service has improved too. If only the items in the kitchen were up to date, the bedsheets and towels were in good condition and the laundry should over accurate information everything could have been fine for us.

Near to KLCC, KLCC park, future MRT station and mosque.

The reason i love this place is because it has the perfect view from the hotel room to KLCC..... And the breakfast is so good. Even it is a different dishes for breakfast, it is still taste good. I had been there many times with my family. Also, the room looks pretty! I am so excited. KL, the most favorite and the best place i ever went.....

2 night stay there and a cheap budget hotel near KL centre.

Decent and so-so only. Breakfast RM30/pax if your room doesn't come with complimentary breakfast.
