The hotel would be a great retreat if it undergoes some renovations and when the construction work next door is completed. Food and Beverage is at par with the price, which is very affordable. Location of the hotel is a big plus point being so close to KLCC. My second visit here, the first was a week stay in 2010. Parking is only RM3 per entry at the shared parking lots with the residential units.
This place is literally worn out judging by its room.. Broken appliances to be found in the room.. Not to mention its super slow lift system and very small space in the lift... Despite all of these, the receptionist is quite friendly

hi i booked a roomat the zone all suites upon our arrival as we entered the room there was a strong odour of urine there was urine all over the toilet and through the bathroom the bed linen was very old dirty and appeared unwashed the furniture was very old ,sticky and dirty when we sighted the room we ware disgusted we checked out 10 minutes after we arrived dont be fooled by the pictures you see on the hotels advertisment !!! we asked reception to cancel the room and give our money back and they tried to offer us another room we refused the room and they did not give us our money back they provided us with very poor service and ido not reccomend this place to stay i am very disappointed

Located right in heart of KL. It's a old hotel but decent rooms. Lot of families from country side prefer to stay here for weekends crashing. Stay in here is sure fun. Petronas view from the pool is spectacular. Maxis building perfectly aligns with one of the towers and its again a pretty cool view.
The hotel is cozy and complete with all the amenities although a bit old.
