We had 3 days 2 nights stay, unfortunate for us where our car got one long ugly scratched on the first day we've parked at the hotel basement. Therefore we move up another level for more secure, but the same incident happened with another big and thick scratch on the 3rd day morning we've checked before attending seminar at MCA convention hall. Although we've made immediate report after discover 2nd incident, I'm very disappointed and angry when a call received yesterday afternoon to evening, the hotel management request us to contact security management to deal it with them directly. And I reply the person by please send the details to me with black and white. Until today 15-Sep-2016 @ time: 3.20pm there's no feedback from their management how are they supposed to be responsible.
