The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, near shopping and streets, really spacious rooms, comfortable, the hotel is a bit old but the rooms are really nice and spacious.

Aged decoration(except the updated XX01 Unit), maze-like layout. Reception service is great.

80's hotel with old finiture, new ambients only the hall and bathrooms, good price, near to the attractions, good for stay max 3-4 days

For rm248 i was surprise to look at the 2 bedrooms with 2 lcd tv and another 1 was at the living room.

Clean, good-sized suites. Decor is in desperate need of an update. Good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Fine as a base to explore from. Not somewhere for special occasions. The breakfasts are dreadful.

A pretty well-worn hotel. If your number will look at the mosque, then oh-oh-very early in the morning you will definitely wake up to the singing of a muezzin. Breakfast is monotonous.

I arrived at 7pm, my reserved room was not ready, the view was a work, endless noise, unprepared staff, barely spoke English. Watch out for the filthy window. Rhinitis attacked.

My room was upgraded and I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast spread was great.

Hotel is in the heart of the city, the location is excellent.

So far so good! The foods were nice, ordered in room service was fantastic. Just a few blocks to the lrt ampang park station. However need to improve their location in maps as it misleading due to the closed road because there is construction site next to the hotel . Worth the price. The toilet, the room & the living room quite clean. Very spacious too!

Very cheap and next to KLCC.
Very old, the breakfast is not good. Only Malay food choices super spicy and unhealthty.
This is not my habit to give bad reviews, but for this one, I have no other choice if I want to remain objective.

The furnishings are a bit dated and the lifts are tiny, with one under maintenance during my entire stay there. However the two bedroom suite I stayed in was quite spacious and comfortable. The staff, from the front desk to the security are friendly. Another plus point is it is within walking distance to Suria KLCC and Avenue K.

The hotel is central and the staff is very friendly and collaborator. There is a pool and other playground facilities. And for breakfast they offer enough dishes to choose from. On the other side, the room was not at all ventilated and it was old. There were problems with elevators, since there are two for many people.

Keep your food quality up ... Improve lg .. Gud luck.

Near to the city center. Nice viewing from room. But hotel equipments are in poor condition. The lift conditions are unsatisfied. Other than that, it is pretty good

Location in the City Center, suitable for those who want a home atmosphere because it is equipped with a stove, a living room with separate rooms (two rooms). Close to Petronas is a 10-minute walk through the KLCC park.

Stayed st Kenari block. The elevator was quite shaky and made weird noise. But this place got sauna. It's a plus for me

Run down place, food is just ok. Nasi Lemak is good.

1) My favorite was the nasi lemak breakfast.
2) No toothbrush and toothpaste. By request only.
3) There were hair strands on the floor and toilet bowl.
4) Construction nearby so it can be noisy at times.
4) Because of the construction, it is hard for our grab driver to pick us up. We have to cancel our ride twice because they cannot find it.

Don't west your money and time coming to this hotel, the only advantage of this hotel is the location other wise don't think to come up here because it's very very very old.

The bathroom is too small, there may be some trivia. It is a day-to-day briefing to the staff of the crew. So follow the prescribed regulation. Do not go in any way in the room while cleaning.

Strategic location, with spacious rooms like apartments. Quite old school. The elevator is small. Just a normal breakfast.

City center, close to the twin towers and the Mall. With just walking feet 5 - 10 min

If I can choose no star I would do it.
Old hotel every thing is old, Do not Eat here its not clean, the breakfast have not much choices, the dishes not cleaned, when you touch the plate is too sticky and oily.
And about the room, every thing touches the ground, lower bed lower cheer.
And you can imagine how noisy it s, the window is not closed all it have som space u can hear everything.

Dont come in from Jalan Ampang. Sometimes the guard close the entrance and you have to walk very far to reach the hotel

Complete non-compliance with the description of the hotel on the site and booking. The terrible condition of the rooms! I do not recommend !!! Had already after the payment to move to another hotel. Money could not be returned. Only plus, good location.

General quality Not so much Food is Malay style hotel. Went to the wheel with a little confused

Very comfortable stay for three stars. Initially had to wait 45 minutes to check in. after that reception was able to upgrade us into a two bedroom suite with full size fridge. Hot water is super hot so be careful. Water pressure is intense also. We were on 19th floor with only two rooms so no children making noise outside of room. Hotel includes an okay breakfast buffet to fill your belly. We didn't use the gym or the pool area.

negative - dont come here, internet slow, outdated room, dusty, broken shower holder

positive - room is big, food is delicious
