The Zon Residences and Park Kuala Lumpur Review

Worth for money. We got double room apartment at 14th floor for 04 days. There we six in our family and stayed comfortably. They provide us free toiletries and changed linens every day and also provided foods to the room when we ordered. But at the final day person who monitor the Buffet argue and not allowed more than four people to enter the Buffet to have Breakfast. He told only four can have Breakfast for two room apartment. But I booked the hotel by giving all details including my two kids (8 yr and 5yr) which includes Breakfast. Finally my mother-in-law went back to room. Very bad experience finally because of impolite Buffet keeper.

Thank the Zon free upgrade one bedroom to two bedroom suite..good location nice view...all attraction place just nearest..but its old hotel dont expected too much..

A lousy difference from the pictures. I asked for two rooms, some in the booking, one was for me alone, the other was for the 11th and the second was for the 23rd floor. The breakfast was very poor for the Arabs

I give 5 stars because the hotel is suitable for a vacation with family. 1 room has 2 beds. Very enough for 4 people and 2 small children. So it's enough to have 1 room, right?

My favorite hotel while visiting Malaysia. The rooms are spacious and there is a nice living room and a mosque

My stay was really worse. Had so bad skin allergy as soon as I sat on their bed i.e within 2 mins. Spent my night by scratching myself and half of the morning in hospital.
No personal hygiene u can expect from here. Shower gel without foam.
Asked for a waterbottle and housekeeping replied that u hv to pay extra for that means they are not satisfied for what u hv paid.
Limited options at breakfast.
Only d pool was gud may be bcoz I dint use it. Though it seemed gud.
Worst hotel I have ever booked. It spoiled all my trip to KL.

The rooms are very spacious, breakfast is as good as you like, and not far to the shopping and petronas center. Rekomended

Comfortable large , spacy room with kitchen and lounge.

The room is spacious especially the bathroom/toilet. Love it!! But for breakfast, they keep serving same menu everyday which i think they should improve it. There is massive construction near to the hotel which you can see from your window, expecting heavy noise 24 hours because they work double shift non stop. But the room have sound proof curtain so use it as it help a lot to reduce the construction noise.

Great experience, hotel nice and clean. It's not modern .. but you can get a whole apartment as a hotel stay. With 2 bedroom to bathroom, kitchen, living room. For RM 300+

sorry i have to give 2stars.old facilities and furnitures.. a bit noisy due to nearby construction.. unappetizing sahur meal.. but fast check in/out

Recommendations for those who go to KL, bring kluarga ...
the room is 1 house, 120m wide.
breakfast is good, order to eat via room service is not expensive, close to Petronas cm walk, to shopping places too close, kmn2 close, mo those who are far away can take the Go KL bus going around the city of KL gretong

Eventho hotel area quite spooky, but you will be amazed with their room size. Huge!

Oh, old smell hotel I didn't like at all, we asked to see the apartment first, and we didn't like we run away. Smell of old furniture. Good for who like cocrage.

Still the best place for stay in the middle of Kuala Lumpur

Huge rooms, reasonable price, swimming pool, in house restaurant, helpgul telephone booking and walking distance to the twin towers KLCC for shopping and dining ... sounds too good to be true!

What's the catch?
To start off, very slow check in. We were told that "Management Insist to scan the passports of every guest and there were 6 of us. And, they take full payment up front as well as pre authorisation on one's credit card.

2. Tiny lifts with fast closing doors that don't retract when you put your hand on it. The lift took our 4yo son up before we could get in!

3. There is a "smell" throughout the hotel and it is not flowers or perfume. Just old and musty.

4. Rooms are huge and can do with lots of maintenance, like uneven floorboards and uneven carpets, as one walks on it, there are some obviously low points.

5. Shower and toilet - black mould on shower curtain and in the grouts of the tiles. Mould also present on part of ceiling that appears to be water damage.

6. What I did not realise when i booked this hotel is that there is a mosque right next door. To our horror, we were woken up by tbe first call to prayers that seemed to go on and on. We barely had 5 hours of sleep after spending 14 hours to travel here. Ok if you are of the same religious faith but that is not the case with us.

I am now looking for options of somewhere else to stay for the next 9 nights and accept the fact that i have already paid for my stay here.

Super hotel. Daily room cleaning. Breakfast was buffet

Location vs price vs room = bang for the buck!! Totally loving it from check in experience, executive suite, room service and overall experience right to the very end of our stay. Tuck amongst those shiny brand new luxury hotels and apartments, this 'old but gold' gem is just as good as the others while stretching your dollars further!!

It's close to the klcc and city center also it's not expensive at all and from your window you can see the twin tower and the mosque . It was a great experience .

In some areas it looks like it can still be improved ... the rooms are quite spacious ....

stay for 2 nights for event at Wisma MCA. It's beside of the Wisma MCA where is very convenient. Stay for Quad Room, it has living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms with each toilet. Big space. Cleanliness is ok. Furniture is not new not very old. aircon working. toilet cleanliness ok. kitchen i did not use as old utensil. so far ok for us. Counter Customer Service average, not warm, no smile, and slow response, working with sleeping face, guess lack of manpower.

Highly recommended. The apartment is clean with friendly staff

You can have a affordable night stay at Zon Residence it's less than usd50/night and 3 mins Walking distance to KLCC and next to you is a temple.

The pictures are a bit deceiving, the room/apartment definitely didn't live out to the expectations, however the location is quite good for the price.

The hotel is bad with what the word means. The hotel's dilapidated rooms are not on a public street. Around it are annoying construction work. The old room furniture is old and the apartment smells unpleasant. Breakfast I ask God to preserve and keep us a blessing that was neither standard nor suitable for Arabs and Gulfs. Which made him live four stars and in fact will not exceed one star only

Close to the petronas, good breakfast and clean room ... but it is next to a mosque and every 3 hours they make prayers per speaker included in the night ....

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Twin Towers, the interior is good, the rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are hygienic and the breakfast is rich. The only hotel that is not enough is not on the main road of the road. It is two or three hundred meters away from the main road. If you bring your luggage out, it is slightly inconvenient.

Great hospitality...Great staff at the reception....very supportive for the tourists...

Stayed for a night in room 1303 from 29th - 30th January 2019.

They managed to check me in a few hours early. That was good. However upon reaching the room floor, I found the corridor had dirty plates wrapped in plastic by the extinguisher that has been there for who knows how long. It was still there when I checked out the day after. Makes me wonder how long the plates have been there since before I even stayed the night. There were more issues I encountered later on during the stay. The first being a broken shower head. Told the staff, not to one staff, but to three staff members about the shower, but nothing was done. Was told the shower didn't have any spare parts to be fixed. Spare parts? How long ago was it broken? We couldn't have been the first person to complain about it. Nothing but excuses. Then later on in the night, the aircon was blowing out warm air. To make it worse, as I was getting up to adjust the aircon remote, the heel of my foot hit a protruding nail from the bed. It didn't cut me thankfully. Dangerous if there were kids in the room. Needless to stay, it was pretty warm in the room throughout the night.

Noisy construction beside the hotel during the day, but its quiet in the night.

The breakfast spread was decent and the good thing is that they have a safe in the room and the other being it's close proximity to KLCC. But that's about it.

The first and the last for me to stay here. Thankfully I stayed only for one night. No sincerity or initiative from the staff. Overall a terrible service and experience. I've stayed at better for a lot less believe it or not.

If you expect good service and facilities, please stay elsewhere. But if you insist on staying, maybe avoid room 1303.

Was I satisfied with my stay? No. Not even close.

Would I recommend this place? No.

Good prices but old design and style. They use pictures of modern rooms in booking. Not all rooms look like that.

great view, friendly staff,good room services.. recommended

I am staying here for 8 nights and 7 days. In general it is a nice hotel, amazing location, but service isn't that good. Reception stuff isn't friendly, as at other hotels. Especially the guy whose name starts with letter "R" . And here are some problems with room service, rooms are partially cleaned. Also you can't enjoy the view because the window glasses are dirty from outside. Swimming pool works from 7a.m. till 7p.m.
What is good is that there is a mosque near the hotel.
