I had gone to Westin Gurgaon today to attend a training. To my surprise I realised that someone has taken out all the cash amounting to 10000 INR from my wallet. When I reported the incident to the hotel security staff I did not receive any help from them. They said they are investigating the matter. I wanted to give them a written complaint which they straight away refused to provide an acknowledgement to. They asked me to get in touch with Police instead. The hotel staff was non cooperative and was almost misbehaving with my other colleagues who were there and were trying to explain the situation. They were shouting at all of us. Instead of being sympathetic they were rude and totally indifferent to the whole situation. I told them I can give details of the other things which have gone missing so that it could help them track the individual who did this shameless act. I was quite traumatised with the behaviour of hotel staff who further added to my mental agony and despair. Whenever you are in westin gurgaon please be CAREFUL and CAUTIOUS since they will help you in anyway. It is as good as a roadways bus stand where you keep clinging to your stuff and do not let them go off your sight even for a fraction of a second. Very Sad with the overall approach
