The hotel service is good but the food not terrible I ordered steak and it was too salty also i ordered tumyung soup it teased like everything accept tumyung soup!

Also the comfort of the room is perfect
But i do not like the food!

Best Afternoon Tea in Abu Dhabi. Dhs 99 for 2 persons..

For my birthday last year my family bought me a spa voucher in the amount of AED 2,000 (just over US $540). I finally managed to find the time to book an appointment 10 months later, only to be told that the voucher was only valid for 6 months and was now expired. It appeared that there was fine print on the back of the voucher which I had not seen, because any voucher I had seen or used before would always clearly state any such details on the front, where it is easily visible. Furthermore, I wasn't even remotely expecting any such time limitations because, again, any vouchers I have seen or used in the past have always been valid for up to a year in the least. I asked if the spa could make an exception. This was a birthday gift, I wasn't aware of the time limitation and my family had already paid for it so I wouldn't want them to have wasted their money. I was blankly told that this was not possible. Seeing that my request was not even being considered I asked to speak to the spa manager (Ms Rena) who flatly told me that there was nothing she could do. This was not the level of customer service I am used to receiving at Westin hotels, or any hotel for that matter. I asked to speak to her manager. She told me she would speak to him. She spoke to the Op's manager Mr Rainer who also would not make an exception. I contacted the GM's office (Fred Smits) and asked to speak to him. His assistant (Ms Pramisha) was the only person in this entire ordeal to be even slightly empathetic with me. She told me she would convey the situation to him and come back to me. When she did come back to me it was to tell me that the GM would offer me 50% off any treatment the next time I use their spa. I contacted Marriott Customer Care which has now bought out SPG- have waiting a least a month for a final reply, they informed me that they are unable to extend the expiration date of my gift card, and while knowing that was not the resolution I was hoping for, repeated that the hotel was still offering the 50% off discount for my next treatment. If you were in my place, would you go back to use that hotel or that spa?

Westin hotels can be a hit or miss and this hotel is slightly on the miss side.
We booked a Garden Room with a Terrace. The room is spacious and offers many drawers. The Garden Rooms have a high ceiling, which I really liked and offer a nice view of the driving range. The furniture is quite dark but the huge windows let in enough light to brighten the room. The furniture shows some wear and tear and some IT outlets seem to be from a different decade.
For whatever reason only few amenities and tows are in the room and we had to call multiple times to get more towels (pool requires guests to take towels from the room), etc. Even the kettle is by request only.
The bath gel was only half full, as was the conditioner.
On the brights side, the hotel has a great pool area with a shaded kids pool, a main pool and an adult only pool. Water temp is 29 degrees. Chilled water was provided and the Shades Lounge offers food and drinks poolside.
The hotel also has some great restaurants, such as Fairways and Sacci.

I have been there for the swimming pool, they have 2 big swimming pools , one of them you can exercise, hotel is outside crowd of city center , bathroom /shower / changing room beside the pools should be bigger only one shower , no proper changing room

Great place to stay in Abu Dhabi, I would avoid Italian restaurant on the buffet nights, service is abysmal and food is cold, be prepared for a long wait.

Good hotel but its location outside Abu Dhabi makes it a bit far, restaurants are reasonable

Amazing ball room, amazing food and a great place to have a wedding. The staff go above and beyond.

Beautiful place with a stunning view of the Golf Club from the room and lounge. Staff were very welcoming and gave us some good tips for the area. Platinum guests can enjoy the happy hour at the lounge during the evening and also listen to the fabulous music choice by DJ Koasta.
My boy friend and I would definitely stay here again. I call Westin Abudhabi, my palace :-p

Excellent hotel for location services and facilities.

Quiet nice and staff are friendly, went there 2 times, once for a wedding and the other time for a brunch and both times with good experiences, the only negative thing is that valet takes a lot of time to get back your car

The hotel provides a great stay and the ballroom facilities are excellent as well.All the rooms have a view of the golf course, which is a good sight to look at.The service is very quick as well.

One of best hotel in Abu dhabi, great open space with 2 open pools and Caribbean garden!!! The pools have big gardens and lots of space around and bars have rest area with shadows and drinks!! The place is like a oasis with trees and different plants around!!! Friendly staff and most of time you are alone with nature!!!

I visited the hotel it was very beautiful and i like the landscape and the decoration inside.

With a Groupon voucher we used the teatime today. Everything went very well. The food was very good and very much. With much love. Very nice location overlooking the golf course. The only downside are the drinks. You have to decide for tea or coffee specialty. The coffee is there and then you have to pay extra. When tea is tea leaves are only once filled with hot water. That's a bit strange. We have never experienced this at other teatimes in the Emirates. Even in the Emirates Palace you can drink coffee as much as you want and there was free water.

Really nice resort and the Metronome event which I visited that day was really enjoyable.

I've been lucky enough to stay here many nights. Admittedly, the hotel isn't the most modern, but it has a quaint charm to it. The people here are great, friendly and caring. Ask for Francisca at the front desk, she is fantastic!

A classy place for a weekend getaway, a bit far from the city.

2. Entrance is beautiful
3. Spacious rooms
4. All rooms are facing lush green golf course with a balcony to relax
5. Big bool, however, floor was bit greasy and slippery
6. Breakfast is OK, we stayed four nights and 98% of menu was same everyday. Really need to work on breakfast items in relation to taste and variety.
7. Staff is friendly and helpful (as you would expect in 4star).

My all time favorite resort. in fact this resort has raised my standards high that it is difficult for me to appreciate any other hotels.

Love the SPA they have the BIOTIC system which a kinda more innovated facial which always fantastic. They don t do a lot of advertising regarding this but they should. Their facial is amazing. They also will make you fill up a paper with all your skin details and they care a lot of you saying. I recommend everyone to try it.

The worst experience that I have ever had. I have booked this hotel for 4 nights, and this is my second night here that I can t have a nap as there was a lot of noises and maintenance sounds. The Check in service is just terrible, It takes too long time to get into your room, I mentioned to them that I don t to be in noisy area, and they put me in the worst place. 2 days trying to move to other room, but they told me that all rooms fully booked. Disappointed experience and not recommended at all.

Beautiful Family room with a stove top, microwave . So helpful if you have babies. Also the room had a spacious balcony with a table and chairs. We also loved the beautiful pool and beach. The amenities were well maintained, clean and the service exceptional. Would love to visit again

The best so far.. Everyone should check out vfx their spa "Heavenly". The name says it all.. highly recommended.

It's always fun to attend events hosted by Westin there were lots of activities for kids ,a big shout out for the DJ for playing amazing music kids loved it
