I spent New Year's Eve 2019 at the hotel.
Excellent service all round.
The room was very clean very well furnished and a good size. The bathroom included a shower and bath facilities.
All the staff was very helpful this included friendly security.
I would highly recommend you order the pizza off the room service late night menu if hungry after 10 p.m.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and I intend to stay there again when I visit the city.
You've just gotta luv this place. Great food, on this occasion by chef #budiono cooking up a real #Indonesian treat. Attentive waiting staff (and indeed all other staff). Good prices for plush hotel slap-bang in the centre of London, less than 5-minutes from Oxford Circus. Good place for a business lunch or to impress your friends, family and/or acquaintanceds. Love the place. Highly recommended
Cleanliness, service and facilities were all wonderful! Does indeed feel like a maze, took a while to figure out where the gym and pool were. It took on average 2-3 tries before our calls to the service line get picked up. We've checked out both the Artisan bar and Wigmore pub, and prefer the vibes and drinks at Wigmore more. Love that they've converted from plastic to glass water bottles in the rooms.
Probably the best afternoon tea in London. Great for kids as well. The truffle eggs are delicious and the rose champagne divine
Wonderful hotel where service was lovely. Ordered room service for breakfast which was delicious and plentiful. Had a wonderful 2 night stay
Gorgeous place, great food, staff explained the items quickly and took the menus. Thus we couldn't remind ourselves of what we had. Also we felt rushed to finish within the 2 hour slot, but then were made to wait for our bill for over 10 minutes.
A great experience and felt very safe during this time of COVID.
This is one of my favourite places in London. A friend booked a lunch deal (from the Telegraph) which was a pre order set menu. Although they provided the incorrect menu to begin with, the choices per course were varied and seasonal. The quality of food, service and ambiance at The Langham Palm Court is always impeccable and today was no exception! For a treat, a birthday or a raining weekend, the Langham always has delights to offer!
It was spotlessly clean. There protocols were excellent , even with social distancing they were friendly and extremely welcoming.
One of my favourite hotels and dining spots in London. I ve both stayed here and had tea a few times. HIGHLY recommend Christmas tea here - it s gorgeous and filled with lots of sweet treats and surprises. The rooms are incredible (as to be expected), so definitely worth a night or two staying here either on holiday or a staycation in the city. The staff are lovely and very dedicated to making your experience at the Langham something to be remembered.
I took my wife for high tea for her birthday. We both absolutely loved it. The speciality teas were better than any I've tried before. The waiters were coming round every few minutes topping up our tea. The food was amazing. They offer as many sandwiches and scones as you want. And to top it all off, they brought out a little birthday cake for my wife. Loved it! I've added a few pictures of a meal.
My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel during of lockdown every precaution for our safety was taken by the friendly owners I would recommend this hotel highly, the hotel is situated right opposite the beach and very near some excellent restaurant. Look forward to visiting again very soon.

Great and Iconic venue for a celebration. I was working here in my capacity as toastmaster and master of ceremonies using the grand ballroom. All the staff very helpful and courteous.
We came last year for my sisters 30th birthday, it was devine! We had an afternoon tea and it was of such high quality and we certainly indulged! Definitely perfect for a special celebration.
Staff very accommodating, however not much discount on room prices considering pool slots were booked due to Covid and sauna/steam rooms closed. Could do better!
I was at the Langham with a friend on a low table having high tea to the cream, where the tradition of afternoon tea was first invented in Britain. It was beautiful, sandwiches were just super amazing, good quality and finely cut. They offer extras too. The pasties. Yum, so out of this world. So lush and so posh. A pianist in the background playing the most soothing sounds and making me feel like I was in a romantic place of love. It was a super excellent experience and I am glad I was able to do this. Oh the staff, they were so friendly, so lovely, so kind, very professional. The selection of teas were great. I loved it. Thank you Langham.
Great atmosphere and welcoming staff. The afternoon tea is lovely, definitely recommend.
Amazing!! Treated so well with endless re-supplies of everything without us even having to ask. The sandwiches were especially good. Kids also get a book to bring home with them! Lovely touch. Piano and Cello music was really beautiful. I would highly recommend you visit - it's an experience!
This is a great hotel!! Me and my friends stayed here and we heard some weird noises and I m pretty sure it is hunted from all of the research we did!!:)))
An iconic, picturesque hotel.
The staff were absolutely amazing, the rooms clean and all monitored to a very high standard.
40 mins private pool time made chill out time enjoyable especially whilst having a 2 year old.
My only feedback would be to update the showers (stayed on the 4th floor). No loss of pressure but dated and the shower head wasn't rotating as it should.
Absolutely stunning! Had high tea here this afternoon with friends. The service is exemplary and the food and pastry selections were out of this world.
I would highly recommend coming if you have the chance - but it is worth booking as Palm Court is usually busy.
Stunning building, amazing staff, classic interior and decorated for Christmas with such elegance. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Obviously not a cheap hotel, but for a treat it is a must to at least try once. Unfortunately didn't have time to try the bars/ restaurant in the hotel, but they did look amazing. Will certainly look to stay again.
Superb staff and a wonderful stay. It must be so difficult running a top class hotel in these difficult times but the Langham achieves this with elegance and impeccable service.

So welcoming and lovely. All staff is extremely helpful, the decor and rooms are not just tasteful but incredible. The fresh flowers everywhere has to be a favorite for me. Great location and restaurants on premise and near by
This place is very good and so nice for relaxing and to have good sleep there have very friendly staff.
Enjoyed afternoon tea at Palm Court twice in the past and stayed as a guest for the first time this weekend. Every time has been an amazing and impeccable experience; excellent setting, fantastic location and above all else, we always find perfect and friendly service. I cannot say enough good things about the Langham and I hope to return soon.
From start to end we had an amazing experience at this property. Very friendly and helpful staff. The executive lounge had great amenities and snacks. The also house some very good restaurants and bar in the property.
It's just disappointing. On the day I left, I forgot to take my 11promax charger under the bedside lamp in my room (Apple store can't buy the original one now). So I want to get it back. When I got back to Birmingham and remembered, I called the hotel several times. They all said they couldn't find it. It's almost speechless. How can we not find it. My friends and I came to travel, only stayed for one day. During the day, I walk on the street all the time. There is no case that the charger will be lost with me. So it's definitely in the room. Unless someone takes
But the breakfast and the environment are good. We checked in at noon on December 19, 2020, and the reception was very good at that time.
Afternoon Tea at the Langham is an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. We particularly enjoyed listening to the resident pianist whilst we enjoyed our tea.
By far the best afternoon tea I have ever had. What is not to love? From the warm welcome, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful setting with live piano, more tea options than I could count and exquisite food. The originators of afternoon tea, certainly show how it should be done
The set meal comes with two glasses of wine. What a steal! The food is great in terms of balance flavours, texture, presentation However, I'm slightly disappointed at the cod as it doesn't seem to be top fresh.....
My wife and I had a wonderful honeymoon weekend here. We felt very well looked after, in beautiful surroundings, by a staff who really went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we wanted. Despite being in the middle of the pandemic, everything was done in order to ensure we felt safe, and we actually relished getting the whole pool to ourselves for 45 mins. We would certainly recommend the Langham to anyone who wants to stay in London, and enjoy a sumptuous trip.
Great staff, food, exterior and everything! I found a couple of vortexes in the room me and my girlfriend stayed in during the week. If you didn't know, vortexes are mirrors that face each other and have said to be portals spirits take into our world. OOOooOooO Spooky...
I loved how haunted the place had become when my girlfriend and I got out the Ouiji board and asked if there were any spirits around. We even used a couple of devices that spirits could use to communicate with us.
Great experience! Start to finish! Everyone is so friendly not stuck up there own uno what unlike some places! I will definitely be visiting more often
