Center accessible to all, full of activities for kids

User with my children from this center for 3 years, despite the high quality of the activities that are proposed, I find that the security personnel in front of the front door does not lack zeal in its authoritarian function. Indeed yesterday when I accompanied my
Children at their activities and after realizing that I had forgotten the key m of the lock of the bike of one of my children I asked the staff present if I could enter the bike to accompany my children to their activities for then go down again as soon as possible. This one despite my distress, despite the driving rain outside, never wanted to concede to understand my situation. His aggressive attitude to my request shocked me a lot. He limited himself very improperly to tell me the settlement of the establishment without even hearing my supplications when my situation. I understand that he was hiding behind the rules so as not to have to make a decision that would have shown his empathy, but his attitude was totally inappropriate and totally discourteous, especially in front of children. I think this kind of attitude has no place in a place with families.

There is a fantastic dance teacher in this center called Mireille. She has a kindness, pedagogy and rare talent. If it were up to her I would give 5 stars even 10 if I could!
But there is also a catastrophic administration in this center. Poorly communicated information, checks that get lost, refunds (which have been validated) that drag on for several months (probably with the watchword to have them lying around voluntarily so that people forget?). On that side, if I could, I would put zero.
