Fantastic Brunch and amazing staff - especially Achilles

The receptionist weren t cooperative and I had to cancel even before checking-in due to their rudeness and unprofessionalism.

Very nice and welcoming, not to mention the kindness of the staff, it is lovely and made you feel comfortable

Expected westin standards to be higher. Went to Sacci italian restaurant with friends . Drinks were more of ice which subsidies the alcoholism all of them complained and few returned it . Food was ok and lesser to quantity as per the high charges. Lobster n sea food was bit raw n did nt taste good .
Service was slow and confused at times . Deserts took longer time mird than 40 mts though we had ordered icecream n tiramisu .
They need to work on customer satisfaction.

There is no atmosphere here do not go,the hotel was awful

The view of the golf course from our room was amazing. Stayed for 2 nights in a garden access room which has a high ceiling and has direct exposure to sunlight. The room was very spacious and clean.

We had a half board package and our first dinner was served in our room. We loved the food that we ordered on the menu. My husband said the beef brisket was the best he ever tasted. The rest of the meals were buffet at the Fairways restaurant. Loved their French toast!

As the hotel is within the golf course, we did an early morning and night walk in the area and so enjoyed the cool weather and the fog. We also practiced on the driving range for a fee, but it was free to practice on the putting green as long as you have your own putter (we brought our own).

Overall it was an amazing staycation. Special mention to Mark at the check-in counter who was very friendly and efficient.

We can't wait to come back with other family members this Christmas.

Lovely vibrant comfortable hotel. Lots to do for adults and children. Impressed by the service. Every one was respectful. Special appreciation to Nana who makes all guests feel special.
