Great location, facilities.
Highly recommended.

Good staff. Well maintained property... it is more for a bubusiness traveller not much to do for kids except multiple swimming pools. Except for a misadventure of waiting long to check in largely due to the late check out of previous guest our stay was comfortable. Good F&B options and breakfast was really good too...

I didn t stay at hotel, i just visited their Octoberfest, which was apparently canceled that day but nobody informed us even we got reservations for event days ahead.So beergarten was closed and staff inside was completely clueless about octoberfest offers and menu even they were wearing octoberfest t-shirts.service was slow and they didn t even bother to apologize for cancelled event.

Great hotel and most staff are friendly but then you have the low end staff who spend half their time listening in on others conversing.. i dont think even training would help - as they really could care less in my opinion...

no experiance in massage at all and ecpensive. not recommanded

Perfect stay! The place is quiet and close to the airport. The staff is highly motivated and willing to help. I was here for 2 nights on a business trip.

Disappointed as I had a good stay in the hotel but the lounge service was disappointing. The staff informed me in one day that my order for afternoon tea should be at least before 5pm as it has to be prepared fresh. I came again today and requested it earlier but now they are saying they need 24 hours notice!! Seriously, this is dumb!

A lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean with friendly approachable staff. The swimming pool area has two pools one for families and one for lane swimming. Water temperature was just right and sunbeds are abundant. There is also a Spa on site. The breakfast restaurant has a good variety of food both cooked and cold.

Really a good location. Had a high tea there that we bought on Groupon. This is a real good place to escape the fast city life of Abu Dhabi. The golf course makes for a superb setting. Not that I play golf.

Excellent hotel. 27 hole golf course with driving range for beginners that sits as the back drop to your balcony. Fantastic breakfast selection, covering european and local cuisines with all fresh ingredients set around a stunning waterfall pool staircase. Wide selection of spa therapies for relaxation or sport therapy, reasonably priced, with a large attractive outdoor pool. Very professional, polite and friendly staff always on hand to serve you while respective of privacy. 15 minute drive from city centre but isolated enough to provide an avery worth of bird song to keep you feeling far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. In all, you'll have a wonderful stay at the Westin.

A very bad hotel I have bad experince. The valid park guy loose my car key, and I stayed more than half day from morning till late afternoon to solve the problem

Beautiful grounds and hotel but service at "The Lounge" was poor - tasty Roast Beef sandwich though.

Easily the worst afternoon tea in the city. Flat scones, unimaginative petit fours and dry unimiaginative sandwiches not to mention, the quite random choice to substitute clotted cream with Cream Cheese... Not sweet cream cheese... Just Philidelphia from the tub, which was an unpleasant surprise. Not to mention being charged an extra AED75 ($20) for two tiny pepsi and a local water despite us being clearly unimpressed with the main 'event'.

Thankfully I had good company to make up for the naff food. Second time attending. Last time. Really awful.

dont try the breakfast very limited and rude staff in the restaurant.

unfortunatly no seating around the huge green area to sit and enjoy the outdoor look.

Our company had a great night at Oktoberfest at the Westin. Really well ran festival with lovely food and brilliant entertainment. Ice cold beers served in frozen steins too I'll be coming back next weekend. Well done to all

I enjoyed staying in this resort and it was amazing experience staying in there and special thanks to mr chandra he was so kind for carrying my bags to the room and he was a kind man give this guy a raise!!

Far from the center! There would be room for improvement on some "small details" such as a non-creaking bathroom door, a toilet bowl brush ...

Great stay every time except for the kitchen odor that accompany you all the way to your room. I think they have an issue with the exhausts which somewhat if fixed will improve ones experience big time.

let me start with the checking in the hotel i would say a very very bad welcoming plus they wouldn't mind if they lose a guest... and cancelling my booking in last minute plus asking for more id's to prove who i am. and instead of getting me another room they told me to pay much more and get a suite which i dont need to upgrade. the bottom line is i would likr to cancel my SPG with this hotel and the rest of the branches (wastin hotels) aka i have cancelled already

Had a lovely and a comfortable stay in the Westin Golf Resort last week. The staff were extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the Fairways Restaurant was well organized and tasty too. Wish I have had my own clubs to play golf, but that s ok. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 restrictions, no clubs are given for hire yet. So do bring your own clubs if you plan on playing

We stayed here for one month while waiting to settle and find an apartment. The best service from all the staffs I have ever had in a hotel. Room was cleaned every day. They all knew my name and always greeted me with smile. Big pool and there is also kiddy pool. Breakfast was always delicious and even though I was there almost everyday for a month, the staff never lower their service. Totally recommend to stay when you visit Abu Dhabi. Choose room with golf view, gorgeous and rare to see greenery view in this country.

Incredible club house, great food, beautiful course

It was our wedding anniversary, so we decided to stay at the hotel as we did previously stay here on the 15th of March 2018 and we truly loved it. We had our 4 month old baby with us and decided to take a quiet time off at the hotel.
Unfortunately we were never informed that there was a wedding being held at the location and that the music would be loud (which is not the standards that we expected). It was a terrible experience as the music at the event was way too loud and very unsettling. They changed our room but that didnt help either. The music went on till 2300 hrs at night!!!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel mainly because the least they could have done is inform us at check-in (shouldn't a high standard service hotel do that), thats basic decency I would think. For sure we will never stay again at this property as this was a very bad experience.

An ideal location for golfers, easily accessible from the airport, we enjoy spending time in February to escape our gloomy weather!

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at and take Friday brunch. It's very lively at brunch. They also have a wonderful pool and lawn area where you can have private events such as picnic bbq's or children's events. As we do through our Events company.

A lovely place to enjoy drinks and get together at their sports bar The Retreat. 10 mins away from the main Abu Dhabi city.

I love western because it's service is amazing and they always help you when you get lost
