It s a nice place In general. Located in the old town, just few meters from the main pedestrian street. Comfy but, in my case, small room (Single bed room). Good breakfast but every day is the same menu. No swimming pool. In the end not bad at all but I have been in better hotels with less stars.

wonderful, clean hotel in the middle of the old town. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately too few parking spaces available.
minus - 1 day extension was twice as expensive as booking, in the middle of the week.

Very pleasant stay despite covid-19. Even if all the usual services weren't available, nothing to complain about! The hotel responded quickly and efficiently to all our needs as per their usual excellent service quality! Shout out to the front desk and room service who were always attentive to our needs!

okay

Nice design hotel on the canal and in the middle of the city, great location. Everything still smells new. The rooms are chic, big enough and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly. At breakfast there is no buffet due to Corona and you have to wait. The breakfast is very good. Price performance fits the location

Good hotel. Centrally located in Gdansk, right around the corner from the main old town high street. The rooms were spacious (I had a upgrade as well). The staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was also good. All in all a nice hotel.

A lot is missing up to five stars. Some elements of the room decor do not work - contacts, switches. The staff can't keep up - problems with cleaning, refilling missing towels, cosmetics. In the restaurant, despite the few customers, you have to wait for a meal 50 min. The view of dusty and uncleaned refrigerated cabinets and shelves does not pass the time. We had to carry a large amount of luggage (we travel with a child) to our room. You can see that the service is trying, but there is probably no training and proper supervision. From now on we will avoid Radisson hotels.

The hotel is top notch! The three most important features:
Centrally located
quiet (especially important at night)
friendly and friendly service
got the highest score with us.
The breakfast was good and there was a note on each table stating that if we wanted anything more, just say.

5 star hotel, I was captivated but there are many tiny nuances that surprised me, unfortunately not 5 stars. 1. Bottled toiletries in the bathroom unfortunately do not have the quality of 5 stars. The skin after the shower so tight and dry, the body lotion in the set does not help. Better to go to Rossmann nearby. 2. Cleanliness - in the underground garage a large amount of sand on the slab can be turned over the eagle. 3. Cleanliness in the room - dust on the walls. It is about these walls covered with wooden panels, when you turn on the light, you can see streaks of dust. Maybe someone will say that I am exaggerating, because these are minor matters, but if the quality is to be 5 g. there is room for improvement, the service is very nice, the breakfasts are very good.

Main hotel

Main hotel
In the heart of Gdansk. Large rooms, clean, good Wi-fi, perfect breakfast, helpful staff

Great, great disappointment.

Great, great disappointment.
Once it was a great hotel for sure. Now, I couldn t help a feeling that they just give up on this hotel. Poor service and communication. Instead of informing customer properly, they just handover A4 document. Cleaning service is on request - and by cleaning they mean changing the towels. Compared to other hotels in center of city Gdansk Radisson Blu looks really poor. Radisson Blu Suites is so much better.

Service at the highest level.

Dogs are really welcome, not only on paper!
Beautiful rooms but deserve better cleaning.
Perfect location, right in the center of all attractions.

Lovely hotel in great location in old town. Rooms clean and tidy with great showers. Staff were really helpful and friendly. They spoke great English which was far better than my Polish! Overall a great experience.

Very good location downtown Gdansk.

Very good location downtown Gdansk.
The beds are too soft for those who like hard mattresses (to the point that it becomes uncomfortable).
The single rooms doesn't have king-size beds and are rather small for a 5 stars hotel.
The rooms are very clean and have a nice bathroom.
Friendly personnel.

Great location. Large, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Nice service. Tasty breakfasts, a big plus for ordering warm dishes. The hotel is friendly to four-legged family members. A welcome kit, visible in the photo, was waiting for the doggy.
