Heavanly Spa signature massage is absolutely amazing way to relax after a long week

I love a good soft bed and I had two in my room. Beautiful hotel great staff. Good Food and bar.

Hotel is beautiful and luxurious. The pool is good and of adequate size and it was free to enter. The food is moderate even though it is quite expensive. They don't give many complimentary items in room. The staff is nice and cooperative. They have a "make a green choice" option where you can choose to not get full housekeeping services and get a free voucher that you can use to get a 22 AED cut from dine-in orders in participating venues. They also have 30% summer discount on food and beverages. Overall good experience.

Good hotel next to the golf club. Nice place to stay but kind of lost without a car.

I checked in this hotel on 8th of August 2019 for one night..

I did the check in and I went to my junior suite
The problem was with the cooling system (AC)
It was really hot , I called the room service to fix this and they sent a TECHNICIAN who was unprofessional at all the problem wasn t solved
Then I went to bed and it smells so bad ..

In the morning I was doing the check out and I told the recipient about my feedback, the problem is with the people who work there
They didn t act like they care about he only responded to me SORRY about that..

I would never book with The Westin hotels anymore..

And I advise everyone to avoid this hotel..

We attended the bubblelicious Friday brunch here and stayed the night in a suite. Great value for money, good service, friendly staff. Not quite on par with other 5 star hotels in the UAE but nevertheless very good.

The hotel is very nice and the price is very good. The quality of food and service is very high. Parking is free and the hotel service is very quick. The hotel facilities are beautiful, well maintained, followed by permanent cleaning (like swimming pool, golf course, etc.). Breakfast in the hotel is one of the best breakfasts I have ever experienced. , very special . . All hotel staff are friendly and respectful

Golf resort and golf club are really good. The rooms are big and quiet. Short distances to DR and the golf course. An adults only pool where you can relax and have several well-kept restaurants with good choices.

Pleasantly serviced cafes and restaurants, with gorgeous hotel rooms that overlook a well-coifed green golf course, the Westin's Abu Dhabi property is a centrally located retreat from the City while still being close enough to experience Abu Dhabi's downtown grandeur and the adventure and entertainment that Yas Island offers.

I had a wonderful stay here not too long ago. We took advantage of one of their offerings and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely looking forward to having another meal and rest at this hotel soon.

Terrible family stay and rude staff

On August 2014 we booked 6 rooms to stay there as a family, we requested all the rooms to be next to each others 2 weeks ago, but when we reached there 4 only was met our requirement. the staff refused even to make up for that and upgrade one of the rooms to the next level to be all on the same level.
3 of the rooms had a A/C problems, the maintenance guys spent 2 hours to fix it, and unfortunately the only thing that we got is a late check out for two rooms only to make up of their problems, they even didn't offered another room while it's their mistake.
while check-out they charges us $600 as a fine for smoking, even they couldn't prove that these area are non-smoking areas, no stickers, boards or been informed by any of the staff.
the reception guy (who's name is Bruno) offered us a birthday cake while check-in and he asked me when to deliver it, I told him 7:30 is fine. we haven't seen this cake until I followed up with room service at 11:30 PM.
Matt is one of the rudest guy I have ever dealt with, and he introduced himself as a manager. when we was discussing with him the problems we faced with the hotel and smoking fine issue he came to us and said he called the police for us.

Really it was the worst hotel I have ever been, and according to the staff and the way they deal with their customers, I don't think this hotel deserve more that three stars.

Room Tip: Be careful from A/C problems happens at night

It's one of the best place in Abu Dhabi you gate good selection of foods,The pool is warm and wide.

A hidden sanctuary within the city, I loved the lush greenery of the golf course. The check-in process fell from our expectations - service was very slow. Overall, great place to unwind and relax.

It is a nice very fancy place however if you don't play golf it will get boring very fast. Their pool is nice but I would say this hotel is designed for corporate / business visits it gold related visits more rather than family stays

Had lunch in the downstairs bar. The food was average and the service was terribly slow. We finally had to go and find someone just to pay the bill.

This is the most spacious (45sqm) hotel room I ve ever been to in 2013. Thanks to the SPG program who gave me the opportunity to experience one of the best hotel in AUH!

Going to be here for 2 weeks... Checked in last night...already super impressed. This Westin is better then ford Lauderdale.

TV system very outdated. TVs are very old and have bad screens. Cannot control TV from the room. Had to call front desk to fix controls for TVs.
Must repeat instructions to the staff multiple times such as breakfast orders is some cases 3 times prior to getting proper order. Staff not trained to 5 star status.

Awesome hotel perched on the edge of the Golf Course with great dining options.

It is almost the only wooded area of the region. Abu Dhabideki is a nice hotel. Staff friendly and concerned. The hotel offers more than one event every weekend. Consider this situation if you are looking for weekend silence.

Everything is perfect, spacious rooms, attentive staff, delicious buffet .... If you're a golfer, it's paradise!

I love this hotel it's amazing place for holiday it goes for every one. what I mean is if you are single, dating , married. Even with kids this place got you cover at all time. Such mean Mom and Dad can have a great time just the two of you with no kids distopbing , all you have to do is take your child, children to the kids club very amazing play area for kids also to have a great time and lost of fun

The Westin is a lovely hotel and benefits from being next to the Abu Dhabi Golf Club, so lots of beautiful green grass for the little ones to run about on, or for you to head out for a quick 18 holes.

We sat beside a group of Chinese football players and hoped that we didn t get Wuhan Flu. Achille was a fantastic server and made us happy

The only Hotel attached with The Golf club in the capital which organize the biggest event in Abu Dhabi yearly which is HSBC event. This Hotel comes on The premium Brand of Marriott property.This property also host the award winning brunch of Abu Dhabi which is bubblicious.
