We stayed here going to and coming from San Francisco Its great place and all the staff were nice and helpful. Their menu on the restaurant is great has well Cant wait to go again

Brunch was awesome.. Free flowing mimosas... Bloody marys... Three craft beers for $42 buck hot deal. Great service and atmosphere! Sit outside picture perfect!

We enjoyed out stay at Loews Resort.
The hotel was clean, many sanitizer stations and the staff was courteous and friendly.
Watching the sunset over Tucson from our balcony was spectacular. The bats fluttering around were entertaining and there were hummingbirds in the morning.
I look forward to returning.

Great room, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and they have the best breakfast buffet.

Great resort in the Catalina foothills near Sabino Canyon. Golfing and the Flying V bar & grill are attractions to enjoy.

The venue was excellent for our conference. There were a few small glitches with the audio and the video system but the staff promptly made the necessary corrections for us.

4/5 stars. Sometime's in life you can't control things - this is true. However, things lead up to these "unforeseeable" events. I'll get to that!

Wow, what a wonderful stay! And I threw my wallet at Lowe's as hard as I could and I was left with a impressive result. My fiancee and I got the opportunity (a weekend without the kids) unexpectedly. Left us a bit upset and we needed to get away! Together, have some privacy and really spend some 1 on 1 time that couples just don't get in today's world. So we started off with the usual; exploring, the food menu for in room dining is incredible! My fiancees service animal was served 3 or 4 gormet meals right out of the animal dinner menu section and poolside - a simple quesadilla with chicken order unexpectedly turned into a chicken stir fry type meal - and all of the animal meals come of course inns beautiful shiny polished metal dog bowl. I simply forgot to capture this somewhere I could save, ended up on the blog and people commented but oh well. So yes, the waiter informed the chef/cooks This meal was for a dog and it was changed without my knowledge. "Arya" sat next to me in a highchair near the pool and was able to eat off the table like royalty. These guys took care of us any chance they could get and it was real hospitality. Not the kind you get staying in resorts where they also happen to sell time shares or places like that, if your well traveled you know right now that's enough to make your decision on where your going

This resort had a beautiful pool! Didn't see the " fresh water rinsing tub" or their hot tub. But we found the water fall. And wow it is the nicest active water fall in 30 miles! I've done a bit of off roading and hiking most of them are dry!

Resort Staff are friendly, I overheard a staff member 'checkin in' on a apathetic employee let's say don't want to cause a fuss, he must of been having a bad day for whatever reason and didn't look like he wanted to be there. I get it, I ignored him his position didn't effect us at all I just saw evidence that humans work here! Bell hops attentive.

I had a (room service/in room dining/delivery/ caterer/phone answerer) whom I instantly fell in love with. Someone that "spoke my language" and I was immediately MEMEing on the phone when he picked up, knew exactly who answered and my fiancee and I were excited in hopes it would be him delivering the food. He had some funny dialogue with the dog, something about understanding and probably socially and racially incorrect so I won't repeat I do NOT want to cause anyone problems and if I found out this did, I would drive up there in a instant to back this excellent, exceptional person and ensure his conversations and responses were 100% due to my very outgoing and arguably one of the rarest fun personality finders in the world. If you have a sense of humor I will know.

Moving on, my fiancee and I were able to have a few exceptional moments due to the atmosphere, people around us were all happy and overall one of the most pleasant places to be in Tucson. This brought us back to when we were at a resort in Orlando where I proposed many moons ago and honestly a part of us that has been dormant waiting to be uncovered.

We soaked some sun, swam in their perfectly temperature controlled pool, rode our new Schwinn bicycles through the up and away hall ways, captured a sunset in their " loft" "sight viewing deck" don't ask the house keepers where it is they will run you around in circles! Always call Star Service. And if you have a last name that's hard to be pronounced, well prepare to get your name slaughtered 100 times. If I had a dollar for Everytime they did it - I would have $100 dollars.
Coming to the end. Excellent place. But . They put us in a room that was like a front row balcony to a opera. I mean wedding reception DJ booth. From the Macarana to Cotton Eye Joe. I could feel the distorted Bass making my soul cringe. They apologized but my fiancee with a traumatic brain injury couldn't hear the TV all night from 7pm until 10:03pm 4/5 stars WILL RETURN!!!!

The area is beautiful. There is a waterfall hidden away in the back which is awesome. I didn't stay at the hotel, I was just there for breakfast, but I plan on staying in the future just for the view.

Resort is beautiful. Definitely going to be speaking to them about my wedding

Right near the city of Tucson, unfortunately, however the views are spectacular, restaurant is very good, and customer service is typical of Loews, which is excellent. I highly suggest you take a day for a mountain hike...it is worth it!

Beautiful respite minutes away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely walks. Comfortable pool. Delicious food at the four restaurants. Wonderful accommodations!

Great staff, food was slightly above average not amazing. Great environment. Bartenders were on point.

Was there for a Humane Society gala. Parking was very confusing, but they did have shuttles to take you to event

Have stayed many times and this time was amazing as always! The mountains are beautiful. The rooms were even nicer and cushier than I remember them. Check out the Casks and Cooks dinner...incredible!

This is were we take family that come to town. Even if it's just for one night. We get a ride over to Sabino Canyon ,take the tram. My kids hike the trails. We have been taking adult kids and grandkids to all high end resorts, Ritz is too far out ,food is way to expensive. So Vantana is our only place now to take our guests. Golf ,food, shopping near buy, and hiking trails at the resort. Oh and did i mention a great spa.

I was staying there just awesome go there yourself I absolutley loved it,service, hiking near awesome 10 foot deep pool with lemon water by the side full of nature

Although the location of our room (we had to go up some stairs from the parking lot and then had a long walk down outside and inside hallways) was a little inconvenient with kids and several bags in tow, the staff attentiveness and overall cleanliness definitely made up for it. We could have done without the many wasps around our balcony and the pool, but we never saw a nest anywhere. So, I m not sure the staff could do much to help remedy that! Overall, the gorgeous views, excellent food, and wonderful staff made for a fabulous stay.

Loews has a beautiful property, the access to natural walking paths, the pool, and recreation facility make it a great place to take a staycation. The staff is very welcoming.

I visited Bill's Grill for the buffet on Sunday. The food and staff were top notch. A great deal as well.

Our room had bugs and a broken shower door. The thermostat didn't seem to work either. For as much as we paid you can count on us not staying here again.

We came here for mothers day. It was the most magical thing I have ever had the pleasure to partake in. And oh man. The food!!!

All & all, an unparalleled experience of top shelf customer service. Our party had several rooms dotted throughout the resort and without exception, each of us had a wonderful stay.

Came for the Easter Sunday brunch. Everything was so fantastic. Service was very fast and friendly, food was amazing. Overall a splendid experience.

The week I spent here was absolutely wonderful. I was there for a work event and our meals were provided by the resort. Every staff member I had the pleasure of interacting with was so pleasant. The resort is gorgeous and I will definitely be making my way back for a personal vacation!

This is simply my favorite upscale resort in the country. Super service, super restaurant, rooms are fabulous. Loews always has economical options for lodging, food and the service is still top resort quality. If you are looking for resort venue in Tucson, you are crazy not to consider Lowes.

Extremely beautiful. Wonderful, kind, attentive staff. There's a ton of restaurants ammentities on site, so you never really need to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. The rooms were very clean and accommodating, the grounds were beautiful (pool and hiking trails with stunning views) and most notably the staff were professional and friendly. I left a purse and watch behind in the room and the staff contacted me right away and offered to ship my items to me in Texas at no charge. This place goes above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend staying here if you are in Tucson!

There for a work event. No complains, no outstanding moments.

This resort is a really good place for conferences and is a go to for many state agencies. The resort itself is also very nice with somewhat recently renovated rooms and great pools. Dining options are somewhat limited and kind of bland but they are there if you don't feel like leaving the property. The lobby is also a very nice place to grab a drink, watch a game or hang out with colleagues.

The room had no a/c. They moved us to another room with no a/c. There was a family with kids and a baby in the next room. We got no sleep. They did nothing to reduce the bill. We will probably not go back to the resort. The Lakeside Spa was fantastic, over the top. The Flying V restraunt was world class. Great and friendly staff.

Awesome! Golf course is in great condition and the staff is very accommodating to every need. I recommend spending the weekend there.

Beautiful resort! We spent our New Year's in the ballroom here. We experienced wonderful service, a delicious short rib dinner with a decadent bananas foster for dessert

Don't believe the hype. Cabana chairs were stained, the jacuzzi was filled with dead wasps/ bugs, it took forever to get out fruit tray that was cut with a knife used to cut onions. the watermelon tasted like onions . Not worth the price. The only thing 'fancy' was the bill.

We love every Saturday night in the Cascade Lounge! The lounge rotates fun bands every Saturday night from 8:30-11:30 pm! The staff are very friendly and offer amazing service!

Nice place, beware of hidden facility charges. Room rate quote was 127.00, ended up being 174.00

A gourgeous resort at the foothills of Catalina Mountains. The rooms are spacious with a lovely patio, the views are stunning, and the staff was friendly and courteous. Definitely i will come back in future

Golf Course, Hiking Trailheads, Great Outdoor Pool, spectacular views....

I was very excited for our first trip to Arizona as we booked at this resort. The employees are exceptionally nice however it took a turn, when my husband and I was in bed in the morning where security knocked on our door and stated we had the DND on our door for over 24 hours. He requested to come in our room in which my husband said ok but warned him I was in bed. He asked was I covered. He eventually left but quite unnerved us for the unnecessary intrusion which made us feel unwelcome and no longer comfortable in the room.

This has been of my favorite hotels in all my travel experience. Love how it blends with the environment. Great size and beautiful design. The stones set this hotel into another level. The pool area and the yard is just amazing. The staff and the bellboys are super helpful. Nothing but a great service from valet to the cleaners. Will def be back.

Ventana is my favorite getaway for stressed Moms or wives anywhere. My room a week ago was smokey. They upgraded to suite so fast . Yes its Covid-19, and yes the Bighorn Fire was burning, but they always treat you amazing. I LOVE Ventana Canyon. My go to f ok r anything!
