Amazing store. It's massive with so many dresses, you're going to find something you love. The girl who helped me was incredibly nice and helpful. She was also very patient with me considering that I tried on over 20 dresses. I was in the store trying things on for an hour and a half and she helped me the entire time. I'll go back for all my proms

Drove 1 hour to go to this shop. Service was horrible, dresses were horrible. Very expensive and looked like knock off's. Waited a long time for a dressing room when there were several empty. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. They need to get with the time and become computerized. They have no way to track inventory to see if they have a particular dress style!!! Not worth the trip at all!!!

Brought my daughter in for a semi-dress, tough task during prom season. Amanda was great making her feel special even with all the prom excitement. She was so helpful & pulled some great options. We will definitely be back for prom next year.

Be prepared to dig! Not sure an easy or enjoyable shopping experience.Many of the dresses that my daughter tried in were damaged. And yes, that is the dress you leave with, no offer to order one that isn t damaged. One of the dresses that we bought actually needed repair before we left the store. I spent just shy of $900 and did not receive a garment bag. When I called the store to inquire not one but two associates were more than rude. Spend $500 on a dress and they will sell you a garment bag for $6.99. Thanks but no thanks...

My daughter and myself went prom dress shopping this past week, and truly had the Ultimate experience. Our sales associate was named Kay and both myself and my daughter felt an instant connection with her. Kay was so professional in the way she first greeted us, her smile and personal fashionable attire made us feel that she knew fashion and that we had come to the right place! Kay was so patient and understanding, and knew how to pick dresses for my daughter that truly made her shine. The selection of dresses at this store is amazingly overwhelming, but Kay made my daughter s nerves diminish within minutes. Thanks to Kay s dedication and listening to my daughters needs, my daughter has the dress of her dreams! She made our shopping experience even better by matching all the jewelry, shoes, and clutch. One stop shopping at its best. My daughter is very shy and self conscious of her body. Thank you Kay and to the Ultimate for making my daughter smile the most I have seen in a very long time. We had a really amazing experience with Lindsey! At first we didn t like anything but she encouraged us if we think we liked something just to try it on and we ended up liking almost everything! Lindsey really belongs to this store! We didn t buy anything because my daughter s prom is just next year and she was afraid that she would change her mind. We decided this is the store we will buy THE dress and Lindsey needs to be there! We just loved her!

I walked in and wasn't greeted for a while and when I was, they failed to tell me all of their protocol so then I could later be yelled at for not following their protocol. I was accused of ruining their dresses and an employee opened the curtain to the dressing room while I was in there! Worst experience I have ever had, they brought me to tears and then was clueless as to why I wanted to leave. While she was yelling at me I said I wanted to leave and she asked why and followed me out of the store...I went to glitterati down the street and had a much better time.

HECTOR! HECTOR! HECTOR!!! He is the man. I cannot say enough about him. I went a few weeks ago with my sister and bestie and we had the absolute best time and experience with Hector. He selected some wedding dresses in addition to what I had picked out and I ended up with one of the dresses he picked. He was amazing to work with!

I wish there were more stars to give! We originally went prom dress shopping on a Monday afternoon (I had read it gets super busy on weekends so planned accordingly) It was a great experience. My daughter tried on many dresses and found two that she liked. She chose one but it turns out she really loved the other one (even though I told her not to look, she looked at the price tags and picked the less expensive one. I must note that both dresses were on the lower end of the scale as far a price) I decided to see if I could get the dress she loved. I showed up a week later looking for the dress. I didn't know the designer or the style number, just the color, a little description and the size. I swear the entire store went into detective mode. Someone helped me look through the racks and when we couldn't find it everyone put their collective expertise together and came up with the info. They contacted the designer for me (in London!) and worked so diligently with me to find the right dress, the right color and to get it to us in time for us to get it altered for the Prom. They stayed in constant communication with me until the dress arrived a day early!! Every single person I dealt with was fabulous and Fawn and Lucy went that extra step for my daughter (I even had to give Lucy a big hug when I picked up the dress). For them it is not just another teenager and another prom. And it made no difference whether it was an expensive dress or not. All that mattered to them was that it was the dress my daughter wanted. Every client is special and they understand how finding 'just the right dress' is so important. An excellent experience all around.

Wonderful Experience at the ultimate in Peabody. Every dress Dina picked for my daughter was perfect for her. The only problem we had was deciding which one of the six to buy! She also set us up with perfect jewelry and a bag. Would definitely recommend.

Spent about 2-2.5 hours here with my daughter- customer service was top notch! I had no idea what to expect and was impressed with the personal attention and time spent with my daughter. We never felt rushed, and we were able to try on as much as she liked until we found the perfect dress!!! And we found her perfect gown!

Huge selection of dresses. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Dina was an amazing stylist was very patient and could not have been more accommodating to help my daughter not only find the perfect dress but pull together accessories that complimented the dress beautifully.

I had gone to the ultimate one year ago for my best friends wedding when we had purchased our bridesmaids dresses and it was a fabulous experience! I am a curvy girl and I was never made to feel insecure and was able to try on plenty of sample dresses and participate in the entire experience, which is not always true of dress stores. After my dress arrived it fit perfectly and I looked amazing, so when it came to my wedding there was no question we would be returning to the ultimate for my bridesmaids as well! When I went with my girls we had the same fabulous experience! Everyone was kind, helpful, effiencent, and resourceful with providing recommendations about the dresses and ideas for my wedding! I would recommend The Ultimate for all your events - I m going back soon with my mom for her Mother of the Bride dress! Thank you The Ultimate!

I had a wonderful experience trying on dresses today! I didnt finalize anything but I'll definitely be coming back some time soon. Heather, Donna, and Robin were very helpful and kind!

I have never met such a nasty woman in my life. The owner Heather runs her store terribly. She also treats her employees terribly; while standing at the front counter, she belittled over 3 employees in a 5 minute timeframe. Their dresses have been tried on by hundreds of different people, and are damaged, filthy, and falling apart. I would take my business elsewhere to a business that cares about more than just a sale.

I went in with high expectations seeing as they have such a large selection and multiple of my friends had luck there. I had a younger girl who was nice, but definitely too all over me. I picked out dresses I liked and she picked dresses out for me that I knew would not work with my shape, which I expressed to her. As expected, none of the dresses fit me right. So, instead of then trying on the dresses I picked out, she and a man that was very rude to his employees picked out dresses in the size above mine. Obviously, NONE of these dresses fit me, they were all much too big and the workers made me feel as if I was bigger then I am. So, I asked if I could just try on the ones I picked out in the size I KNOW I am because at this point I was so frustrated and feeling self conscience about my size. They had already put all the dresses I wanted to try but was never given to try on away and they told me I needed to not be so picky because I have a large chest. I am going to be picky when it comes to something that is so expensive. I probably would have found a dress if I just tried on the ones I picked to fit my body type. The workers were much too on top of me and rude. Was not at all happy with my experience.

Horrible experience from the first person I encountered. I told her my daughter was looking for a specific dress and she replied with "everyone is looking for a specific dress hunny but I'm telling you, I've been doing this for 40 years and no one leaves with the dress they are looking for." I said that was fine but we know what we are looking for if she could let us know if they still have it or if it's been sold. She came back saying the dress was there for months and doesn't know if it's still in the store so we'd have to look through every dress in the selected sizes it came in (which is rows and rows of dresses). Then you have to wait until your name is called from the waiting list to get a sales rep to help you try on dresses which as of right now has been 2 hours of standing around with no sign of being called. The absolute worst system I've ever ever ever seen while trying to buy a dress. They obligate you to pick out dresses to try on and even if you only want to try on one dress, the wait is still the same. Rude people working here. How can't the consumer walk in, find a dress, grab a dressing room and buy or not buy? Why are we at the store's mercy for time? Ridiculous. Never coming again. I drove 1 1/2 hours for this.

Dina is the absolute best! Help me pick a dress that fit my body type and made me feel confident! Recommend coming here at The Ultimate and working with Dina!

I came to The Ultimate looking for a prom dress for my senior year, and Dina made me feel instantly at ease. She pulled the perfect dresses for me, knowing what I liked, didn t like, and knew when to push my comfort zone. By the end she could tell what I liked and didn t like just by my face. 10/10 would recommend Dina and the The Ultimate she put a huge grin on my face!

My experience was awful I had a girl named Kayla and she was rude in a way. She didn t seem interested at all and I have high anxiety. And after trying on 14 dresses they walked me and my friend out to the front, when I said I was going to look more. It was overly crowded and had no space to move in. I will not be coming here again

Excellent variety, the staff is super helpful. I had a woman named Debbie and she was excellent. Her patience and kindness really made this the "ultimate experience". I went through dresses for 3 hours and she never grew impatient with the process of helping me select the perfect dress for NYE. She helped with zippers and clasps as I was shopping alone. When I was ready to cash out the team worked together to help me find a matching necklace. Do be prepared to work a little to find your dress you have to put some muscle into moving the hangers to view what's on the rack but it's totally worth it forward the variety provided . When I entered the store I felt attacked,
And then a sales person came with a smile on her face and tried to assist me. I saw a dress on their website and ended up ordering it. No one called to let me know my order had arrived. So I called the store, the sales person told me my order was in.... Ugh!!! Why didnt some call me?
So finally I went to pick it up. They go to get the dress and tried to just pass the dress off to me, didnt ask me to try it on or allow me to look at the dress. So I ask to have my dress put into a Ultimate garment bag...you spend $000.00 dollars and you still have to purchase a garment bag
But wait did I tell you that there are no returns....after the fact that I purchased the dress never had tried it on. I feel jilted....I give it 1 star...I have to have the dress altered... I'm so disappointed...I should have read the reviews first. Time is now not on my side I have to find another dress.
So so disappointed!!

Such an amazing place with friendly staff! Heather is great and on top of things. Terri is fabulous! She is definitely a person to go to when you need help! She helped me find my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses. I originally went in there with a style in mind for both wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses and went with a totally different look. At first I wanted to do 2 different bridesmaid dresses and ended up changing my mind and wanted all 9 of my bridesmaids to wear different dresses and Heather and Terri were understanding that I wanted to change styles and were so unbelievably helpful. Jenny was also great as well, she helped 2 of my bridesmaids with their fitting and measurements. I could not recommend The Ultimate enough!

This place is always packed! Even though that is the case, the staffs are still very friendly. I had a really great experience, even thought I didn't get the dress I wanted.

This was my first time going to Ultimate, and let me say immediately they helped me out. Rachel was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I found my dress quickly and enjoyed my time being there. My advice is to go when they open early because that s when fitting rooms are empty and a lot of sales associate are quick to jump in and help. They have a variety of sizes and dresses It s way better than glitterati when it comes to sizes and dresses. I will definitely purchase from there again whenever I need to.

The women who helped me pick out and try on dresses was super friendly and probably the only woman there with a good attitude. The major problems I had were the jewelry and customer service after that. The jewelry was super cheap, couldn't even take it out of the box without a gem falling out and at my prom my necklace broke completely in half. When I went to pick up my dress everyone was super rude and sequence was falling off left and right so they said they would fix it. When I went to pick it up the second time the people who were checking me out, again were super rude. It felt like they were only nice up until they got your money.

My older sister has loved coming to the Ultimate for the past 3 years for prom and has always had a great experience. I came to get my junior prom dress and had great help from Gail. I ll definitely be coming back next year for senior prom!

I came here a week or so ago with my sister to find a prom dress, and I loved it! I normally hate shopping and avoid it at all costs, but one of my friends recommended this store to me, and so I decided finding a dress in an actual store would be better than ordering online and being disappointed. Amanda was extremely helpful and attentive, and helped me find a dress I am really confident in! She never was rude, but also was honest when I asked for her opinion on something. I came on a Sunday morning at opening, and while there were already a fair amount of people there, Amanda was there right away. When I left about and hour and a half later, the store was much more crowded, so I would recommend coming in at opening. The dresses were a little pricey, but there were a lot of options and I did not need any tailoring on my dress at all!

Dina provided a lovely, fun experience for us. We never felt rushed and she was great at finding us dresses we might not otherwise have pick out. She knows her inventory! And she knows young women and what will look great on different body types. Thank you!

This was our first stop looking for a prom gown, my daughter found one she sort of liked but wasn't sure it was "the one" . The girl that helped us was very patient and kept looking for more dresses but we felt sort of pressured that we aren't getting out of there without buying a dress. Thought dresses we're expensive but maybe it's just me. Most dresses were over $500. We ended up paying $500 And it was coming apart at the seem and no offer to take $ off. We didn't need to pay for alterations except to shorten length!

The service is indeed the best but I do not agree with there store policy I think if your child changes her mind she should be able too. This place should not be able to take a down payment from 16 years old. They should at least speak to that parent on the phone or something after all is that parent that is paying for that dress. My daughter got a dress that she gets for a prom that she is going to remember for ever because she made the mistake to put a down payment with out my present s. I made her get wherever dress not exactly the dress of her dreams one because I could not go back to this place ever again. In my opinion the dresses are way too expensive for the brands and the material very cheesy! No class what so ever very disappointed! The only good part is the people that help you god bless those girls. Thank you! I really appreciate your help but to the owners of this this place shame on you for taking advantage of little girls that don t know what they want. Like my daughter. .

OMG THE FIRST DRESS I TRIED ON IS THE ONE I GOT IT WAS PERFECT!! The best customer service i have ever experienced. If you ever come here (which you should) ask for Judy she is the best person to help you find the right dress for you, she is honest about how things fit. With her help, you will definitely walk out with the PERFECT dress for you.

I was scared; never been dress shopping. My daughter was right next to me. It was intimidating! I had a terrible experience there. The prices are the highest you will ever see, the customer service is horrible, and you have to wait in long lines for everything; a line to get in the store, a line to try the few dressing rooms they have, a line to check out your items.. NOT WORTH IT.

I had lots of fun getting my dress and when I picked it up I got my jewelry and shoes. While doing this Deb helped me through the whole process perfectly.
