My daughter and myself went prom dress shopping this past week, and truly had the Ultimate experience. Our sales associate was named Kay and both myself and my daughter felt an instant connection with her. Kay was so professional in the way she first greeted us, her smile and personal fashionable attire made us feel that she knew fashion and that we had come to the right place! Kay was so patient and understanding, and knew how to pick dresses for my daughter that truly made her shine. The selection of dresses at this store is amazingly overwhelming, but Kay made my daughter s nerves diminish within minutes. Thanks to Kay s dedication and listening to my daughters needs, my daughter has the dress of her dreams! She made our shopping experience even better by matching all the jewelry, shoes, and clutch.
