There is a reason behind the name "THE ULTIMATE" My daughter got the their ULTIMATE SALES SPECIALIST, DINA .. Dina knew exactly what would flatter my daughter's figure, her Colombian skin tone. The accessories she selected that in itself was breath taking. Hours felt like minutes and Dinas was patient with Naty's indecisiveness.. We loved her.. We want to take her to Colombia and have her run the operations in a store my oldest daughter is opening.. Dina was a the GREATEST joy to work with. We will be coming back when my youngest has her Quienceneria, and will only work with Dina and that GREAT SMILE.. We love you.. You were such a help..

Amanda was incredible during this experience! We came to the Ultimate to find a dress for my little sister s junior prom and didn t have the greatest experience at a different store. Amanda was patient, professional, and a true expert. She made this experience one of a kind. Amanda found an array of beautiful dresses and we ended up buying a dress for her senior prom as well! Anyone that goes to the Ultimate would be blessed to have Amanda assisting them with finding a dress for their special occasion.

Such a great experience! Being short finding dresses can be really hard, but the girl who helped me, Meredith, was extremely helpful! She found my dress and was so nice through the whole process, I would 100% recommend going to the Ultimate

A lot of dresses!!! My biggest issue with this place is they only have dresses in one size. So if you find a dress you like it could be in a size 0 or 22, they don't have duplicate dresses in different sizes. So for people like myself who are a bit bigger it sucks to try on dresses that are so small. It is hard to know if the dress is going to look good or not. REALLY hard to shop for dresses that way. I did order a dress and it better look right because returns are not easy to do here. They also charge you to have the dresses shipped from the maker to the store which is obnoxious since the costs are a bit high.

Such a good experience! Becka was very helpful and picked so many dresses for me. I had a terrible experience at glitterati ,they were very rude and did not help me at all. But everyone in the ultimate was so nice and helpful.

Went to the Ultimate to purchase my daughter's prom dress. We had Michele and she was amazing. After trying on 8 dress, my daughter only liked one. Michele noticed the type of dress she was trying on and went to pull some that she though she would like. Well, the first dress she tried on that Michele had pulled, she love and we bought it. You may have to wait a while for a dressing room but if you get Michele it's worth the wait. She is kind, honest, easy to chat with and knows her designers. If you can request someone, I highly recommend Michele.

I had an absolutely WONDERFUL time at The Ultimate. Every single person was so kind and sweet! I found many dresses that fit me perfectly and I am definitely coming next back next time I need a dress! Would definitely recommend.

Love this place! These ladies have dressed all of our bridesmaids and continue to dress us for fabulous events. Highly recommended!

I been looking for a dress for my daughter's quiceanera and this place was spectacular they had so many dresses. And the staff was great the lady that helped us was on point on what my daughter wanted. We not only got her dress but also the courts (damas) dresses too. I will recommend this place to anyone

This place was awful. Extremely disorganized and not enough workers. I was highly disappointed with my experience and ended up leaving after I was ignored multiple times by the owner, Heather. She seemed like she didn t know how to run the store. The store is overpriced and I would not recommend it to anyone most dresses can be found at other stores for a lot less money and a lot better experience.

over priced, salespeople will squeeze your daughter into a dress two sizes to small just to make the sale, then recommend an overpriced taylor. If you shop there take your time, don't be shy about telling the sales person to back off :) Shop at local bridal stores you'll get a much better quality dress and price.

So over priced!! They do have an amazing selection but I was able to find the same dress elsewhere for 225$ less! The guys at the front are tacky

I am so happy we stopped here after being discouraged at another store shopping with my plus sized daughter we decided to give it a try. The selection in plus size was incredible . We had a fabulous sale lady Dorota and she helped my daughter look and feel Beautiful . Big Thumbs up

Prom dress shopping can be extremely stressful! But Deb made it so much fun! She was incredibly helpful and amazing to shop with! I am always coming here!!

I had Deb help me find the dress of my dreams. She really did an amazing job helping me and getting me to try on dresses that I would never try on myself.

I just purchased a dress for my son's wedding. Amanda was the saleswoman who helped me from start to finish. I explained that I recently had surgery and was still not 100% which resulted in a VERY last minute crunch to find a dress. Amanda knew the inventory so well, understood what I was looking for, and had a wonderful sense of fashion. More importantly, she was beyond kind and compassionate and literally assisted my physically when needed. I found a dress that I love and had the pleasure of meeting Amanda. She was outstanding!

Terrible treatment by the owner.
After we were working with someone trying dresses the owner forced us to move us to accommodate 3 friends to be together at the fitting so they can give each other opinion.
I was inconvenience and felt like I was less than anyone even that I was ready to spend a substantial amount of money at that place.

Never had the opportunity to visit because my telephone experience was poor. I live 2 hours away and called to check on a specific style and size of a dress before heading over. I was told "we have it in store". She couldn't tell me color or sizes. "we have thousands of dresses and I'm sure you'll find address". Not the point and had you presented the i formation differently, I would have gone. Needless to say, Alexandra's Boutique gave me all of the information I was looking for, with an over the telephone smile. I will happily make my purchase there. Customer service is crucial.

I love the ultimate!! The service is really the gem of the establishment. All the sales associates are so sweet and helpful. Also they re selection is out of this world. I was blown away when I walked in and saw thousands of dresses everywhere. I would definitely recommend for prom, a wedding or any other fabulous event your going to. There is something for everyone!

I am sad to say that I had a truly horrible experience at the Ultimate. I have never wrote a review before but my experience was so terrible that I needed to rate it here. I drove over an hour to get to the Ultimate excited to look at some prom dresses. I wanted to go here because I had recently gotten a catologue for this store and saw a dress I really loved and wanted to try it on. Not only did they not have the dress anywhere in the store, I did not really see any of the dresses that were shown in the catalogue. The selection was pretty limited and there wasn't many nice dresses there. Some of the dresses I tried on were missing clasps or were ripped as well. Because of this I do not trust that these dresses would even be with the money being put together so poorly. The whole store is really disorganized and the racks are so packed that it is very hard to look through them. The worst part about my experience here was the customer service. The lady that was helping me was rude and very pushy, and would barely let me look at the dress before she tried to rush me either into buying it or trying on the next one. The dresses she picked out were absolutely disgusting which gave me little faith in her opinion. But the worst thing was when I was leaving and she was rude about how I didn't want to buy the dresses. She tried to push me into buying them and was mad that I didn't want to buy anything yet. She then wanted me to order the dress I was looking for online paying full price before trying it on! She tried to justify it saying that I probably would not find it anywhere else, but I found the same exact dress online at a different store, so she was probably lying about that to try to get me to buy it. When my family and I were leaving and refused to buy a dress without trying it on, she mumbled to another worker and stated at us extremely rudley. I honestly felt so uncomfortable the whole time I was there and the fact that she was trying to push me into buying something as expensive as problem dresses that I didn't even like really made this whole experience absolutely horrible. I saw the same thing happening to other girls there that wanted to go try on dresses in other stores and the employees were extremely rude to them. I would not recommend this place.

Lindsey was awesome! Total sweetheart and helped us find the most beautiful dresses for my nieces sweet 16! Highly recommend the ultimate and Lindsey!

I cannot rave enough about the professionalism of the staff at the Ultimate Prom! If they do not have a dress that you are looking for, they will find it for you and have it shipped to you. Wrong size, wrong color? No problem! I have been a customer of the Ultimate for five years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else for all of my prom and pageant needs.
In fact, I actually called them a week before one of my pageants because my original interview dress from a different store came in and it wasn't even the right dress. I called the Ultimate, and they found the perfect alternative and had it on my doorstep, mind you I live FOUR STATES AWAY, in 2 business days. Seriously life savers! I love them more than life itself. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
