The owner of this place needs some customer service skills. Their website states pricing of $50 for one month of unlimited tanning. I was told the website was wrong and they were updating it, and the price was actually $85, when I asked if she would honor the advertised price for me, she hung up on me!!!!! I called back and explained how she was wrong first for false advertising prices and second for hanging up on me! I will take my business else where. I also got a spray tan here once and I turned orange and stripy! I was gonna go back just to use the tanning beds only but not after this terrible customer service!

Friendly, clean and nice HOT bulbs makes it a perfect place... a bit pricey but I guess they have to keep up with the times..

I absolutely love this place! The place is clean good prices and always have deals going on! The owner Michelle is always a pleasure to see and talk to and so are the other girls at the desk! I just began tanning again and I won't go anywhere else I love it here a huge thanks to a friend of mine for bringing me here!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are clean. Many renovations are taking place.

Would have been considerate for you to post on your web site that you are closed due to the virus. I even checked your website before leaving my house and it stated in bright green letters that you were opened Drove all the way over only to find out that you were closed.

Please ignore all the old reviews. This salon has been bought by new people almost two years ago. The staff is friendly, prices are competitive and it s very clean. The shop has gone through a complete renovation and is much more attractive. Spray tans here are also great, they re done by hand not a machine (others in the area use machines and it s not the same)

In response, the website states that a monthly membership for level three is $85. Monthly unlimited tanning is a $30 monthly fee for a year of tanning that you pay every month for. Our salon decided to do away with this plan which is an EFT, for fear of any inconvenience . Upon explanation of this many times, our customer was not happy with us not honoring this plan anymore, and explained to me that I need to honor it because of "false advertising" To be cordial I offered to honor the plan
of 30$ unlimited tanning for every month for a year. The customer did not want to do this. The customer only wanted one month of tanning, which I explained was $85 a month, again. This is the price for all customers in level three who when entering the salon are also offered specials. In addition to tanning specials we offer a top of the line Organic Spray tan which we use superior products which are violet based with brown bronzers made by Norvell. We have certified Spray technicians who are Smart Tan certified. We try our best to make every happy and tan, of course.

Love the front desk worker. She knew she was wonderful, knew what you was talking about and was a huge help and deciding what products to use and not to use the my type of skin and what package to buy
