I called reception to ask for extra towel, he grunted rudely and said the room already have 2 towels. I told him i need another one since one of the towel dropped on the floor. Finally he said will send someone but no one came until morning. We paid for the service, it's not free.

I called housekeeping only then my request entertained. Cafe food was nice. Cafe staff service excellent. Love the roti canai and curry during breakfast.
