The Stern Grove Festival Reviews

Eucalyptus trees, birds singing and San Francisco Symphony performing Mozart at Stern Grove 80th festival. A beautiful park for short hikes.

Who would not like concerts in the park especially when it's free. Only thing is parking, crowds, and hikes up the hill. But bring a picnic, some drinks and make a day out of it and it's great.

I really enjoyed the atmophere, and look forward to going back for future concerts!

There is no way you will ever see the stage. Food was bad and overpriced.

Do yourself a huge favor! Get there early on Sundays aka free day. Brutal. Get a picnic table... If it's an important show to you. Bring all the food and goodies you need to make a memorable day. I think that 10.00 am is probably ideal if it's a Sunday.

Area is nice for dogs but some of the people in the dog park are not friendly. They don't seem to like large dogs so I just kept my dog on leash. They apparently think that their small dogs don't need to be trained & can do anything they want because they are small.
