Have you ever had bad service? Well, you think you have... that is until you deal with Skinny Food Company!

Almost 3 weeks after placing an order it's still yet to arrive. Tracking details state it was never handed over to Royal Mail, yet their customer service team state it was, but cant produce any evidence of this at all, instead blaming Royal Mail for having scanning issues.

Now being told i have to wait 20 working days, so a further week+ before they can lodge with Royal Mail a claim. But not until they are satisfied that the package wont arrive will they look to replace or refund.

Sorry but this is not how customer service works, if you can clearly see after a week that your 48 hour tracked parcel hasn't arrived, then you take action immediately and look after your customer. You can make claims through the couriers afterwards.

It's not us to customers to wait over a month because a process in your delivery hasn't gone to plan.

Advice, just don't wast your time or effort with this company.

EDIT : be wary of their automatic subscription service! If you make the mistake (thankfully i didn't) and ordered a subscription you will be sent to an 'informative' you tube video which basically compares them to the like of Amazon and says too bad its your own fault.

Watch this video FIRST! Then decide if you want the hassle of dealing with their customer service team when it all goes balls up!
