Rooms are spacious and have everything you need! His/her sinks, a huge tub with jets, couch, Kitchenette and a king size comfy bed. Very clean and service is great. Is a little bit of a walk to the strip though

Enjoyed a three day stay in tower 2. 1bd room Condo with balcony and jacuzzi tub.Room was clean and nice but dated.Onsite parking was not available during my entire stay valet parking also was not available Beware 20 to 25 minute walk from MGM for self parking. Staff members were all helpful and quickly responded to any problems.
Always love this place. Very private hotel and beautiful views from UPH 38th floor. My girlfriend gets these rooms every once in awhile when we want a relaxing place with balcony and lovely views.
Red Rock Casino provides a superior resort experience without having to deal with the traffic and crowds. The Golden Knights practice rink, Aviator stadium, and Downtown Summerlin shopping are across the street. Marlos, Takaeis, Van, Richard and Stephanie are always professional, and friendly, making everyone feel welcome. Sandra, Rose, Karina, Maria, Josefina, Mercedes, Oliver, Olivia, Jessa, Randiee, Sara, and Judy will make you feel like you're visiting family at the Feast. As a wheelchair guest, I can utilize every facility throughout the resort knowing that there is always someone there for me.
Good experience. Location was decently close to the strip and was able to walk all indoors in order to go from the Signature to MGM Grand and to the Strip. The buffet food was very nice and the rooms were comfortable and cozy.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. This hotel is fantastic. When we arrived, the woman at the desk was so helpful, friendly, and organized. We went up to our room and ordered room service. While we waited I soaked in the jetted tub and watched TV IN THE BATHROOM! It was so relaxing. We stayed in a suite. It was clean and well maintained. There was a huge balcony off of the living room with a view of the pool. I seriously love this place and I will definitely stay again.
Upon entering our room, there was a heavy smell of marijuana emanating outside and slightly inside our room. When I went to open the in-room fridge, the previous occupants food was still in there. I explained our displeasure to the front desk and they gave us a $50 credit good for some of their restaurants. 2 days later, I went to use the in-room microwave and there was food in it from the previous occupants! Again, I let the front desk know and I was told they were sorry but housekeeping wasn't their department.
The property is far from all amenities which may be good for some, our fault for not looking in to it further
Love this hotel, every stay is amazing. I would reccomend staying in tower 1 if you want to be closer to mgm casino and tower 3 if you want to have closer access to the middle of thestrip. This place also comes with valet parking for 1 car per room which is great inVegas. This time we stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and it had a full fridge, oven, electric stove top, coffee machine dish washer and sink.
We wanted to try something new since we always stay at the Venetian, well big mistake. The furniture had significant signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness could definitely be improved as well. The headboard was dirty it had stains all over. Stay somewhere else if you're looking for quality, comfort and cleanliness.
If you want a hotel that takes you away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas but still be able to walk to everything then this mahogany wall lined hotel is where you should be staying. I have stayed in Vegas over 10 times and personally this is my favorite hotel to be close to everything but have the seclusion and privacy that no other Vegas hotel seems to offer that is on the strip. Also the floors above 30 have the most magnificent views.
Accomodations are great for long time stay because of the full kitchen and very spacious room but it seems that the in room entertainment , DVD player , always needs some kind of attention from service personal other than that it's very nice for the price
Poor service. Asked front desk upon check in to be in a room far away from the elevator and ice machine. They still gave me a room right by the elevator. Called front desk from room to speak with the check in rep, was told front desk does not take guest calls. Wanted to check in a laptop bag in the evening, was told to go talk to the valets. Requested front desk staff to please secure in an indoor room, was told they don t know, and again was turned away and talk to the valet. Towels were stained, toilet paper and tissue were extremely low quality. One morning there was no hot water in the shower. Called the operator and was on hold for unusually long for 6:30am. Made multiple calls bc of no answer. Finally was told they don t know what the problem is and to turn off the water and try again after 10 mins. Caused me to be late to work. AC vent being in one corner of the room leaves the area by the bed warm. Also curtains block part of the AC vent which prevents the room from being comfortable. Trash can by the elevator in the lobby was overflowing with trash. Was told I would get an efolio after the auto checkout at 11am. Nothing arrived via email. Had to make multiple calls and requests the next day and speak with account services to get my bill. Furthermore, there was an incorrect charge on my bill which required me to call back and email to have it corrected.
While a breakfast buffet was included in my room rate, if you stay in tower 3, it is a 20 minute walk to the restaurant/Grand Buffet.
Not a good experience at all. Overall there were too many issues, poor service, poor quality, lack of cleanliness, and more, that I will not be returning.
The service was great. The only negative is you have to walk to the casino which is a bit out of the way. I would still recommend based on price and the cleanliness of the room.
Excellent room with a nice view and plenty of space. It is a bit of a hike to MGM along the dedicated corridor with travellators, but is otherwise well located.
Room sizes are nice, cool to have a balcony and kitchen, but the facility is becoming dated. Staff needs to be increased and a bit more attentive. It is a long walk through the three towers and pathway to the MGM Grand
Stayed here for 3 nights in Spring of 2018 (Tower 1). Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and found all of the staff (housekeeping, lobby staff, parking valets, etc.) to be friendly, cheerful and helpful. The fitness center is pretty good and mostly deserted after the early morning rush is over. Free valet parking was easy with minimal delays and well worth a $5 tip on pickup every day. Was given a room upgrade to a 31st floor PH balcony view suite, and the night time view of the strip was fantastic. Whirlpool tub & large shower in the bathroom; microwave, blender, coffee maker, two-burner stove, sink with garbage disposal and an HD flat screen all in the kitchenette area. Was pleased with the HD tv as a lot of other places have flat screens, but still pump in standard-def channels through their old systems. The bed was really comfortable. The tower 1 lobby area had a slight disinfectant smell that reminded me of a dentist office, but the room was clean, comfortable and didn't have any weird smells. The pool was OK - nothing special, but nice that it was an adults-only environment. Ended up going to the MGM pool complex most of the time anyway. Really enjoyed the quiet upscale atmosphere without having to walk through a smoke-filled casino every time we ventured out. Was fairly easy walking distance to the strip (via Harmon to the Miracle Mile shops). Definitely recommend!
This hotel is very nice. You walk in and you smell a smell that is unimaginable but the rooms don t have silverware. You have to ask for it. They said it will be up in 10-15 minutes and it took 40 minutes no joke. But you do usually get a nice view
I highly recommend this place to stay. It's so close to Las Vegas strip and you easily can walk anytime of the day or night. Clean with really nice Hosts
Nice place with big rooms. The walk from the MGM grand is not short. Water pressure in the second shower was non existent. Overall it was quiet and no cigarette smell, but not super convenient. Needs a walkway to strip that doesn't go through the MGM.
Great place to stay with the family they are a no smoking no gaming facility and also have fridge and microwave in the room. We also had a walkout balcony I would stay here again for sure
Not a fan! It's far from the strip and the casino! We were put in Tower 3 (the farthest)! Check in - she was not welcoming or friendly, offered no info on the hotel, nor let us switch towers. I won't ever stay here again. If you take away my dissatisfaction, I can say the room was nice and the hotel is clean.
It is like EVERYTHING In LV..., Perfection!!! Just like the rest of the Strip,..If there is a light bulb out,.. someone changes it. If there is a cig or cigar butt on the walkway, someone picks it up. If there is a smudge on a mirror, someone wipes it. If somebody spills a drink, someone mops it up. If you are hungry, someone will take your order. If you get tired OR need a rest, someone will find you a room. ____________AND_____________ IF YOU are bored,... you are in the WRONG PLACE!!!
Great stay! Incredible rooms with all the amenities and extras, and very close to the Topgolf where I'm working this week, for a great week-long experience
