Our stay was fine and management took care of our issues after a bit too much effort on our part. It's touted as a 4 star suite but didn't live up to our expectations for the price.

The Signature is pretty close to the strip and pretty easy to get to from the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful with a good valet service. We had a penthouse on the 35th floor with a great view of Vegas. I would stay there again.
2 hours wetting for the check In. Can't believe the worst customer service at the front desk...
I was staying in a room on the 18th floor! I know yikes for someone that is scared of heights! I m visiting from California for a couple weeks with family and stay at the MGMResorts Signature.
The check in process was smooth and efficient. The employees kept a professional attitude but friendly as well greeted myself and my partner as soon as we entered the building!
The front gate security did an outstanding job executing their duties in a professional manner.
After the terrible recent events at Mandalay gave us a spook. The Signature at MGM gave myself and the family a sense of security. We felt safe and protected not only with our property but with our lives.
Gave the valet employees my keys with confidence in knowing my vehicle will be safe and protected. I just bought a brand new car so I was hesitant about parking. The Signature at MGM valet employees were quick and professional.
The room was clean and organized to my satisfaction no clutter! I tend to be very OCD and can t rest or sleep once I start cleaning. Having a room that I don t have to clean myself is a major factor in my choices of choosing my stay when in Vegas!
We had a great time and stay at the The Signature at MGM I m likely to highly recommend your establishment to future colleagues and relatives.
To all employees at The Signature at MGM I personally would like to thank you for all your efforts and generosity you have given to my family and I. I will absolutely stay again at this hotel!

Wonderful hotel experience. My toddler enjoyed it also.
Great customer service. Only issue was got back and one of our purchases was half out of the box. Maid was bored maybe? Otherwise clean and got upgraded to a penthouse suite.
Rooms are great. Like condos. Full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, the master with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Ride share can pick you up and drop you off right from the door at any tower which is a big deal. Only down side is it's a bit far from the action. Good 10 minute walk from tower 3 to the Mgm casino and what not
Overall a good night's stay. Love that it's not attached to a casino, no stinky smoke smell. Only a couple of complaints....pool closes at 8pm, the concierge closed up at 6pm, we paid for a room upgrade & ended up with a view of the airport
Amanzing place to stay. The view from 35th floor is awesome!
This is my third stay at the signature and every time I want to come back again. It's nice to be connected to the casino but also have a separate space that is apart and has a calmer energy to it. I recommend booking on Airbnb or VRBO because most host there include the resort fees in the rental.
When you see the big gold buildings... You know you're there! Lbs... Loved almost everything about the room except the fact that they need to upgrade the sitting furniture. It's a bit outdated in an 80's way. Overall, everything about the rest of the room was everything fabulous just like I like it!
I attended a conference at the MGM grand and stayed at the signature. It was so nice and up to date and a short moving sidewalk away from the main casino/hotel. Everything looked so new and much better than the outdated casinos
The best place for a Las Vegas vacation!!! They treat you like gold!! I can't wait to go back!!!!
It was nice, didn't stay, only gambled for a few hours
Really, the best option to stay in Las Vegas. If what you are looking for in las vegas is not playing, mainly, you will surely love the signature. It is a luxurious and pleasant experience. Very comfortable and nice. I recommend it very widely.
The interior of the room is great, the bed is very good, and the overall stay feels great, but the distance from the city to the hotel is a bit far, you need to go through the casino and food street and the supermarket first, it is easy to get lost, but relatively speaking, the room is far away Noisy, quiet and comfortable.
Great location and looks amazing, rooms are big and comfortable. However not everything is perfect in the rooms which is why it's not quite 5 stars. Overall would stay here again
Me and my wife had a great time staying here. The breakfast was awesome at the buffet restaurant. We will be back!
Loved this place so much. Great prices. Super Clean. Quite relaxing pool. Amazing staff. Highly recommended!
I love the rooms at the Signature. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it.
Not impressed, pools are closed so the ones open are over crowded. Supposed to have valet parking included, but two nights in a row they closed the valet due to hitting capacity. That's with having two towers closed. Would have thought they would bend over backwards to get people to come back
Great hotel for the price with good service overall.
Good facilities, helpful and friendly staff. Pool has limited umbrellas which I suspect is to get people to opt for the wildly overpriced cabanas.
So my job has suites here so I decided to go on Halloween. The room wasn't ready so they put us in a different room. That room ad a balcony and man it was so cool to sit out there and smoke, in Vegas it's legal, and just look out and see Vegas. CS wasn't the best, but it was cool.
Great Hotel, great rooms. Fitness room was a little bit lacking, but other than that everything was great. Will definitely come back again.
The room is very quiet and clean, price is affordable, 5 stars!
Seeing all the equestrian people walking around in there cowboy boots and hats is pretty cool. I have loved horses since I was a little girl. My girls like going to see a movie than eat at steak and shake afterwards. The only thing I would change is that they still allow smoking indoors. You can keep your cancer sticks to yourself thank you very much.
First impression upon entering gates was a very exclusive feel, as it must be intended to be. During check in however the receptionist attempted to up-sell a matter of upgrades we didn t care for, including getting a suite on a higher floor, part of their job, I understand that aspect. What was not acceptable however was a back handed comment the receptionist made in regards to not making the upgrade. And I quote You re gonna celebrate {given occasion} on ONLY the 3rd floor followed by an exaggerated laughter. Upgrading floors is what they will try to sell you on, followed by shaming you for if you choose against the upgrade? This is the forbidden sin of communication and sales. You don t make a sale by an attempt to shame your customer and laugh in their faces. Floor 3 is already at least 7x taller than I am, let alone having to use any stairs in case of emergency. The receptionists name wasn t memorable enough but he has a receding hairline, lip botox you can see every line to, and somehow 2 rings on his left ring finger. Despite the horrid guest service the room and view was fairly nice, even for JUST the 3rd floor. I actually may even recommend this place, if they had better human to human interaction. Decent stay but horrid start.
We stayed in a one bedroom suite at the signture- room was great. Only about a 7 minute walk to mgm grand through the walkways.
It's nice, but we've stayed in better for the price. The room was clean, ok view. The staff was very helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs which showed in the above average service.
Excellent stay. Restful night with awesome views of the city. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway.
had the balcony suites in tower 2. the rooms were large and clean. bathrooms we're also large and clean. the backside view was of topgolf and the airport. not the greatest views. no beverages or snacks in the room for free or for purchase.
The hotel staff were friendly. The suites were clean, but a little outdated and it was farther from the strip than I would have liked. Next time I will pay a little more for a better hotel with a better view and closer proximity to the strip.
I'm an avid reviewer on Google. I almost don't want to write this review because I don't want others to be in on this secret. Our stay at the MGM Signature was phenomenal. Of course you're in Vegas, so expect to pay more "fees and service charges" than you are accustomed to. However, comparing this hotel to those surrounding, it can't be beat. Valet parking is included in your stay, you can walk underground to the casino and buffet in the MGM Grand, the pool is private, and the views are great. Spring for the Penthouse, you won't regret it.
The signature is connected to MGM grand, so it's close to everything. Free access to lazy river pool. The rooms are good enough.
We went to breakfast at a bistro inside the hotel while waiting for the m & m store to open. Breakfast was amazing. The only complaint I had was that we had to pay for parking because our m life card wouldn't scan.
We have had a wonderful time staying @ Signature Suites, and will consider staying here again in the future. Do wish there were more eating establishments in the Signature buildings w/out having to go to the main MGM Grand building.
Nice suites with full kitchens and 125 gallon jetted bathtub in the amazing master bathroom
great hotel away from busy rest-of-vegas but near to everything too. Suites are awesome with whirlpools. Private adult and general pools too. One of the better ones!
In Las Vegas, you usually look for hotels on the Strip, but getting around by car out of the traffic and chaos is a good idea, especially considering the walking distance is very feasible. Free car park service, free WiFi, large and comfortable rooms, also complete with Jacuzzi. It doesn't have the casino on the ground floor like the hotels on the Strip, but you don't miss it.
The next night I spent at the Venetian in a room very similar to that of The Signature, paying double the price, but I must say that between the two it was more comfortable that of this structure, which, as mentioned and unlike the Venetian , it had a very comfortable whirlpool tub.
Amazing hotel.. beds are superb.. one bedroom balcony suites are very spacious and clean.. with the right room.views are superb.
Great place for a stay in Vegas. It is South of the strip so you might have to walk a bit, but otherwise perfect location. PH suite would be highly recommended as it gives you a great view. Furniture, bathrooms and sheets were also very tidy. Easy access to the LV monorail is definitely a plus. Also close to top golf where you can enjoy a game of golf with great food and drinks
Love this hotel. 4th time here & always the hotel we will choose
Once you stay at the Signature, it's hard to stay anywhere else. We come to town for the NFR and enjoy the towers.
Nice suites at a cheaper rate. Limited dining options unless you trek to the MGM Grand.
Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. Not having a casino keeps the towers pleasantly low key and classy, though the MGM Grand proper is only an indoor walkway away.
If they offer you a room upgrade if you have more than two people that don't share the same bed. Nice hotel but don't expect any paper towels or two ply toliet paper
I was just visiting as a driver needing a restroom break and it was a really nice experience.
Stayed there in 2017...visited in 2018..always a prime spot...very nice place to stay in Vegas
Very comfortable
I would of give this hotel a four star rating, but, the front desk in tower 1 wasn't too friendly. Over all service and stuff was great.
All suite hotel with free valet parking at a great location. What's not to love? The monorail is really close too.
The rooms are nice. We traded up for a "balcony view" for an additional $10/night. I think it's a beautiful view. They have a fairly good-sized fridge and a HUGE jetted tub. I soaked in it last night. The water stayed hot which I didn't expect to happen for such a lengthy soak as I took.
Great suits with beautiful views, good service and clean rooms.
(1) Despite early checking confirmation, we could not get into the room until after 5:00. (2) there was no hot water in bathrooms. (3) the sofa bed was not made and there was only one sheet for it. (4) the whole unit smelled of fish. (5) there were only 2 towels and washcloths even though reservation was for 3 adults and 1 child. (6) there was no housekeeping included nor available. For $250/night, it was horrible. We could have had better accommodation at the stratosphere for 1/10th the price. (7) valet service only, but not enough valets so there was a long wait for car every time. (8) hallways were dirty and not cleaned any time for 3 days, open bags of garbage, cigarette busts on carpet, other litter all over.
Most I liked was it is truly smoke free facility. I would stay again!
Stayed here. Has everything. Also has connection tunnel to MGM grand so that is an added bonus. If you want to sleep away from casinos, this is a good place.
