Reception staff friendly, we upgraded our room to upper penthouse as we was on honeymoon the suite is lovely, bathroom is beautiful with big massive jacuzzi hot tub. The views are incredible from the balcony. The only downfall is that although it was a room only basis it had a kitchen with toaster, oven top etc there literally was no cutlery, or plates which would have been nice, specially when paying extra for the upgrade. The location is perfect. The car valet service was very good and they made it easy for us upon checking in and out where the car was concerned. The pool area was lovely (adults only) and was so nice after a day of going back and forward on the strip to then be able to sit a relax around a pool and take it all in.
A great overall stay!

Be careful when booking because they have external companies that rent the rooms and when you arrive nobody solves you, one day after my check in and we still do not have the room because Airpads does not answer

Lovely rooms and relatively quiet, BUT... No restaurants around any of the Towers. You have to walk (hike) to MGM Grand. Not convenient. No place for breakfast, weird. You do room service$$$ Next time we will definitely try a different hotel.

We stayed here for a bachelor party. It was pretty sweet! Guest services were very helpful and the suiites were generous in size. Valet is included so don't park at the casino. The only wierd part was the lack of any silverware or cups, especially considering we had a dishwasher, blender, and other things you'd expect from a suite. The good thing is, the front desk sent them up extremely fast on request.

These are a a more private and upscale option to the main hotel. Get your tips ready though, because the bell hops do all the parking and luggage delivery. This was a great option for a quieter experience after the strip. The balcony offered a great view of the mountains and other resorts. We stayed during July 4th and loved being on the balcony.

Wow! Amazing rooms...NO ROOM SERVICE! pools close at 5pm, half the restaurants are closed and most of the attractions.. why are we paying resort fees when there's nothing to do!!!??? I've stayed at the mgm for 30 years... not happy at all.. hotel staff (housekeepers and valet) were super nice... all the rest of the employees have attitudes including the cage and front desk...
What has happened to the mgm?

I had a pleasant stay at this resort. The beds were comfortable, the view was nice, the pool was a little bit too crowded, but it made sense because it was over 100 degrees. The service was pretty decent. The only problem that i had was the maid service and the lack of toiletries in my room. Other than that i had a pleasant stay

This hotel is simply beautiful with amazing views from the upper floors. The room we stayed at was in the penthouse in Tower 2 and looked exactly like the pictures on the website all the way down to the his & her bathroom sinks. Another perk is the Starbucks and few eateries throughout the nearby towers. The only con that I can think of is that it is quite a trek (~10-15 minutes) from The Strip -- you can walk through MGM Grand (preferred) or outside -- but there are several moving walkways to make it easier.

If you are looking for a hotel that is quieter and gorgeous (and smoke-free), this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

MGM tower 2 -Our room was a balcony suite with a hot tub and King size bed. The room was very spacious, even having a kitchenette area (stove, sink, microwave, mini fridge, Los of cabinets), but no dishes, pots, or silverware available (they probably supply when asked). My favorite feature, other than the amazing hot tub, is that the door has a do not disturb function that let's the maids outside know not to bother you. It literally just turns on a small light display outside the room that has two settings -do not disturb, or house keeping (for requests). I've never seen this before and really like this feature.

If you like non-gaming & non-smoking hotel, this is perfect

Outside/Inside - all suite hotel is nicely decorated inside & out

Service - front desk was prompt, concierge got me some deals, & room service waiters were friendly

Balcony - spend the extra & get the private balcony. so worth it with decent view! (balcony should face between west & north)

Jaccuzi in bath - another bonus worth the extra money. dosent get much better than room service to your door, pull the food cart right into the bathroom & eat in the jaccuzi with the jet on!

Wonderful hotel! We stayed in a King suite with a strip view. The room was comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was great and made our stay that much nicer. The bathroom was quite large and very clean. The hotel is close enough to the action but far enough off the strip to be able to escape and enjoy some quiet. This is definitely on our list of top hotels to stay at next time we're in Vegas again.

My wife and I decided to visit Vegas for a few days. While I was searching for a hotel, I read a lot of reviews and found what we were looking for on the Trip Advisor reviews for the Signature at MGM Grand. A refuge away from the smoke and noise of casino life so we could rest up in a nice, comfortable, quiet, clean, smoke-free environment! We found that and more at the Signature! The rooms were very spacious and clean, staff was very friendly and supportive. Moreover, this hotel had access to the MGM Hotel pools (5 different ones) which was great. We really enjoyed staying at The Signature and I would definitely book there on my next visit.

Remember if you can afford to stay here then do but remember you will get charged $25 a day resort fees which you pay at the end of your stay but most hotels charge it and who cares its very classy.

Other thing to remember is this hotel do not like late check outs. We were not allowed a single minute after the time. They were saying that the hotel is full (which i don't believe).

Had a great time here... Stood 2 nights at tower 3 room 36-819 not the greatest view to strip but it was still nice view. You also get access to mgm grand pool.. Enjoyed a few hours at the lazy river.. Only thing that I didn't like was the shower wouldn't drain fast enough so within a minute it was flooded. I mentioned it to front desk, but they didn't go fix it.. the walk to the strip is a bit long, but Other than that everything was good...

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The service that I recieved from everyone except for the front desk was friendly and helpful. The front desk put us in the wrong room at check in and when I asked to have the room we paid for I was met with bad attitudes and the sense that I was inconveniencing all 3 people at the front desk, all of whom were doing absolutely nothing prior to my asking for my new room keys. When I walked up to the front desk I was met with multiple looks that screamed "why are you in here?" It took an hour for our bags to arrive at our room and when I called to inquire as to when they might be arriving they responded with "it'll be 10-15 minutes or you can just come get them yourself". I wouldnt have been so offended by this except for the fact that I tried to take my own bags to the room in the first place and they insisted on wasting my time with their "service".

Classy rooms, nice bathrooms, microwave & refrigerator & balcony you can walk out on. Mile walk to the MgM casino though.
Room service - 1 hamburger , 1 small chicken sandwich & coffee & 1 bottle water $70 not including tip. ) so the next day I went downstairs to the Starbucks for 2 grande drip coffee $9.75 (" because they are part of the hotel" WTH? )

You could stay here and completely avoid the casino but the only food is room service or Starbucks at triple the regular prices.
After the first hikes through all the restaurants , shops & food courts , then a half mile hallway
We took an Uber just to go back to the MGM. Casino

The signature towers consist of three high-rise buildings that are linked through a 5 minute walkway to the MGM. The hotel staff are friendly, the lobbies are simple, more of a normal hotel feel rather than a large reception area that you encounter in Vegas. This could be well received as a step away from the strip and action. The Signature does not have 24/7 dining or their own Spa (5 minute walk to MGM).The rooms are very nice, bed could be more comfortable, bathroom is large but why do some hotels exclude a sink from the toilet area??

This review is not a condemnation of this place overall. In fact, this is my favorite hotel to stay at in Vegas. Normally, this would be five stars. HOWEVER, it is a condemnation of my last stay.

Imagine you come into a hotel room and you see two bottles of water next to your ice bucket with no price tag warnings on them. You would assume those are complimentary, right? Just like every other hotel who does that. NOPE. In fact, you're not warned that you're being charged for them until AFTER they appear on the bill.

I got a mysterious 18 dollar charge when I reviewed my hotel bill. When I called to find out what it was, the lady informed me it was the two price tagless bottles of water. It's thievery like that that contributes to people coming to Las Vegas less and less.

I love this hotel and hate to have to knock it for something so stupid like this. But I believe if you're gonna charge people for room items, WARN THEM.

We stayed at the Signature in August, and we were definitely more than satisfied. I have never had such an amazing view from my patio, and I have stayed at nearly every single hotel that Las Vegas has to offer. The room was beautiful, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is no casino, but you are within walking distance to the MGM Grand. Also within walking distance is TopGolf. If you have never been there, I highly suggest it. Even if you are not a golf person (which I am not), it is a blast.
