The Signature at MGM Grand Reviews

Room and hotel were very nice and we'd stay again. Walking to MGM Grand was very easy. My only complaint was that some of the service was slow. We asked for a crib twice and it still hadn't shown up. Called down again when my son was ready to nap and took over 30 minutes for them to finally bring it up.

Nice place, no complaints. VRBO weekend rental. Would recommend to anyone.

Our wedding reception was at The Signature at MGM Grand. They did a wonderful job. The communication with the event coordinator was flawless. Very easy to work with and very helpful. The space was ideal; it was intimate, but didn't feel crowded. We had about 45 guests and our reception was on the patio. The food, the wedding cake, and the drinks were delicious. And the staff were all courteous. Phenomenal service on such a special day.

Super convenient. Escalators take you to the MGM Grand and from there you have easy access to the strip. Loved our stay in Tower 1.

The staff are very nice and helpful. We did not get a room large enough. We ordered the suite. Our room was under the Jet Luxury ownership. Jet CHARGES FOR TRASH REMOVAL. Pathetic, for the price the quialoty is not anywhere near par.

This is NO 5 or 4-Star hotel/resort quality property. Needs to be re-classified. This property is a fair equivalent to a Homewood Suites, Residence Inn, Hyatt Place, or high-end Holiday Inn. Similar to a Luxor, Paris, or Flamingo. And that is I having a Deluxe Suite.

At least with the other properties you get full kitchenette ware to utilize. At The Signature.....you get nothing.

The property is clean, smoke-free, adult/mature environment and quiet. As are most of the aforementioned brands(except for the adult aspect).

The $32/night resort fee(although off the strip), you get very little benefit for the high fee(internet, small fitness, pool-closed, and unlimited bottle water).

Staff is very friendly and professional.

If you want 5-Star quality, you have 10 others for the same price to choose from that are actually on or near the strip and the fees, rates, and benefits are the same, but with better designed and quality of rooms and amenities.

I do not think that I could recommend this property to anyone with all of the other similar or better options available.

Also, being a top-tiered membership holder did me nothing. And to think, I was there for 3 days too.

The Signature was great, i stayed for 6 nights and never had a problem. The front desk crew was very helpful and in kitchenette was perfect for cooking for myself with my allergies.

clean, modern style, with a huge living area (we stayed with a toddler) with space to walk around n even cook. loved the view, check in was quick, nice n kind workers, the private pool area was gorgeous everything about our stay was amazing. walking distance from everything in the strip yet no noise at all from nightlife. cant wait to get back!

It is a great quiet hotel that is off the strip a bit. We always receive great customer service and enjoy our stays (3rd time this year).

I think the only downfall to this place is the parking. It's "complimentary parking" but then you tip or have to wait for your car a little longer than normal. I tipped 4-5 dollars a time depending on what was in my pocket. With that being said this hotel has a great location, I was able to access the strip while walking around and the highways while renting a car. It took me 10 minutes to get to Nellis AFB. Other reviews about this hotel state that the walk is far. If you are a relatively healthy and active person it's nothing. It's seriously a 8 minute walk from tower 1 foyer to the casino and access to the strip and there is even moving walkways. People like to complain and obviously take the lazy way. So my suggestion is to try this place out. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and I have nothing bad to say about any service. Great hotel. Will stay here again.

This is not the first time we have stayed in one of the towers but it will probably be the last. To be fair, we can't blame the hotel directly as the majority of the rooms are owner operated, ie. someone owns the room and it's their responsibility to look after it. The hotel is primarily a front door and is not responsible for any upkeep of the room. Considering the room was the upper penthouse, I found it to be very drab and out-dated. There were 4 saucers but only 3 cups. No teaspoons. No side plates. No electric jug, only an out dated coffee filter machine. A stove but no pots. No plug for the sink so we couldn't wash our dishes. There were food crumbs around and under the couch and chairs. There were stains on the carpet which were covered up by a carpet mat which also had stains on it. There were approximately 9 lights in the room, when they were all turned on, you still only had the approximate lamination of a 60 watt bulb. The only positive comments I could impart about the room was that it was fairly quiet (apart from a very drunk woman across the hall that decided to throw things around at 3 in the morning) and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Great rooms and bathrooms. Tower 3 is a long walk to everything else. Super confused why a full kitchen isnt stocked with glasses, plates/bowls, silverware, pans - you have to call for them to be brought to your room. Lazy river was awesome!! (Can't bring any food from the mgm restruants into pool areas) good early to the pools to get the lounge chairs with shade.

Room was beautiful, but it was way too hard to get a beer in my hand. Place is also fairly close to the strip, but they set it up so that it's extremely inconvenient to walk.

The rooms were so beautiful, Starbucks in the lobby, anniversary weekend.

Exceptional place with well ventilated rooms. The hotel staff accommodated us on the 22nd floor as an upgrade to our current stay. We were accommodated in the tower 1 with a balcony view of the Vegas strip. Friendly staff and a place worth our memories.

Tower 3 is a bit of a wall to the strip, but very nice room, good price, nice blackjack tables

Access to the MGM Grand pool and amenities! Perfect for purchase, staycations or coming from out of town! Three beautiful towers located near the strip. Local feel with tourist access. Very nice!!

For two years in a row now they have switiched our room to a much smaller room and are not even apologetic! it is ridiculous!

Terribly UNCLEAN!
We tried to check in at normal time on Saturday, October 1st, BOTH of our rooms were complete UNCLEAN. Garage in the cans, dirty towels, pieces of garbage everywhere, hair in sinks. It was NOT clean. They apologized, had to move us to NON adjoining rooms down the hall from each other. We checked in and I found a PILE Of dirty towels UNDER the bathroom sink and three pieces of garbage lying around the floors, couches, etc. Disgusting. I would NEVER stay here again

We booked on February a room without vista even if we wanted to film the sunset, because we wanted to be sure to not find a complete sold out in Las Vegas. We thought that we could have a better room in another hotel with a good vista on the city later, since this reservation could have been cancelled up to the 15th of July. On may we found some good rooms with city vista in another hotel in las Vegas, but before we could book them, this hotel offered us an upgrade to a higher room with las vegas city vista (perfect for us), we had only to pay 20$ more per night. We accepted and we didn t book the rooms on the other hotel anymore, so we lost that opportunity. Once we came here, the front desk told us we should have had a mountain view room. I explained them that we had a conversation by email and we payed more for a city side room and they told us that all the city side rooms were sold out and that it was a system error (their fault, not mine...), so they would have gave me a larger room and a refund of the money I spent for the upgrade. The problem is that I didn t care about that 40$ or for the larger room. I wanted to be on city side and it was what I could have had if I booked on the other hotel. This is unbelievable and an unprofessional way of working. If you make an offer to someone and he accept it and he pay for it, you should keep your word. You cannot return to that person, demanding to cancel everything because you made a mistake. Worse experience I ever had in a hotel.

Very nice rooms that are very quiet and spacious. Reasonably responsive to requests.

You can't expect a 5 star experience from just an overnight stay, you have to be there for at least 3 days 2 nights to even begin to have a truly satisfactory experience. But this is what I got from a very short visit. Pros: everything was really close and it was not crowded. Cons: they could make it much easier to find activities to do. There were no brochures with information on events and showings, you had to (as usual) call room service for information which is kind of archaic. In this day and age with the technology we have today, it should be much easier for las vegas to communicate with its consumers the many things it has to offer.

Nice place. Need to do something about the elevators but nice otherwise.

Reasonably priced except for the mandatory resort charges and expensive wifi. We stayed here because it is is smoke free. Easy walk to the rest of the MGM casino. Nice restaurants available nearby.

Staff was friendly during the stay, but recovering an item left in the room was a major headache.

Isn't prompt with service. I asked for housekeeping and still had to follow-up in order for room to be cleaned. Next day requested again and no housekeeping came at all.
Room service hours are limited just like the menu. More issues but careless to list more.... nevertheless to say I'll be booking with someone else when I return to Vegas.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. At that price too, penthouse suite for $150, you can't beat that. The room was huge, bar, two bathrooms, deck, separate bedroom, very clean, jacuzzi bath and one hell of a Vegas view. Efficient, courteous staff. This place is a class act. I've stayed at worse hotels that were 3x the price.

The key never works!!!!! I have to get my key recharge everyday and they still font work... think about waiting in front of your hotel room mid night or before party .... it completely ruined my Vegas!!!

Had an air b&b there, nicely kept, beds were clean and comfortable, shower and bath we're nice. Great service, every night had clean sheets. Was very pleased overall.

This hotel lost our reservation, which meant we couldn't get a parking permit for our vehicle when when we got here (along with all the other issues related to not having a reservation). Then, after valet parking at the hotel about 4 times, and on the day we were going to check out, they refused to park our car right before we were about to check out (due to not having a permit, they said). The manager at first said he had no control over the valet, then after I threatened to just leave my car there, he made them park it for me. This hotel just isn't worth the hassle.

Stayed in the Signature for 5 nights but didn t have a good experience.
Second day into my stay at the hotel the room wasn t refreshed. Upon asking, I was told that the hotel was too busy taking care of the new guests and for that reason it missed the opportunity to refresh the room.
Additionally the room sofa seems dated and didn t look very clean. The same was true for the carpet in the room.
On the positive side the room was big with a nice bathroom.

This was a repeat stay at MGM Signature. Our room was 2620 in Tower 1. Which means we were level 2 - room 620. The door to our room would not latch. Anyone could walk in at anytime. We reported this problem to the front desk twice and they said that they would have maintenance fix the problem. It was never fixed our entire four night stay. Our outside balcony was directly above the entrance to the hotel. People would smoke outside by the entrance and our balcony was directly above. The view outside our balcony was the roof storm drain - which was filled with garbage and hadn't been cleaned/cleared for month. One of the worse hotel experiences I've had in Vegas - and esp. disappointing that it was at a MGM property. We will not be back.

Great service, professional staff, clean rooms, great location

To start off with, I was able to check in early via email and as soon as we pulled up to the hotel our room was ready at 1:30. Loved the complimentary valet parking, the bell desk offered great service, and were very helpful and friendly. We had upgraded to the balcony room and it was worth it! The view was amazing at night and we were on a penthouse level. The hotel and room was quiet and clean through out our stay. Loved that the hotel was connected to the MGM through an inside walkway but the walk to the strip from outside or through the MGM is quite a bit of ways. I wish I can give this hotel 5 stars but we had serviced our room for housekeeping at around 11:00 a.m. and they never came. We had to ring down for extra towels and they took awhile to come. I had to ask a housekeeper on our level at the time for the towels. Overall, the bed was comfortable and the bathtub was very relaxing after a long day on the strip. I will probably stay again in the future.

Towers at the MGM, awesome. Great price, close to MGM grand. Pent house suite was outstanding

Signature at MGM was a great place. My friends stayed here so I spent a lot of time here and the staff was great, facilities were top notch and easy to get to. Would definitly recommend staying here if you have a group.

Insanity great accommodation without casino and vending machines

Rooms are large and nice. Attended a business meeting there for two days and their meeting rooms were nice and staff helpful.

This place can't keep a manager and it shows. We've stayed here for YEARS and it's been declining the last few years. Poor room maintenance. You have to request practically everything for your suite. Paper towels. Dishwasher soap. (We have a full kitchen and normal things like this used to be waiting for us) You want a robe? More than three towels for a two bedroom suite? A spnge and dish soap? Wine glass? Bottle opener? Light bulb? Just ask! Except there is no notice in the suite that you now have to ask for basics. They say it's "green". We say cheap and tacky. And of course the prices aren't going down. You want to check in an hour early even though your suite is ready? That'll be $30. Want a higher floor? $15. Want mold in your shower? No extra charge!
We're already looking for new places to stay from now on.

Hotel was clean and service is excellent
Valet parking was very good
Environment is very good for kids / family

Few / may be for our room the carpet wash could have made this to 5 stars

Yes we recommend this for all families who wants to stay close to strip still good environment

The check in process was very bad. They kept saying they could check us in but only if we paid an extra $20 a night. Otherwise we were forced to wait until 4pm. I felt like they were trying to extort extra money out of me or force me to sit in the casino to kill time.

A huge hotel, pay attention not to be lost in the second largest hotel in the world.

Fantastic hotel, stunning suite, brilliant whirlpool bath but a long trek to the Strip

Quiet hotel with all the amenities you can have in an extended stay in a hotel room. Just a couple blocks off the strip keeps even the loudest college spring breakers away.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great views from pent house!
