Fantastic rooms and wonderful staff. Even the staff by the pool are attentive and courteous

Loved it. Location great, clean rooms. If you can, get a higher floor the view is amazing. Great deal for all of the room amenities and that balcony strip view. Will definitely stay here again.

at first I was having a great experience at the signature but problems started to arise when I saw a moth flying around in my room, so I decided to look around and saw 4 MOTHS on the walls I proceeded to kill all of them with one of the magazines that I found in the room. I continued to see moths flying around and killing them, so I called the front desk, requesting a room change. they denied my request for a room change and instead offered to send over a cleaning crew, which I agreed to. after 10 minutesthe cleaning guy came and used a vacuum to suck up the moths and checked all around the room for moths. not even 5 MINUTES later, however I saw 2 more moths flying around. I called the front desk again and they sent the cleaning guy again, and he came after almost 30 minutes of waiting. he checked around the room again and sucked up any moths he saw. later in the night, I saw 3 more moths. I have given up calling the front desk, but will try to talk to them tomorrow to request a room change again. in total we found around 20 MOTHS in our room. aside from the moth infestation, many of the floor tiles in the bathroom and kitchen were cracked. some positive things about the signature are it's location in relation to the strip, and the large bathrooms, I wish the front desk were more helpful, though.

One bedroom suite had lots of room and was very well equipped. Access to pools at signature and at MGM. Nice location. Very helpful staff.

Parking closes in tower 3 so you have to walk at night to get to valet in tower 2 to get your car

Our room was 24719 and we stayed 3 nights, Wednesday through Saturday. Even though the room was on the end of the hall, and well away from the elevator it was nosy enough to wake us up every night with partiers. We paid for VIP check-in but that didn't happen. (They did refund us the fee) This is a non smoking non gaming hotel. Yet guests smoked cigars, cigarettes and reefers every night we were there. I would never stay at this hotel again!

Made a second stay reservation at this hotel online for 151.48, the hotel ended up charging 255.65 USD for my stay. Really disgusted.

Quick check-in and an even quicker check-out...gotta love bith of those situations! To begin and end any stay nicely is an such an awesome concept for me! The rooms are just a perfect size room and filled w/amenities...kitchen, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and the blender came in oh so handy! The jetted bath (Jacuzzi) was definitely needed and used. The separate shower is such a plus with (2) sinks. The king size was so comforting to the body as well as the sofa bed. The view is really hard to beat from the personal balcony. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Last but not least...thanks to the baggage handlers! They accepted our bags and kept them for us until we could return later to check-in! Kudos!

The atmosphere is interesting/exciting. However, everything smells like cigarettes. All drinks are overpriced. Worth it for a visit, would not return for more than a few minutes just to see the sights inside.

My friends are staying there and the place is beautiful. I want to stay there next time.

Loved our unit in tower 1, 33rd floor, Penthouse. Studio with fully stocked kitchen and a balcony. The price was very good too. It was very clean and I had great communications with the owners. Rent this off of Airbnb.

Excellent rooms! Very helpful staff. They were fully booked for the days I was however the place is large enough to not to make you feel crowded.

We went to go pick up our friend at the Signature at MGM and the hotel was very nice. Even the people in the front we very nice.

The Signature is more family oriented and more quiet that the regular MGM grand and that is what our family needed. The suites were very nice and spacious as well as affordable. It's a nice little walk from the Signature to to main MGM, but the little extra exercise is worth the value and the more low key experience.

In tower 3 at the front desk ; Both Olivia & Ana were simply amazingly awesome, incredibly warm & super friendly & Extraordinarily helpful I m a situation in the unit that we own !!! It is very rare to find such a welcoming, attention to Service, & attention to hospitality anywhere these days !!! Both Olivia & Ana keep the MGM signature 5 service alive !!! Thank you ladies !!!

We had a technical issue regarding our booking which caused us to scramble to find a hotel at the last minute. The management was very understanding and provided great customer service! Will definitely be staying here in the future.

Came here because one of my friends had a layover and got to say in these condos they were very beautiful.

Perfect. Drove in from Phoenix, and the moment we arrived at the hotel our car battery died. Even from that moment, before we checked in the customer service was on point, they made sure our AAA technician was let through the gates and I was notified promptly when he showed up, it made getting my car up and running a mindless interruption to my vacation . I normally read a few dozen reviews before I choose a hotel, and I rarely take the time to write a review back unless the place truly deserves it and the Signature does. Our room was exactly as pictured, a lovely King mattress, whirlpool tub and a nice view. Yes, this hotel is off the strip, but it is a realistic 10 minute walk on moving sidewalks and through air conditioning to reach the strip. Not to mention that the tram stops at the MGM, allowing you to travel almost anywhere you want or need to go. At night the room was quite, and the room service was very timely. Bottom line, for whatever reason this hotel didn't make it to a 5 star rating is irrelevant. 5/5 Would stay here again. 5/5 Would recommend to a friend.

We had some friends staying at The Signature and they invited us to their pool. The rooms were clean and really nice. The cabana out at the pool was relaxing and the waitress was really accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Still one of the best all round places to stay in Las Vegas. Towards the bottom of the strip this huge hotel offers some respite from the noise and energy whilst remaining close enough to all the action. With the monorail station terminating in the hotel this offers a great way of reaching all the strip. Stay at the Signature suites for a more relaxed stay and get a higher floor room upgrade for great views (also a separate check-in and concierge, never busy). Sports Bar was a great place to eat and there is no shortage of restaurant choices, casino action, shops and leisure attractions. We would definitely pick this place to stay again.

Doesn't get much better then this hotel. Quiet, beautiful, free valet parking, the rooms are amazing!

What I certainly did not like was the unsecured internet connection. Even Motel 6 offers secured network for your computers.

My primary reason for choosing the Siganture was because it states on your website that access to the MGM Grand pools and beach club was included with my resort fee. I confirmed that with front desk at check-in, I was assured that it was included. I was denied access only a couple hours later when my husband I tried to enter the pools at MGM Grand and told that was no longer the policy. I told front desk at check out and I was still charged the full resort fee.

The Signature is part of MGM but it is in the back. The area is much quieter than within the MGM Grand as the pool facilities, events, etc. are more in the MGM Grand area. But as you want you have easy access to those attractions.

I loved our pent house suite on the 35th floor. The view wasn't the best with all the construction going on but the airport looks pretty at night. I loved the huge bathrooms. The kitchenette was nice although we didn't use it. The tub was huge with a large stall shower as well. The water pressure was good. The only complaint I have is the mattress felt older/firm/with springs. Much lower scale hotels I've stayed in recently have much more comfy beds.

I deliver pizza here regularly. Nice environment, pleasant staff. Nothing Ive found to complain about.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, hotel staff are exceptional, and the amenities are more than adequate. The only drawback is that it's a bit out of the way from the rest of the downtown scene. I would highly recommend this place if your visiting the area!

Extremely Dirty and far off the strip. This location was not only an inconvenience but the property is extremely out of date and not kept up at all. The hallways smell strong of weed and cigarettes even though it s a non smoking building. Our room also smelled like cat food and was very dusty.

Came back in 2008 and it was great, now I'm back almost ten years later and it is still a great and beautiful place to stay. People in the hotel are a little more laid back, which is nice not having to see people drunk and sloppy.

This is a great place to take kids or just relax on your own. There are 3 towers that all have their own pool. It's non smoking which is awesome and the rooms have a functional kitchen. There's no casino but it's connected to the MGM so if you want to gamble or hit the party pool you have full access. The walkway has a people move so it doesn't take long to get there.

Very friendly and accommodating staff on a busy holiday! Little details made a big difference in the overall experience.

I loved the room the brutal view is close to some places not everything, but very good treatment

We stayed at the hotel eight years ago and loved it. But the last two times we have come up here have been horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR WHAT YOU ARE GETTING AND DEALING WITH. First thing we took the elevator up to our room and only one keypad worked on the elevator they also had someone down there showing people how to use it. Get off on our floor and it smells like weed and not like a little. Like someone is trying to hotbox the the entire hallway. We called the first time and told them about it. All they said will send someone up to spray some stuff. That did absolutely nothing. Came up the next day the same exact thing again. Sorry I didn't spend $500 to stay some where with my toddler that smells like this. There shower kept making this wired loud popping noise. If you stay anywhere except tower two your valet parking maybe closed so you got to walk to tower two to have them get your car. Again I don't spend the money to have to do that.

The room was very spacious and clean. The service was amazing from entrance to exit.

Absolute worst check in!!! Was told 2 and 1/2 hours ago by valet that it would take 3 hours to get luggage to our room. So we brought luggage into lobby, checked in and have been waiting 2 1/2 hours for our room which is still not available. Many people have checked in after us and have gotten their rooms. No explanation was given by manager Juno.

We thought the signature was great. Everything good about a hotel without all the fuss.. Central, but not on the main road. So high, I couldn't hear anything. The tub wasn't very well ventilated. I would turn red in the face after 5 minutes. Needs a whole lot of air I guess.

We spent our anniversary there at the signature Towers Tower 3. The condo that we rent it was nice and clean a one bedroom, everything about the room was in good to fair condition however the bed was quite uncomfortable. I did check for bed bugs I found absolutely no signs of bugs. The front desk was helpful and the service for the most was reasonably good.

Everything was fine with the stay until the last 10 minutes. We stayed in tower 1. Checking out at 8am. There was not a soul to be found! Nobody at front desk, nobody at valet. We were on hold for 8 minutes when instructed to call a number for assistance. We were instructed to walk to tower 2. We were told tower 1 doesn't open until 9am. Guess what?? People check out before 9am! We were instructed to walk to tower 2 with our bags and luggage. 4 valet guys standing around. Someone in charge of customer service and scheduling should definitely reexamine this "Grand" plan! Unacceptable!!

The poolside at Tower 2 was amazing. We had a cheese and fruit tray with a cabana and drinks. Service was wonderful for poolside drinks the Mai Tai is amazing I would totally recommend it.

The location is perfect. It is right next to Top Golf. I loved being able to come back to a quiet hotel without dealing with a bunch of cigarette smoke in the lobby. All the rooms are suites as well. I will definitely be staying there again.

Wonderful, not a casino, but indoor walkway takes you to MGM Grand! I loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but the ability to walk to it when I wanted to. The Signature was truly an restful oasis paradise during our Las Vegas/Grand Canyon trip!

However, beware that there is a hold of approximately 70 dollars per day on your card . . . kinda inconvenient, so plan for it. The hold is released in less than a week after your stay. Despite this, I would stay here again.

We stopped at the Signature to stay for a single night. We had three people to a room, with one person sleeping on the pullout couch. When putting the bed together around 930, we discovered there were no linens in the room. I called the concierge who said they would send some up. A half hour went by and nothing. I called again, asked if it were easier if I could come down and get the linens myself (we were all ready to go to bed), and they said 'they should be coming to you it is on the list'. Another hour went by. At this point the other two staying in my room had already gone to bed and I ended up sleeping with towels on a bare mattress because I was so exhausted. Finally around 11 someone rang the doorbell and brought me linens even though I had already fallen asleep. Then at 1145 someone rang the doorbell twice and woke us up AGAIN to bring us linens. Cherry on top was that we had to wake up at 430 to head out. Had a great experience sleeping with towels and getting barely any sleep due to lack of communication! NOT.
