We had an excellent stay. Front desk was extremely helpful. The shuttle drivers were so nice. Everyone greeted us and asked if there was anything they could do for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't realize that my experience had not been posted until recently. Basically I had to come to your area to be admitted to a hospital out there for a few days, and my family & I stayed at your establishment. I called ahead of time to inform your staff that I had a service animal. I was asked to sign some paperwork, but I was reassured that I would not be charged for my service animal. Long story short, I was charged for my service animal, humiliated by your staff, & forced to disclose my disability(which is against the law, as well as a direct violation of the ADA act) to someone from your corporate office all because a staff member at your establishment added that I had a "pet" that I was trying to not pay for. This was the only way that I was able to receive a refund for my service animal. Besides that, for the duration of our stay, numerous staff members knocked on our door at random times throughout the day and night, and opened our door without permission to see if my service animal was left unattended because they still wanted to prove that I had a "pet". We were harassed for the duration of our stay for calling corporate. Your staff members made sure to say this loud enough for us to hear it. My daughter was afraid to walk anywhere by herself because she thought she would have a problem if they saw her walking my service animal. We were never offered anything to rectify the situation, which is definitely not in line with the quality of service we are used to from Marriott. Even though we will continue to support the Marriott brand, it is highly unlikely that we will visit your establishment again. Thank you for your response to my post.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Good service at the front desk. Nice rooms. If you do cook in these rooms, the utensils and pans can give you some trouble and the quality is not the best. Outside of that, they did the job and I was still able to cook and eat each night.

The establishment is nice/well kept, the staff was friendly as well. The one and major downfall for my families stay was that they didn t appear to be on top of the billing for our rooms. Several times during the stay we were called and advised that more money was owed, only to receive another call saying all was fine. We see the error disregard the phone call. When your trying to relax and enjoy your time away those types of calls could be a tad bit frustrating. My one suggestion would be better communication between the front desk staff so that guest are not unnecessarily disturbed.

Very nice Hotel or should i say more like a condo. I visited my sister who came in from California . Very nice ,clean and spacious. And you can have Breakfast every morning. Highly recommend staying here first.

Very nice rooms with everything you need for a temporary home. The staff is friendly and somewhat helpful. Unfortunately people will park in their parking lot and blare music at 1 a.m. and nothing will be done about it by the staff. So, be prepared to fix it yourself. Other than that the place is top notch.

The staff is great. HOWEVER, the general manager, a man named Michael Manners, definitely doesn't display the greatest manners when conducting business for said hotel.

As a Gold Elite Marriott Rewards member, I will NEVER patronize this hotel EVER AGAIN!!

Stayed here Thanksgiving night. There was a gap in the door to the room that shined light into the room all night. The hotel was not prepared for the influx of people during the free breakfast. They ran out of waffle mix, there wasn't a place to sit and they couldn't refill the eggs fast enough for the crowd. I would think that a hotel would be aware of how many people are staying when most people make reservations. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Stayed for 3 weeks on business. The TV only had 3 working channels. After 5 attempts to fix it, I gave up. I also gave up on the breakfast being on time. Supposedly it begins at 630 but don't bet on it. The walls are pretty thin so don't expect it to be too quite. One last thing, stock up when you pass the housekeeping cart, its hit or miss when they do clean the room that they'll be thurough. There are plenty of nicer Marriott properties in the area and can say with certainty that I won't return to this one.

Great hotel, had plenty of room and the decor seemed updated recently. Location is not bad at all, except located next to a busy highway (not uncommon). Didn't hear traffic in our room though. Safe area and not overpriced, grab an application for their rewards program if you plan to stay with the Marriott multiple times over the years. Always pleased with their hotels!

I will never stay at this place again!. I have car towels cleaner than the ones in the room. Woke up two of the three days thinking I had a chest cold - WHY? Mold or mildew in the ventilation system? Room was dirty and smelled bad. Bad pillows and uncomfortable bed. WAY over priced for the money. I'll stay at a Hilton or Westin property the next time

Numerous issues on our first night. Room didn't have enough towels, told they had to be washed and some would be brought over, come back 5 hours later still no towels and though it's a full reservation holiday weekend there is only ONE person working so we had to go get towels in completely different bldg & they only had face towels! Dog barking all night, no A/C in elevator or halls chose to take stairs just for the breeze. Not enough parking! 2 trailers parked long ways for two days! Horrible!

This property is one of the very best I've ever stayed at.
It is usually a fairly effortless task for me to eviscerate a hotel stay but not this time.
I seldom check out of a hotel not feeling like I've been, at least mildly, had. Certainly not this time.
I have a new favorite in DFW.

Keisha was the night desk lady that we had the pleasure of checking in with! She was AMAZING! She was so sweet, and helpful, and we had a pretty complicated booking! We had some stains when we came into the room, and called her about it, and she was SO amazing to talk to about it! She absolutely deserves recognition!

And one of the managers, Walter! He's equally amazing! My bank placed a longer than usual hold on my incidental charge, and I was able to call him, and talk to him about sending in a release form, and he went above and beyond! They were both such a pleasure to talk to and handle!

I will ABSOLUTELY be staying at another Residence Inn because of the pair of them!

stayed here over the weekend. overall enjoyed my stay. the room was clean. the location was fine. there were free, hot coffee even at 6:30am (before breakfast starts). my only complaints were: the hotel was very warm upon check in (78 degrees), the pull out sofa couch bed was not comfortable, and some of the toiletries/kitchen accessories were not replenished each day during my stay. For example, while the staff did give us new towels each day, they did not replenish the soaps and makeup removing facial wipes. and, although they did remove the used cups/glasses from the room, they did not replace them with new ones. also the front desk staff refused to give me a receipt upon checking out because they said they could only give the receipt to the person who had paid for the hotel... but i had the credit card on me that was used to pay for the hotel room. but alas, i was in a hurry and the woman said she would email it to me later....

Don't stay here!!! I recently stayed there. I had all the wheels taken off my vehicle in the parking lot. At first I did not blame the hotel at all. It could happen anywhere. Then everyone (clerks, housekeepers, police, tow truck drivers) all said it happens all the time there. So knowing they have a problem they refused to provide a reasonably safe environment. All I wanted was to get my deductible reimbursed. NOPE. In fairness they comped 1 night...but I had to stay an extra night anyway while I was waiting for the tires/wheels from the insurance company. 3 days after my wheels were stolen the vehicle 3 spots down was victimized. They don't care. Stay somewhere else!!!

Very bad experience after 9 months in this place today, Monday, September 2, my children did not go to school because it is a holiday and I went for breakfast for the lady from the desk I shout in front of all the guest hotras to bring a tray for bringing breakfast. super bad discrimination because the hot people all bring food to their room after 9 months in this place

The hotel is very nice. Pillows ane beds are very comfortable. TV is a little hard to figure out but is set up nicely. Breakfast is good. Plenty of space. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Going above and beyond. Very nice and professional staff. Despite this hotel being right off the freeway, our room was comfortable and very quite. And last night was an unexpected surprise. We were told by the front desk that occasionally, they partner with local businesses and have an evening social. We had the opportunity to learn about KJs Kitchen Kreations. Along with this, the staff created a flavored water bar area. Using flavored syrups and sparkling water, they had a layout of recipes to create your own flavored water. Such a great idea! I will create the same at my next party. Thank you Residence Inn for the pleasant stay, introducing us to a new local business and a great idea that I can recreate at my next party!!

Stayed here 3 times when having to take my son for surgery at Medical City. Staff has been great and the manager has been willing to help out with the overall stay. Very pleased. Will be staying here again in a few months.

The location is nice as it is by two major highways. I am very pleased with the size and accommodations of our suite. The room has been recently renovated and has everything we need. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The service has been fast.

To start, they issued me a room key at check in and when I opened the door, there was a family already in the room that checked into it before me. They did apologize and awarded me with reward points, but that is a slight consolation compared to the worry of security.

In the kitchen, I open the cabinet with the dishware and a small cockroach scurried out and down the front.

The front coat closet had a small filthy travel bag let by a precious guest and there were balled up dirty sheets.

I will not be returning to this property ever again and under no circumstances.

I usually stay at Marriott properties whenever I travel but this one was a bit of a let down. We arrived with luggage and baby in tow and were given a room with an unmade bed. With luggage and baby in tow we reported back to front desk - accidents happen. However, the front staff could have had better customer service in general.
They relocated us to the second floor which was fine but the entire floor on the east side of the property smelled like cigarette smoke the whole weekend we were there. I've read reviews of some people not knowing this was a non-smoking property - are you kidding me? It's 2019 folks! Leave the smoking for the casinos, or preferably outside!
The staff that served breakfast seemed pleasant and willing to help out so I'd say that and the housekeepers who took care of our room were the only positives from this particular Residence Inn. I'll stay someplace else the next time I visit Dallas.

Once you find the place and remember to turn instead of passing the place you come to a place with much bigger rooms than expected and very nice. Breakfast was nice as well, and they had a couple of dinner services available but did not attend those.

Breakfast wasn't a great selection as one of their other locations. Waited 20 mins at the front desk to check in because no one was attending the front desk. I was told that I would get a discount only to receive the bill the next morning to reflect that it wasn't applied. So I had to go to the front desk again to actually get a discount. Granted it was only $10, it's the principle of the matter. If you assure a service fix, then do it. Won't be back to this one ever again!
