Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church Chicago, Il Reviews

Visited here back in February of this year and didn't feel very welcomed. I came to visit a friend who goes here and to hear Pastor Sharpe preach. The service itself was good and I did enjoy worship, but for some reason most of the folks didn't seem to be very welcoming. I was playing my tambourine at one point and had a couple of the members just stare at me. Also had an unpleasant experience here in November of last year when I came to sing with my church choir involving an usher who went along with someone from my church who was trying to embarrass me. I just didn't feel genuinely welcomed here. I don't believe this is at all a reflection of Rev. Sharpe as he is a dynamic preacher and Man of God from what I've seen, but I do think Fellowship needs work with welcoming its visitors. I was honestly disappointed because I had heard so many great things about Fellowship over the years and have a huge respect and admiration for General Rev. Clay Evans, their founder. Maybe it's just a different time.

I saw Pastor Sharpe on Roland Martin's show and was so taken by his sincerity and his compassion. I just had to get online and find him. GOD BLESS YOU.

Visited to show support to a friend who had not slept in 3 days due to mourning the death of her dear sister. Awesome Word from the associate pastor to REST!!! RELAUNCH, REFOCUS, REFUE, RELIANCE, REIMAGINE...REVENUE! All relevant not only to her but my life as well.

Pastor Reginald W. Sharpe Jr. will deliver the word with clarity and understanding. The members are friendly.. I have been a member for 12years.. (wow).. God shows up in this place of worship every time. First Lady Bri singing to the heavens and loves the Youth. So if you have never attended the Ship.. Come on Board...

Fantastic distribution set-up for good!!! Sooooi much food. I'd have felt done-kinda-way but they were do irganized, do kind, I was taken aback!!! Great job Saints, great leadership!! A Great Big God has blessed!!

The Clothing, Shoes, Other Household Items & Food That Are Freely Given, Are Amongst The Best I've Ever Recieved!! Last, But Not Least, The Volunteers That Work There, Are Some Of The Kindest Souls I've Encountered In My Life!!!

Bless this pastor on his position of reopening his church, during this pandemic. In my opinion, he is truly pro-life.

I like the sermon Rev.Jenkins breaks it down so no one walk out with out a clear understanding of what God wants from us and what we need to be giving to him today hit home I can testify that he takes care he been so good yo me people just don't know how much he will give and the doors he will open just beleive and trust in the Lord will be back
