This place looks like management walked out 6 months ago and teenagers gave been 'running' things. From check-in, where I waited in line for a cork to check me in, despite another standing to the side watching and laughing at her mistakes (by the way, he was a winner with his black eyed. Despite my having a prepaid reservation, they insisted that they needed to run a $100 approval for 'incidentals' (excessive, in my opinion for a one night stay). She made a mistake in checking me in and ran the approval 3 times, with the list one being denied by my bank. I offered cash. I checked and saw the hold fire the other two approvals and that $98 was still available. I asked her to run the approval for $98. No, it had to be $100 on credit card. This left me driving across town to make a deposit to cover the difference. Then, she ran the approval for $115. Insane and rude.

Batteries appear you be in short supply. From smoke detectors beeping in hallways to thermostats that don't work in rooms (but show "lo batt.") To remote controls for tvs. Can the desk help? "Umm" we can haber someone from maintenance check on that tomorrow.

At 7am we were jolted out of our sleep but a hammer drill being used on three adjoining bedroom wall with the room next door. Apparently some sort of renovation or upgrade was being done (which explains all the dumpsters and shipping containers blocking most of the parking lot on our side). But that only lasted an hour or so... An hour of sleep on a staycation is worth alot.

AVOID THIS PLACE. IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO BE RUDE TO YOU, GO TO A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. IF YOU WANT LOUD NOISE AND NO REST, GO HANG OUT AT THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION. Don't pay these jerks to do it.
