Pizza at Domenica is one of the best meals in town. The happy hour discount on pizza and drinks is an unbelievably good deal. Highly recommend the 4 cheese pizza and the sausage pizza. The cauliflower appetizer is overrated, though.

We stopped by The Sazerac bar for some post dinner drinks around 8pm; we had to visit the bar that invented it's namesake drink! The bar has a chill speakeasy vibe to it. The drinks are pretty pricey (~$15 per cocktail) but that's to be expected. The bar tenders are really good, and they make it worth the price of the drinks. The bar munchies are above average as well; the kettle cooked chips are awesome! It seemed to be busiest when we first got there, and actually thinned out a bit as the evening progressed. I'd imagine that since it's in a hotel, people use it as a launch point for their evenings. When we first arrived we couldn't even find a seat, but didn't have to stand long.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were excellent and up kept, the restaurants were nice, and so was the hotel grounds itself (pool and common areas). The staff and the reservation/charge system were awful. We had several people staying in a total of 5 rooms, one person was charged a $500 "audit" fee that the hotel admitted to knowing about and called it a "standard practice with their charging system". Another person was charged $800 because they had no record of the deposits being paid, even though they were. In both cases a timely process of three-way calling the guest, hotel staff, and bank had to take place before the hotel was able to get the money back. At checkout when we went to all pay our portions of the total bill there was nothing but confusion and over charging due to what appeared to be a severely undertrained staff. The valet was added to the rooms and split between everyone's portion, yet the same lady helping allowing multiple people to pay an additional parking fee because the fact that it was already split and added to the bill was not made aware to us. the lady at the front desk told one of the people who paid twice, "you wanted to pay for it, so I let you" which to me basically admits she knew he was paying twice and let him do it. We had two managers involved and it still took over an hour to check out. For these reason I will never stay at this hotel again, and would not recommend it. You get 5 star quality hotel with a 0 star quality staff.

This was my first trip to New Orleans ( 5/12/18). Now I am making it an annual trip. Love this hotel! I was upgraded due to my Membership and I must say, I have never enjoyed such decadence. The robes, the shower.... I will be visiting on my birthday this year ( 4/22/19). The best in every way

Hotel is beautifully designed and architecture is reminiscent of the by-gone Jazz era. Tile floors pave the way to gleaming chandeliers in the historic hallways that line southern icons like the Sazerac bar and fountain lounge(which you must go to). Rooms are stately and gorgeous, marvel and high ceilings. You just melt into the bed. Great location, you can always hear music down the street playing. Only 4 stars since comparatively to other WA properties, I've experienced better service but aesthetically this is the best so far!

My wife and I stopped by the Sazerac at the Roosevelt while in town visiting family. Matthew in the Sazerac was very helpful and informative, he explained the difference between the three bitters in the old fashioned he made for my wife. I would highly recommend stopping in, aside from the luxurious rooms and food offerings the hotel is gorgeous and a sight to see, especially at Christmas time!

Just went down with my kids to see the lights, which were gorgeous. The crowd was drunk and loud though. We were going to go to the cafe for hot chocolate but the pushy loud people were too hard to deal with.

We ate lunch at Domenica on a Sunday. The pizza was great. Try the green chile pork or the 5 cheese but I'm sure they are all good. The bread with the chile olive oil to dip in was very good. Try their pastas as well. I was not disappointed!

This hotel is gorgeous! We were lucky enough to visit in December while the lobby was decorated in the most gorgeous lights and flocked Christmas trees. The rooms are on the smaller scale but clean, comfortable and smell nice. Lovely hotel, comfortable pillows and friendly staff. My husband and I had a wonderful time and if we're ever back in New Orleans we'll definitely stay here again.

I was here for a conference. Unfortunately they were booked so we couldn't stay here but that didn't stop them from providing awesome, stellar customer service! While in New Orleans, I sprained my ankle. The concierge, Cory, went above and beyond to find a bandage for me to wrap my ankle! Again, we were not guests at his hotel but he was genuinely kind and concerned! Thank you Roosevelt for making my first time in New Orleans a wonderful experience! (Even after spraining my ankle!)

Really nice but the "suite" we have is super small and I feel this is way overpriced. The staff have been helpful and kind but the rooms are no better than a La Quinta and way smaller. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Went out for dinner at Domenica. The service was great and the food didn't take long to arrive. Would recommend the roasted cauliflower. The tiramisu I had was the best I've had and it looked amazing.

The service is what makes this place. The hotel itself is average. Any Marriott or hayatt is as nice or more nice. We stayed at the Sheraton last year. And it was just as nice. When we come back, unless everything else is full. We will stay somewhere else.

This hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff are very accommodating to all of your needs to make sure you have the best time! I appreciated all the extra details and effort they put into such an elegant place. I stayed here for my birthday and got engaged here. I would love to come back and stay again!
