I ate at the restaurant here. Their Oyster sampler, "The Oyster Log," was visually stunning and delicious. They handled a group of 6 rowdy men gracefully and happily.

They cater to your every whim. Fantastic place to stay during Mardi Gras
The Sazerac is one of my favorite bars and the hotel is beautiful, I always stop in for the holidays.
I have at least one to 3 meetings a year in NOLA. The Roosevelt is always my first choice! They are always so kind and considerate to me and the guests for the meetings. They have wonderful sense for taking care of their guests! I have in the past and in the future I will continue to recommend The Roosevelt hotel in New Orleans!! They are exactly what you expect from a well appointed hotel. They will meet your expectations for staying at a luxury hotel... Even will go out of their way to make sure your expectations are met and you feel like a VIP!
An absolutely beautiful hotel. I only stayed one night, but I ordered room service for breakfast, and it was the best meal I've ever had at a hotel. They brought the meal on a rolling table with a white tablecloth and left it in the room for our use. There were some beautiful tropical flower heads on the table, and the food was garnished beautifully. My fruit plate came with mint leaves and a piece of banana (?) bread that was to die for. If the orange juice wasn't fresh squeezed, then I want to know where to buy it, because it was some of the best I've had. I want to go back to this hotel just for breakfast!
The rooms are exquisite. The floor to ceiling curtains, claw foot bathtub, a separate shower large enough for two, plush carpet, large screen TV, and California king-sized bed makes any stay there luxurious.
A classic! Oasis from the chaos that is the French Quarter.
We went for a wedding. The service was impeccable, the food delicious, and the space was beautiful.
Great location, amenities, and staff! They ve done a wonderful job preserving the beauty and atmosphere, and they ve done it without sacrificing comfort and luxury! We stay here every single time we come to NOLA, and it is definitely one of my favorite hotels.
Absolutely beautiful. Was fortunate to be able to see the Christmas decorations.
Domenica was amazing. Excellent service, delicious homemade pasta, would absolutely eat here again.
I had a very good stay and it s a beautiful Historic Hotel. It s my second time lodging at the hotel and in both cases, I was expecting a higher level of customer service to match the expense of my stays.
The wedding reception was held in one of the ballrooms. Incredible setting with top notch service.
Amenities exceeded expectation. Staff was stellar. Will definitely be my spot when in the Crescent City.
It is in a great location. If you don't mind sweating, you can walk to a lot of close by locations, including bourbon street. But considering the price, I would expect more from a hotel. Food was hit and miss. There was a lot of old, gross carpet. Gym was okay. There was nothing that bad about the hotel, I just thought it would be nicer.
I was not happy at first but on the second day of my visit the staff floored me their high class gesture. I am content.
Pleasant room service staff, outstanding individual service from the on premise 'Shoeshine Gentleman'.
Best polishing my shoes has ever experienced!
Our room was somewhat small but had everything we needed as well as good natural light. The restaurant and bar are great. Location is wonderful.
The bartender was not friendly and ignore us for while. The bar was lovely and the lobby was beautiful. We we're just disappointed with the service.
It was a really nice hotel. Attended the LSU Gala. The food was excellent
A spectacular bar with an amazing cocktail selection
It s that time of the year where the lobby lighted up with Christmas light and decoration, give the vibe of warmth welcome in its elegant way to the guests. The room was specious, the living room offer its own half bath with comfortable couch. The bedroom has its own bathroom hidden privately at the back. Complimentary Espresso was by Nespresso which I love. Overall experience was lovely. I dislike the small elevator but it s ok as long as no other join the ride.
Beautiful interior with a welcoming vibe. Cocktails are seasonal and delicious. Service was great
Amazing hotel and top notch staff! Everyone was so nice and polite.
Beautiful Christmas decorations. Had a tough time getting a seat at Sazarac bar. Great drinks, just very popular
Great quality, outstanding staff clean hotel, great restaurants, great rooms. Nice pool
It s magical when the lobby of the Roosevelt is decorated for Christmas!
Fabulous amenities, restaurants, and people. Entrances on side streets make for a very quiet stay in the center of it all.
Staff was not helpful, noisy in rooms, bar is cool and restaurant good
Stopped in for a Sazerac, the original. Did not disappoint. It, Was, Stellar. The mixologist was amazing and so professional. Please go!!
Great Christmas lights and atmosphere. Wonderful holiday spirit.
Beautiful hotel well located, most of the employees we dealt with were foreign workers from latin countries, all of them very attentive and super friendly.
Had breakfast and room service, good friendly service and delicious food.
My stay would've been perfect but concierge staff is lazy and inattentive and the business center is tiny and full of boxes couldn't even walk inside.
Nice hotel. But food staff and valet staff are not attentive and at times rude. House keeping was very kind. So was he front desk and info booth.
Just beautiful!!!! Christmas spirit was everywhere here. We didn't stay here. We heard the rooms were dated from people we met staying there. Even so, we may stay here in the future.
Waldorf Astoria with a touch of New Orleans hospitality. Way more than I expected!
We didn't stay here. We just had to stop in because the lobby had amazing Christmas decorations. I also really wanted to get a Sazerac from the bar that invented the drink and the Gin Fizz was pretty tasty as well.
The staff was amazing the lobby and the bars downstairs are beautiful but the rooms are very tiny
Nice hotel! Thank you Kevin (Carew?) For finding us a ride and making us laugh!
Great history here. And glad it survived Katrina.
Add this to the places to visit for the holidays. Words cannot describe the beauty of the winter wonderland they create with their hall of trees. Truly breathtaking!
We went to Domeneca for drinks and we ended up having the best Margharita pizza ever
This hotel was wonderful & clean. They staff was accommodating & I would love to go back
I attended a Luncheon with the crew of Nyx on today, the Manager Brandon that was on Duty was very help n patiently. I asked for a different dressing for my salad he came back with ranch, once the entree came out it had mushroom on it I can't have mushroom. So I asked if it was possible to get an entree without. Minutes later he came back saying he came do an entree for me without it. Brandon made sure I received my meal once it was done he brought it out his self. That really made me feel special for an manager to take the time off the floor to ensure his guest get what they need. So a big up to Brandon. Thank you so much
If you want a New Orleans Sazerac in a classic traditional hotel bar you can't beat this place. It is worth just walking through the hotel lobby for its grandeur but to get the full effect you will want to stop in the Sazerac bar for a drink. There is more than one place to get a drink in the Roosevelt Hotel so make sure you find the Sazerac Bar.
Perfect New Orleans Experience. A Definite Must for visitors.
Wonderful rooms at decent prices. Walking distance to French Quarter. Elegantly designed and decorated.
Amazing hotel centrally located short walk to bourbon street
Domenico... Good food. Good service. Worth the trip.
Ate at the restaurant in the bar. Best lasagna, and all the other food was great. The staff was very friendly and informative of the local food culture. I would recommend
A wonderful place to call home for a few nights when visiting New Orleans. Great staff, beautiful room, and walking distance to most everything you must see!!!
Amazing room, amazing service, the Roosevelt Reuben is worth a visit in and of itself
Our housekeeper for our room was so great! All the staff there was friendly and very helpful the concierge booked us a private tour of New Orleans with a fantastic guide we really enjoyed our stay there.
