Very nice hotel. The rooms were excellent and up kept, the restaurants were nice, and so was the hotel grounds itself (pool and common areas). The staff and the reservation/charge system were awful. We had several people staying in a total of 5 rooms, one person was charged a $500 "audit" fee that the hotel admitted to knowing about and called it a "standard practice with their charging system". Another person was charged $800 because they had no record of the deposits being paid, even though they were. In both cases a timely process of three-way calling the guest, hotel staff, and bank had to take place before the hotel was able to get the money back. At checkout when we went to all pay our portions of the total bill there was nothing but confusion and over charging due to what appeared to be a severely undertrained staff. The valet was added to the rooms and split between everyone's portion, yet the same lady helping allowing multiple people to pay an additional parking fee because the fact that it was already split and added to the bill was not made aware to us. the lady at the front desk told one of the people who paid twice, "you wanted to pay for it, so I let you" which to me basically admits she knew he was paying twice and let him do it. We had two managers involved and it still took over an hour to check out. For these reason I will never stay at this hotel again, and would not recommend it. You get 5 star quality hotel with a 0 star quality staff.
