Beautiful restored, and the Italian restaurant is amazing. The cauliflower small plate is the best, but I don't recommend the pizza. Sazauracs are better in the restaurant than in the Sazaurac Bar.

Professional, friendly staff. Loved our suite. Very clean & the bed was so comfortable. Convenient location in the French Quarter & within easy walking distance to several good restaurants & bars. Fabulously decorated for Christmas!

The decor of the hotel is impeccable and highly recommended. However, due to the holiday chaos the drinks in the bar were far from relaxing. The 1/2 price champagne was a nice benefit. I have no doubt the rooms are gorgeous but I'd suggest getting out of the loud corridor before picking a bar. A must see for a photo op!

Not impressed, the main floor was nice but there was a lot of noise and work being done near our room. They should have considered that and relocated us since it was not full. The conference rooms smell like residual cigarette smoke and the batteries for the safe that housed my laptop died, fortunately before it closed. Not impressed. It's a 3 star hotel with a 5 star lobby and parking pricing is ridiculously high. If you visit NOLA don't rent a car and stay near Bourbon st. And you will save 100.00 per day.

Perfect getaway from the city hustle and bustle. Domenica has great lunch! For dinner it turns around you with a great surprise. The bar is always busy with awesome drinks. As a local you'll sometime bump into celebrities. Do have a camera ready for Christmas time.

The Roosevelt New Orleans has a great location, right by Canal street and the French Quarter. The Christmas decoration is wonderf and you must see if you are visiting New Orleans. In addition, the Sazerac bar and shop in the lobby is an unique experience!

We love the Roosevelt, have stayed here multiple times. This time ( I am writing this from the hotel room) I ordered my morning coffee which I love. After finishing my cup there was a large moth like insect at the bottom of my cup. Maybe it's not a big deal but beware before you order in-room dinning.

Absolutely amazing! We stay ever year for christmas and it is always a fabulous experience. The lobby is beautifully decorated for christmas and is a must see if you are in Nola during this time!

Recommend by a co-worker. This place is beautifully decorated for Christmas. The Dominica restaurant inside is delicious. Plus the shop inside had the greatest little finds. I didn't actually stay at the hotel but I would imagine it would be great.

The Roosevelt is a beautiful hotel. My room was small but cozy. The staff was great. The restaurants are a little pricey. The location is an easy walk to the French quarter. It is about a mile from the convention center.

This hotel is a great historical place to stay in the middle of the French Quarter. The staff is absolutely fantastic. We got prompt service and an eager staff to assist. The only issue to report was that I request an electronic key, checked with the staff who stated should be getting the notice in my app any moment however it never appeared. New technology glitch that would not stop me from staying there again. If you are ever in NOLA make it a point to stay at the Roosevelt.

Beautiful place. Never stayed here but walked through to get to Dominica restaurant. Amazingly beautiful inside! The fresh arrangements are beautiful! I should have taken a picture.

Room was really nice, very clean and comfortable. Great location just off Canal. Very reasonable price. Gorgeous lobby, like stepping back in time to when Huey Long had his meetings there. Only concern was about the parking valets and their seemingly disinterested attitudes.

This hotel is exquisite! It has so much history and it is absolutely gorgeous. The main lobby is breathe taking. The staff are also very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They even upgraded us for free. I was pregnant at the time and this was a babymoon/anniversary trip. It is minutes walking distance to the trams and the French Quarter. The cost was reasonable as well.

Nice

I've never stayed here (I'm hoping to eventually), but I always make a point of walking through their gorgeous lobby when I get the chance. The Sazerac Bar is also a great place to grab a fancy drink.

When it comes to first class with Hilton hotels, Waldorf Astoria is the name you think of. That is why I was super excited when I first booked my weekend at the Waldorf Astoria Roosevelt in New Orleans. Luxury at its finest with friends in a new city! Unfortunately, my first Waldorf experience fell short of expectation.

First off, customer service was top notch! No complaints there. I was welcomed into the hotel with a bottle of water and a good afternoon! Check-in was easy and staff was very attentive. I was even greeted and thanked for being a Hilton Honors member.

The part that fell extremely short was my room. Looking at room pictures on the Hilton website, I expected to be blown away! Unfortunately when I arrived, it was night and day. The room I stayed at has been the smallest room I have ever stayed in at a Hilton hotel. The bed sheets were nice but the bed itself was very uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore back the next day. I also felt like the room genre was trying to go for antique but I felt it was more old than antique. And finally, the window had a horrible view of nothing. It did have a nice tv though.

I had originally planned on having friends meet up at the hotel before we headed out for the day but was so disappointed by the room that I met them at their hotel.

Overall, I do not feel this experience was first class. If customer service is a priority, then this is an excellent hotel for you. For the price and overall experience though, there are plenty of other great Hilton hotels in the area that should be able to meet and exceed more than just your customer service needs.

We had our Thanksgiving meal at the Roosevelt Buffett. OMG, it was unbelievable! I have never seen so much food. It tasted awesome! Staff there was real nice! Even if you don't live close (which I do not) I would highly recommend doing it at least once!

Parking is $50 per night. I called them if they have any in&out garage recommendations in the area, but they refused to help. Is this 5 star hotel service? They are taking advantage of the parking situation.

If I could do 0 star I would. We had a suite for 3 nights, the floor we were on stunk of marijuana. We complained to the manager and got a weak excuse that they could not check rooms, did not offer to move us. The manager Cody Thompson didn t even go up to the floor, we checked out a day early as we have kids and will not subject them to this disgusting hotel any longer. I am surprised by the poor attitude when we complained and no urgency to try and remedy the situation. We phoned Police to go to hotel instead to deal with it as management is incompetent. We got more apologies from the bell and cleaning staff than Cody. Strange Hilton would accept this and prefer to lose customers than deal with illegal activity on their premise.

We were there for a conference but did not actually stay at the hotl because it was full. The hotel staff was tremendoulsy polite. The decor was very elegant. Thediner on the first floor was a perfect spot forngetring lost in a book with an espresso.

Overall, this is a reasonably solid hotel choice. The service always seems to be topnotch. From the doormen to the concierge, to waitstaff, everyone seems genuinely friendly. This past time, check in was quite slow, and the line got to be fairly long. The rooms are nice, though, the bathrooms are on the small side. I'd say my only real complaint with the room is the soundproofing or severe lack thereof.

I enjoyed my stay. However, there was a huge communication issue with the front desk manager!!! I had an issue with my billing and she got snagged on the use of a word I chose to express my feeling. I ended up having to explain the difference between disliking a person opposed to the actions of that person .. complete ridiculousness!! Everything that shines isn't all gold. Beware of fools gold!!

We had an amazing experience - with Hilton Gold Status we received a free room upgrade, Danielle (our personal concierge) was AWESOME and helped us booking reservations for local events, the staff was friendly and always helpful, the room was always clean, and on check-out day they gave us afternoon access to the pool for some down time before our flight. Huge thank you to the entire staff for making our first vacation in five years something we will rave about for fifty-five years.
