There for a Christmas tree lighting ceremony. Staff was courteous and the parking set up was efficient. Free hot chocolate and sweets for everyone. Thanks Ritz. That was a treat.

Always a great stay. The rooms still need a bit of work, but the overall ambiance makes up for it.

I was there to work but it us a fabulous place and the staff is outstanding.

When you think of the Ritz you think if luxury. When we pulled up we were really impressed immediately by their valet service and when we walked in, we were greeted with a beautiful display of fresh flowers in the check in area. The hotel lobby was beautiful and inviting. We then walked down the hallway towards our room. I was getting really excited to start our vacation in a luxury hotel.

We had a fireplace room with partial ocean view. When we walked into our room we were a little disappointed. The room reminded us of a regular room from any hotel. Nothing luxurious or special. The batheoom is covered in marble and looked dated. The best part of our room is the fireplace and the unlimited smore kit provided. For $999 a night you would expect a little more. The mattress was also not the best.

Also we found blood stains on out comforter which kind of disgusted me. I was shocked. I attached photos.

What I can say is their service is hands down the best. Their turn down service is amazing!!! I just wish the rooms are a little more upgraded and more amenities in our room for what we paid.

It has beautiful grounds and views of the beach.

What can I say about the Ritz, except its the Ritz. We have been going to this location now for a few months and my parents have been frequenting this establishment for years.

You are pampered from the moment you drive up to the entrance whether you are there for dinner, an event, or a guest at the hotel. We have come here a few times for dinner and I must say the holiday buffet is by far our favorite. Festive and themed to the occasion, waited on constantly, and more options than you can ever imagine of the highest quality of food.

The bathrooms were nicer than my house and clean. The guest staff were friendly and always smiling. Perfection. Plus our view from our table overlooking the Pacific ocean right on the beach, at sunset (dinner service) makes it an experience you will not forget. FYI - Valet parking is very affordable if you are there for an event or dinner service and the valet host will ask the reason for your visit and charge accordingly, so no need to ask or be forceful.

If you are looking for the perfect event venue, and money is not of concern then you need to come here. Best in Orange County and one of the top places in the USA.

The staff have always been very kind and the kind of helpful you wish could be a part of every day. The view is worth a thousand pictures and with good company, it's the makings for life's best memories.

We had our daughter's wedding in Ritz-Carlton. Due to covid, both the ceremony and reception were on the bluff above Pacific. The view was spectacular. Everything was first class. Yes, it was expensive, but hey it's Ritz. Decades ago our parents used to take us to Tehran Ritz-Carlton for Friday lunch (that was like Sunday dinner in our culture), and I still have fond memories. I highly recommend this hotel. The brand and quality go hand in hand.

The perfect place to recharge. Spectacular views, attentive staff, and the sound of ocean waves outside our balcony doors. This was my third stay, and I can't wait to return.

My wife and I attended a wedding and reception at the hotel. Everything is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Being so large I would have expected more restrooms.

Had high tea with some professional colleagues... what a splendid way to enjoy an afternoon with the beautiful views, excellent service, and delicious tea service. My favorite part was the champagne toast at the beginning of the tea!

Raya is fantastic! Call ahead for reservations, try 7-7:30pm for a beautiful sunset view.

We walked in for a snack and drinks. Not welcoming, weird bar with almost no view. We didn't stay long.

Had an excellent stay. The standard room is a bit pricey, but it's the Ritz. Food was great, location is incredible. Nothing beats waking up in the morning and walking a few paces to the beach!

I went with very high expectations and they were exceeded.

If I can hear my one neighboring rooms occupants snoring (as if they are next to me), whilst the other room is coughing up a lung. In my opinion, this is not a $800plus a night hotel. Most of the nicest hotels I ve stayed in you couldn t hardly hear anyone in the hall let alone their room.

My 6:00am alarm is looming, and I plan on checking out in the morning for the Hilton down the road I know has adequate insulation in their walls-and a real kitchenette.

I saw it from the beach, it right on water. The view seemed amazing and it looked like a very nice location.

Husband and I had an incredible experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel this past week. Stayed for 3 nights in an oceanfront room. Mostly stayed in the room, as it is still Covid times and we wanted to keep staff and other guests as safe as we can. We have been vaccinated and felt very safe while on site. All staff wear masks, and the grounds are big enough to spread out.

Room service was so wonderful! Staff taking order and staff delivering were both very professional and friendly. Food was quite incredible- we had the salmon, steak, mac n cheese, caesar salad. There are other restaurants on site that offer sit down dining and to-go food. We weren't quite comfortable eating in a restaurant yet. There are a few great spots for food within walking distance as well. Great French place down the street for grab n go.

We are now planning to stay here once a year as a special getaway. We live in San Diego so we're happy to be close to this gem. We've stayed at many resorts for work and pleasure and this experience was in the top 5! Highly recommend.

The views at Raya along with the meal makes life much better.

Can get crowded if a major conference occurs there.

This resort had amazing views and easy access to the beach. It's a Ritz so service was of course good. Two pools, a couple restarants with different atmospheres. Would go back again.

We were invited to a work party. We were fed excellent food: appetizers, rolls, salad, main course and desserts that were so delicious. They did a good job keeping us warm during an otherwise cold California night too. Great atmosphere, location and view with reasonable nearby parking.

An amazing resort. I've stayed at several 5 star resorts and I have to say this one is probably one of, if not, my very favorite. The grounds are perfectly manicured and insanely beautiful. The golf course is amazing, and of course the pool is to die for and the service was amazing.

A truly beautiful location overlooking the ocean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the scallops in the hotel restaurant are amazing. You must pay the price to enjoy this experience, but it was worth it for the creation of lifetime memories.

LOVE the selenite lamps upon entering the hotel... It was EVERYTHING for me * Girls night out was FUN too

If anybody out there is looking for good deals for hotels check . made a reservation for a resort on there and these guys had the best rates worldwide!

Had a wonderful anniversary staycation. The best part of the resort are the staff- especially Angie at the front desk. She made sure we had the best experience possible during our short stay at the Ritz, right down to the little gift she gave us for our daughter when we got back home.

Nice venue for a fundraiser, service and food we're great, valet parking was quick and convenient. The outside patio area was well set up for the silent auction but things did seem a bit crowded. The tray appetizers were not as plentiful as one may have hoped, not an easy task to find a snack before dinner.

Service is excellent, what you would expect from the Ritz and the views can't be beat. Don't miss this property if you are in the area, it won't disappoint.

Loved this place as one of the most casual, yet elegant feeling Ritz. Amazing views and landscaping. But...two things:

1. Showing drain drained slowly (why doesn't the cleaning crew note and fix these things?)

2. Marble shower had mold in grout areas (why doesn't the cleaning crew take care of this?)

Beutiful hotel, the views are fantastic. Service is very good and staff are attentive. Definitely worth a visit.

Prices are a little steep, but the location and buildings are unreal. Views from the restaurants are unbeatable. Should be five star.

Attended a wedding at this fine establishment. Luxury venue. The food and beverages on display were out of the top drawer. The staff were always readily on hand to assist with our every needs. Looking forward to spending more time in one the opulent rooms. Incredibly impressed. Highly recommended. 5 stars all round!

Beautiful location with lovely views of the ocean and sunsets. First floor rooms have fire pits on the patios that are perfect for chilly evenings. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed.

Fun place, good food, nice waitress. I even got the manager to turn down the music while we were dining.

The views are amazing and the staff is incredibly polite. I had a great experience enjoying their beach, swimming pools, tennis courts, food, and yoga class. I can't wait to go back.

Views are 5 stars. Just spectacular but the rooms are mediocre and the beds are old an uncomfortable. I had a huge pit in the center of my bed and barely slept the first night. The fire pit was really charming.Staff was great.

The bar at the Ritz Carlton has an unbeatable view and a wonderful atmosphere. The service is 1st rate along with the drinks and food.

Basically this hotel is in no way a five star hotel.Some places on the internet say it is, but there is no way it can be. The service i recieved at the raya was just ok.. they forgot to bring me tea so i had to hunt the water lady down cause the waitress forgot which isn't as big of a deal as putting mussels on my plate which i can't stand and asked them not to. I think if you are paying for a 4 or 5 star resort prices you should receive very good service. the reason they get three stars is because she caught the mistakes and took the dish off the bill completely.Other than that for 7 to 800 a night the rooms should be in excellent condition and were not.water stains on the walls in our room don't bother me but for a premium price they shouldn't be there.Also very noisy restaurant RAYA but great views of the ocean so its a trade off.

Beautiful place to stay and dine! One of my favorite places in California.

Celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary and they treated us very well. I also got an upgrade to ocean view since we were celebrating and I'm a Marriott gold member. Took the toddler to the pool and he loved playing with the provided pool toys. Went for a nice walk down to the beach in the morning. Really liked staying there and would like to do it longer and without the kids next time.
