The vast amount of products is outstanding. The staff us always willing to help in finding exactly what you are looking for. There are a great many deals to be had if you know what you are looking for. A must see shopping experience.

This is such a great place to get almost any kind of bead. You want sequence. .. this is the place. You want crystal beads ... they got them. It is very large and has tuns of stuff.

Love this place.. a lot of variety in every craft item.

Its been ruffly 25 years shopping at John Bead, in which time I have meet most of its employers. and I must say they are a great bunch of helpful people. The longtime coming of the Outlet is a great asset to us in the Carnival Costume Making business,which means we can now shop on the weekends, (Great).

The service given to the SAVAGE Carnival Arts Family is over and beyond the call of retails services by any-means. The lady's are a grate help in assisting to find the right product. The fact is, I enjoy shopping at the Outlet, and I would think everyone should be, because of the connivance and services provided by the the Staff there. There is no complain here about the Outlet, great service.

The place was a really nice place and I loved it. I got everything I needed there and their prices aren't too high. Although their customer service might not be excellent but I get one can always help one's self.

Love this place. The staff and selection plus all the extra savings definitely worth a trip.

Really junky but on occasion they have something decent for a good deal. This IS the place to get your Caribana costume needs though

I have been to a lot of Bead stores and nothing compares to this outlet. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The width of the Putlet looks small but once you walk in it is huge. My Girlfriend and I can spend hours in this outlet. Highly recommend!! Even if you do not make jewelry there are so many crafts you can use semi-precious and beads with. It is worth the trip if you craft in any captivity and much cheaper than Micheals or any Bead Retail Store in Toronto. The rotating sales are fantastic for sticking up with your favourite items.

This new location is smaller than the old one. Brighter and more organized. Don't think it had as much inventory.

A huge collection of beads, interior designing items, pearls and other decorative items.

Their prices are going up since covid virus hit. Might as well buy from a regular store outlet. The fact I come from out of town especially to go to these wholesalers isn't worth the trouble. And the gas I spend to get there. They are not considering the client's any more. It's all about what they think they lost. Now it could be worse for them if they continue this action.

Huge selection of beads as well as other crafting supplies. Knowledgeable staff there to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be going back.

this place is the "one stop shop" to go to for all my jewelry needs. The huge outlet is very clean and well organized! The staff is helpful , plenty of parking and great sales!!

The wife buys her supplies from there. Although they carry a wide variety of items and supplies they don't have everything the average person who beads needs. When you need help customer service is lacking. Great sales every now and then.

The John Bead Outlet is a wonderful place to shop and has been a part of the greater Toronto bead, jewelry, carnival and costume community for over a decade. Please ignore comments from trolls on this page who do not actually shop in the store. Because if you did shop in the store, you would leave a 5 star review.

What an amazing Outlet for your crafts and beading needs! Organized, lots of selection and affordable. You don't need a vendor's permit to shop. Must put on your list to checkout.

I have been shopping hear for soooo many years, even when they were downtown! So many products and the staff! I can't say enough good things about the high quality of customer service and quality products. You'll be crazy not to go!

I was looking for crystal beading. They did have a fair assortment but not what I was looking for. Lots of other treasures though!

The outlet is amazing!
I had heard good things about this outlet and I was till surprised and delighted to see that there was such a wide variety Jewelry as well as bead and craft supplies!

I recommend taking some time to tour the entire outlet on your first visit. It is easy to be inspired to craft when you take your time and look around.

The jewelry is fabulous and the prices are amazing. Several people received jewelry from the outlet for Christmas from me... a real win for me because the price was so great.

Finally, the staff are really helpful. They increase the staff when they have a sale so you can always find someone to help you find thing.

Be sure to check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Such an experience visiting John Bead and Crafts today. Even though we got there half an hour before closing, the experience would definitely get me to visit again. Parking was ample.
The ladies behind the counter were very helpful. They actually came round to ask if I had found what I was looking for. They offered ideas and suggestions. The variety was amazing. The prices very reasonable.
3 stars for the products and top it with 2 stars for customer service.

Amazing place. Great for costume supply decoration, and craft beading etc. Staff are lovely and knowledgeable. Customers share as well. Great place.

The store has a vast array of beads, supplies, colored feathers, tools, knitting needles, bras for costumes. Baskets, bottles and birdhouses. Helpful staff. Lots of parking and buggies. They have free knitting, crocheting patterns, in the way out of store. It is a clean store, well stocked for all your craft needs. I will be back.

Cheep. They dont have great findings, no g.p. or sterling but lots of beads, and really great prices on semi precious stones and fresh water pearls. If your shopping list is very specific, they might not have what you want but poke around and you will find some good buys.

This store carries the largest selection of beads and other amazing craft products! The store is well organized and clean! Everything is clearly sorted and labelled!

This place is an amazing source for so many! I recently went when I was visiting Toronto. They didn't have what I was looking for. You cannot order online or see if they have what you're looking for. You will not be disappointed, plan to stay for awhile because there is so much to look at! There is plenty of parking in the back.
