Beautiful location and view at the Raya with great food

Excelent service...all employees very nice and polite

with exception of the valet being a bit slow, it was as expected "perfect". They are always perfect.

Loved every minute of our stay. World class location. Delightful staff and excellent service.

We had a tiny Covid wedding ceremony here and the staff and venue were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Because we have immunity concerns we could only have two guests in-person (and everyone else tuning in via Zoom), so we needed good social distance and safety practices from staff and a beautiful outdoor venue that could be accessed without anyone going indoors but also had great WiFi for streaming and Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel fit the bill. Highly recommend for your intimate (and particularly your Covid-friendly) wedding. If you do get married on the Monarch Sunset Terrace, however, do know that strangers will walk into the background of your photos. If that bothers you (I didn t care), then do talk to them about alternatives.

My stay at this Ritz Carlton was awful. I wanted peace and quiet it was noisy. And they stole my necklace and grandmothers charm. I asked where is my necklace? We cannot find it.
Never here never again . They never took responsibility for my necklace.

Incredible experience. Just stopped in for drinks but it was wonderful. Beautiful hotel , the staff was super. The bar was not as expensive as I was expecting.

The location is amazing but the property is in desperate need of repair. Some areas have been updated but things like door jams and baseboards and bathrooms are an absolute wreck! It's disappointing because I remember the property in its heyday when it was actually nice and well maintained.

What a great place. Visited recently for "Yappy Hour", they open their doors, or actually a beautiful bluff with a view, to the local residents with dogs . They supply flavored waters and puppy treats for the puppies free of charge and delicious food and drinks for the humans, not as free, with the proceeds going to different pet charities.

The service here is phenomenal. And they go above and beyond with the entrees and the cocktails. The view alone is worth it.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights while visiting my girlfriend, and I was not disappointed! Its location is fantastic, being a 5-minute walk to the mall and about a 10-minute walk to Casino. The rooms are quite basic but very clean, and the beds are so comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, especially the cleaners, who we got chatting to daily and they were able to give us some really good tips on where to go for food and drinks. I would stay here again!

What can I say? Ocean view....looking over the bluff onto the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Public beach but with very minimal people so might as well call it your very own beach...and within a stone's throw (do not do this). Very courteous staff. They know your name everytime you call. Due to COVID-19, they have plenty of hand sanitizer dispensers and follow safety protocols. I was there Monday night to Wednesday and the place was practically empty. I could say I had the whole place to myself and felt catered to. Great little getaway and relaxing. Albeit, I did see some reviews that furniture is outdated or rooms needing updating. Although, I did see this I was too busy mesmerized by the ocean to really care. Sleeping with the windows open and the sound of the waves crashing...nothing better. Hope to go back soon.

The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel is great and so is his assistant, Colin. It was a really great way to spend a Sunday evening. I was worried the 4 hours would be too long. Jordan kept the class moving, engaged the entire group and we came away with a delicious meal, new skills and a good wine buzz.

Incredible sweeping views of the water. We even made time for a great walk along the beach in the early afternoon. This has to be one of the most beautiful properties I ve ever seen and on a clear day you can even see Catalina Island in the distance. If you love sunsets, this site is a must stay!

The beds are so uncomfortable here took me two months for my back and neck to stop hurting. They other people I was with said the same thing about there bed being very uncomfortable. The staff are nice and to the point. Food is way over priced for the quality of the food. The drinks are over priced as well.

This is one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in that area. The view over looking the ocean and the beach is what your paying for. The rooms are nicely kept and the pool area's are always clean and towels are fresh. I say area's because there are two. One on each side of the hotel. Staff here along with management are top notch very helpful and friendly. The housekeepers are the best. They try to make sure your room has everything you could want or need within their power for an enjoyable stay.

The views alone make it worth the visit but you can also expect top notch Ritz Carlton service and attention. Great restaurant.

Great hotel!!! Great Location! Close to everything in South Orange County. Dana Point Harbor is practically next door where you can do anything from fishing and whale watching to catching the express boat to Catalina Island. Beautiful Laguna Beach is a couple of miles north. Great shopping is in short driving distance. The hotel has beautiful views and nice beaches. The exercise room is better than most hotels. There is a nice spa next to the exercise room. The restaurants in the hotel are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The food was good, service was slow and there was a pesky fly buzzing around our table. It was also freezing in the hotel.

This is the most amazing Ritz-Carlton I've been too. Definitely the most gorgeous scenery. I came here for a large Indian wedding, spent the entire weekend here and was in heaven! Just walking around inside, with all the beautiful flowers, ceilings and architecture is so much fun. They also have several gardens, private beach access and a large gym facing the ocean.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The most friendly hotel staff I've encountered. You can see amazing ocean view just walking around inside the hotel. Food from the main restaurant was on point.

Gorgeous hotel,got upgraded to a firepit room overlooking the ocean,slow service but I don't expect much from any rc. Beautiful grounds though

This amazing resort is only an hour away from Los Angeles. You and your family and just relax here for a night or stay longer to explore the area. 5 minutes walk down to Salt Creek beach. Foods are tasty as well but of course, all on a more expensive side. $55 a night valet fee is a little much but I guess it's normal for Ritz. The room quality is "okay" but you are paying for the view and amenities.

If you're dropping off equipment don't stay for too long or they will charge you
