Fantastic place to stay with excellent restaurants and great staff . But the only negative thing about this place is after checking in you have to wait a good few hours to get in the room with no offer of refreshments or anything to eat after long overnight fight.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff couldn't do enough for us such a friendly and welcoming place. Would definitely come back

For the money there are better options. Very high end and exclusive but we've been to much more impressive hotels for less in Dubai.

Stayed with RC JBR for my daughter s birthday celebration. Prior to our stay, of course I read reviews (which were exceptional!) and said Yes, ofc its a 5*, you would have a good service. To be frank, I didn t expect to THAT extent. There is a huge difference when staff is acting friendly, smiling due to protocol and when they are Genuine. There is such a positive vibe, coziness all around Hotel, from reception,restaurants team to pool staff, room service, spa and every other hotel staff. You made our staycation even more beautiful and memorable

The staff is very nice and the resort is incredibly relaxing. Activities to entertain children are also available, so that's a plus for families. Overall great experience!

Security will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.
I thought Dubai was known for hospitality...Instead the moment you dip your feet in the sea outside this place, security will wave a document in Arabic claiming it's a private beach. This is despite the lack of any signage to say its private or the ability of the security to read/translate what the so-called permit details. I suspect they are overzealous as to how far their property extends into the sea....I didn't see a boat that could take me around 'their' property.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton JBR since last week for 10 days and we had great stay! Everyone is so helpful the receptionists, the pool stuff, the breakfast buffet stuff , all the managers! Special thanks to Emir the manager!
Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Classy and impressive, with awesome main restaurant (Geornotti) and a big outdoor attraction that's full of walkways and coffee/food classy spots, i.e. the Vinician Village.

I've been in Dubai for over 10 years now and the Ritz Carlton is still one of my absolute favorites. Great location, highly trained staff with outstanding service.

A hotel worthy of respect and frankly, everything is enjoyable and worth the visit so once and frankly the most luxurious hotels of the GPR

The disadvantage is the difficulty in reaching the rooms for the distance
Average restaurants were not of standard
Weekend noisy music at the Arab restaurant
It is not suitable for those looking for calm
The service is great

There are 2 Ritz located in the financial center close to attractions such as Dubai Mall and the second is located in JBR Shati and the usual Ritz luxury

Ramadan buffet was amazing, multinational cuisines from Mediterranean to Asian, friendly staff and warm vibes would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes to dine classy.

Excellent hotel, its friendly staff, cleanliness, its beach, it really is the place in Dubai to rest !!

Very nice hotel quite close to the big Mall. The club business staff are very helpful and friendly. Also at the Business Club you have to taste their pastries which is excellent and worth the detour.

Our 2nd stay within 5 years with a family of 5 in a suite. First was great (staff knew childrens' names after 1-2 days), felt very "at home" with unbeatable service. Great location and architecture.

2nd stay was in Oct / Nov 17 after they doubled capacity:
- we were welcomed with the question whether it was our first time to Dubai...? No, because we stayed with you already... shouldn't they know?
- first suite we got in was 15m from neighgbouring construction site - nice try.
- breakfast area had 20+ minutes waiting time for a table
- unskilled staff with bad service and long wait times for drinks and food. Once we had to repeat an order for 12 people lunch after 25 minutes because they "had lost it".
Generally, all individual staff makes a big personal effort, but management + organisation are not up to speed for a $1000 per day hotel.

Amazing location and hotel. They have an older wing and a newer wing. Go new. Great pools and service. Meeting facilities and staff were top notch.

It is a city and beach hotel at the same time. That makes it special. During the day you can swim and walk on the white, super wide beach and in the evening you can take the walk to Bluewaters with the ferris wheel (still closed). It is a relatively large hotel with a lot of families. But the garden and pool area is so spacious and with different areas that there is a quiet place everywhere. The outdoor area is really very nicely laid out. The fitness studio is good and I found the spa treatment to be very professional and loving. All the staff are attentive and nice. Room a bit dark and old-fashioned. But everything was super clean and I can only recommend a stay.

Been there ones with a friend. It's quite pricey. But The price equals the luxury.

An excellent, very romantic location with green yards by the sea in addition to the standard swimming pools. Weddings are held there. His services are wonderful
