Known Ritz Carlton Hotels is the first class world wide. I was shocked on how the parking entrance which us a first meeting point between hotel employees and the customer which was poorly handled and the team was not organized and i was pushed away from the line and they gave priority to local nationals which is shocking because this is a private business and not a government organisation and every customer should be treated equally. The hotel from inside and facilities are amazing but poor handling at parking entrance will lower the number of your customer. Im speaking from a 12 years of customer service experience. Such a disappointment.

Lovely hotel inside and lovely staff however be well aware there are 2 major construction projects going on either side of this hotel which are both a horrific eye sore and have noisy work going on 24 hours a day which is enough to ruin anyones stay here !!!
Such a shame as lovely hotel on the whole but full prices should not be being charged to stay here given this major disruption in such terribly close proximity.

Great location, right at the start of JBR, so you can enjoy the area yet be able to get in an out quickly as the traffic is bad there. It's a beautiful resort, very nice pool area.

Been more than 20 years and Well kept AMAZING FOOD, Kids Club will keep your kids in and Swimming pools are perfectly deep

Good food, nice ambeint...only if they don't dim the lights after 6:30 pm

I am used to going to Al Qasr Hotel, but his time I thought I would try the RC also because it was close to the JBR Walk. When I first walked in I felt like I havld made a mistake not going to the Al Qasr, but now after 3 full days I am very happy about my choice. The rooms are very nice and the pools are very good. 2 big family pools. 2 kids pools and 1 adult only pool. There is also a beach soccer field which was fantastic and many kids sports activities.
The people working in the hotel are super nice and helpful. One of them especially named Harsh was super cool, kind and helpful.
Breakfast is very good and there are many restaurants for lunch and dinner.
Great shisha place.

The hotel is very beautiful, its location in a distinctive GPR, a wonderful hotel, quiet and recreation, suitable for families, and it has a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a children's play room with a private nursery for children and a private beach for the hotel

The disadvantage is that its price is high, but it is one of the best JBR hotels for families and quiet. I recommend it and I hope to spend an enjoyable time

Top hotel, super friendly and courteous staff. Everything was very clean. Top location at Dubai Marina. Check out at 12 o'clock, transfer to the airport at 22 o'clock during the waiting period we were allowed to use the entire infrastructure including coffee and cake in the evening. Noteworthy also the reception with the German-speaking employees who carry out their business with body and soul. Thumbs up!

Very beautiful building and the staff was polite and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to folks that want to stay closer to the marina area. Proximity to restaurants and metronidazole an added bonus.

It is good 3 star hotel experience with old 4 star facilities, at good location. We had buffet breakfast, which to be frank in half the price, right across the street in JBR would be much better!!!
Staff was good, but not really service quality as usual in Dubai. Breakfast table (outside was dirty) and we were offered plastic mats (infact we put our own mats)! Dining for breakfast is much better a experience just at the JBR street!
Beach is not easily accessible for strollers, we had to carry twice!!!
No food allowed on beach ? no idea why but annoying !
Several 4 stars are doing much better!!! Not at all Ritz carlton experience!

Don't intend to go back unless it is rated as 3 star and priced likewise!

Over rated. Iftar was horrible over priced and over crowded. Can never match the One and Only Mirage

Personal super, super service, but building more skyscrapers on both sides, so pretty noisy reptiles.

Staff go out of their way to make you happy. They baked us mince pies at Christmas because we asked for them, and didn't charge us! Beautiful setting and venue too.

The Ramadan Tent is just extraordinary. The food was very various - Many food stations by countries ( Emirates, Syria, Peru, Iran, India, Lebanon...)- the staff is very energetic and very welcoming - Highly recommended!

The real five stars resort. AMAZING!! From valet parking and check in until checkout. Friendly stuff and always smiling and enjoying to serve you what you need. I reserved a suit through official website (be smart and book direct). The breakfast was various and really delicious. The beach very clean and wasn t crowded and they serve you free towels and bottles of cold water. Room services were on high standard. Kids club staff were excellent since my kid enjoyed and loved them. I will repeat my visit here.

Nice place to visit.... the only problem was the locker area... and the pool closes very early....

View from the hotel is best, direct entry to beach. Staff and food at its best. You wont have trouble locating the hotel. View from all rooms or cafes or restaurant are nice. One if the best hotels in JBR.

Had tea and dessert in the lobby lounge after dinner. This was the icing on the cake

We have just come home from the most amazing holiday. This hotel was quite simply perfect in every way. The rooms are elegant and spacious. The garden is beautiful and the beach restaurant is a very special location where you can sit on the sand and enjoy grilled food. The food was outstanding we particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant, the staff go out of there way to help you. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope one day we shall return.

A great hotel located in the center of Dubai is very convenient to get on foot and by transport, there is a metro station nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable neat and spacious. It is possible to stay in rooms with pets. There are all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay of guests. I advise one word

Well what to say ... very high levels. Four restaurants, two inside and two outside, my room that I don't remember if it was a junior suite or a suite but I think a junior had even two double beds and we were two. Room service 24 hrs with lots of restaurant dishes like the fantastic, you won't believe it, spaghetti alla bolognese, even if a little bit pesantucci by night. Excellent sushi restaurant but needs reservation and excellent service. Beach, pools, drivers every hour

Awesome place!
Very good and well-kept hotel. The staff is amazing, without exception. I still have very fond memories of a Mischa and a Nadine like Mika. The spa is great too, the massages at Alden have a super physiotherapeutic approach. The food is also great, as is the room service. I have stayed in five star hotels several times, but this is the best. Closely followed by one in Hamburg. This hotel is also worthwhile for business trips, as I like to take the somewhat expensive taxi ride downtown. The laundry is also great and you don't have to worry, even if it has to be really quick. High-quality clothing can be entrusted to the laundry with a clear conscience.
I can only recommend it! I only take this hotel.
