Wonderful location and view. The name speaks for it self

This review only relates to the bar area, which was absolutely gorgeous. If you are an out-of-towner seeking an alcoholic beverage you should really consider the Ritz Carlton.

Beautiful benefits and deco of good taste, not too flashy. The situation at the top between (artificial) beach and shopping promenade. Efficient and discreet staff. We loved the beach restaurant.

Quality hotel with usual benefits, good walking location

The lobby bar's a great place for a quiet drink though not on the weekends when the brunch crowds descend.

I stayed here this week with my dad and we were beyond impressed with the property and the staff. For example, I was carrying an extra pair of shoes in the lobby and without asking, an employee came up with a bag and asked if I would like to put my shoes in it. Everyone was so thoughtful. A special thank you to Alvin in the club lounge!

This is absolutely the best place to enjoy your vacation in the JBR. I have stayed in this luxurious resort two years ago and it was my birthday, the staff decorated my room and surprised me. They really care about every single detail and try to make your stay with them special and unforgettable. Also, I lost my sunglasses when I arrived in the lobby and I informed them. Later, they brought it to my room at the same day. The resort has a direct access to the beach. If you are planning to visit Dubai, this should be your first choice.

Nice and calm place with awesome restaurants (caravan)

We were in May 2018 guests of the hotel. We loved everything - service, breakfast, gym, design of the hotel, quality of the restaurants ... The holiday time fell in the Ramadan from what one in the hotel but not much mitbekam. One restaurant was closed during this time, the other had changed opening times. Pool bar etc had on, alcohol was also served-but expensive as anywhere in Dubai. As you know from Dubai, everyone in this hotel was extremely accommodating and friendly. It has lacked nothing. In the room there was a coffee maker, hair dryer and iron. We had the cheapest room category. My birthday fell into the holiday season and my friend could easily order a birthday cake and a bouquet of roses. The current construction sites next to the hotel are of course not nice, but Dubai looks on every corner so it does not matter much here. We are really excited about all the amenities of the hotel - special thanks to the guys from the pool bar, Joschua and Roxy as well as the nice team from the Blue Jade. The only criticism is that humidity in the hotels in general is a problem and so our room smelled slightly musty.

Very good hotel, service is excellent, I needed some assistance and the duty manager (Ahmed) was a true professional. He treated our request with the professionalism you would expect from this type of establishment. The staff are genuinely polite and attentive to guests. The facilities are very good. The location we found to be very good as "the walk" is a few minutes away. The beach is clean and has good facilities with 6 pools on site. You get personal service here and we highly recommend this hotel, best service from any hotel in dubai we have experienced

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The Marina is one of the best places to go for a holiday in Dubai, and just outside of the hotel there are plenty of bars and restaurants. One of the places to be 'seen'. The hotel is right on the beach and it has its own private area. It is highly recommend it.

Ritz-Carlton is a very good family oriented hotel, amazing surroundings just a walk away from the beach. We have so far thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend to our family and friends. The Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Ritz-Carlton Jumeirah Dubai has exceeded our expectations and I would like to take this opportunity and thank all the staff@Ritz-Carlton Jumeirah Dubai for making our holiday an unforgettable experience for us. In the Ritz Carlton did not hit, the beach is paid and expensive. 4000 people a day, you can go outdoor and lie down

Fabulous hotel, spacious & comfortable rooms. Friendly & attentive staff. Lovely club lounge with a good choice food & drinks available. I have stayed twice & would stay again.

It's on of the amazing hotels at Dubai it has a very nice restaurant especially Amasena it has a live show and the food and the services is more than amazing aloso they have a nice lounge it's call La Baia and they have a discount for Emirates staff

Fantastic sandwiches n cakes selection with multiple choices of Tea varieties, topped of with Bubbles!

Room size The hotel's quiet atmosphere and facilities are very excellent

The Ritz needs to decide whether they want to be a high end hotel or a noisy, open air sheesha bar. It s almost 11 pm Dubai time, I have an early morning flight first thing tomorrow morning, and music is blaring out from the lounge. Incredible!

Very luxurious hotel, cleaning and care for the perfect staff !! Suite room with direct access to the pool, private resort with access to the beach! Located in the Marina Beach Dubai area, they had the detail of giving us the dessert and forgive it. Highly recommended we loved it very much!

At the time of booking the table, wrong timings were mentioned and we ended up waiting for 1.5hours for the buffet. Lighting is hottible on certain tables. Too dark. Food selection was very limited. Way too high prices. Beef kabab had smell. Staff is friendly. Not going again. Not recommending either.

An amazing hotel!!! We were looked after by everyone! Amazing staff and and beautiful room view! We were on the 6th floor and we had a beautiful ocean view room! The concierge were always so welcoming when we came in and always so caring making sure we had water when we left the hotel.
Housekeeping were amazing - we had a two year old - warm milk was always brought to the room. I could not fault this hotel or their service in anyway. Breakfast was always on point. Mangosteen- the fruit (in the pics) is so tasty you must try!
